I have ordered lenovo g50-70 laptop(order number: [protected]) on 27th August 2015 for Rs.28490 of which Rs.4274 was recieved in paytm wallet as cashback offer. I received the product on 31 August 2015. once I found that wrong product was delivered (lenovo g50-80) which had no specifications as listed in the paytm website while ordering, I immediately raised a return request on 01 September 2015 at 12.25AM stating that wrong product has been delivered. Also, I found that the paytm invoice and the sellers invoice is totally contradicting as you can find in the attachment. There is not even a single product check before getting the ordered product to the customer. Paytm invoice is stating Lenovo g50-70 and seller's invoice representing lenovo g50-80, if in this case how can one claim warranty on any repairs. Paytm customer care sent only convincing messages but no single action has been taken now. All the mails representing that 'we have forwarded to concerned team it will take 24-48 hours' but it had been 4 days as of now despite sending all the proof images no proper resolution is taken. Yesterday(03-September-2015) they intimated me via mail that 'The courier partner will pick up the product from the mentioned delivery address within the next 5-7 days. In case of any delay, we will notify you within next 72 hours through an email. We will refund the money to your Paytm wallet or bank account after the item is picked & delivered to the seller' which is totally absurd where a customer has to wait for additional week to get his money and the total mistake is on the PAYTM and seller side not on my side but I have to wait unnecessarily. Post the resolution mentioned by them today(04-september-2015) again i received a mail stating 'Thanks for contacting us. With reference to your order number, I understand that you are not satisfied with the product quality. For a faster resolution, please share: 1. the images of the defective product 2. invoice and the packaging (inner/outer). Additionally, please confirm whether the packaging was sealed or open or tampered with, when the product was delivered? Once you send us these details, we will escalate this & take it up with the concerned teams. Upon the required review & validation, we will refund your money. ' This is totally irresponsible way of service and a heavy loss for the customer and not the one who makes mistakes Additional Images can be sent through E-Mail Consequence: Below are the list of consequences I have undergone 1. Repeated calls to the customer care and getting only convincing words not an action part 2. Lost my mobile balance of almost Rs.200 in the process of calling their customer care and following with them 3. Rs.28490 has been given by me still undergoing so many difficulties in claiming it 4.Repeated mails to their customer care apart from my busy schedule I have to follow up with them Relief: Below are my demands 1. Replacement of the original product as mentioned in the product description in the paytm site while ordering(added in the attachment) or a refund of the Rs. 28490 to the bank account corresponding to the card through which I paid where Rs. 24216 would be the refund amount and Rs. 3402 is in my paytm wallet and Rs.872 of pending refund amount for another order (#[protected]). This sums up totally to Rs.28490 should be credited to my bank account without any service charge 3. Compensations for the burden or inconvenience I had undergone because of their service 4. heavy penalty on them to protect other customers from going through the same difficulty

    I have purchased blue star ac from paytm..the model which i purchased was differ the model which i got...so i have complaint in paytm they provided reverse courier pick up...the product received to the company but they have not refunding the amount from 1 month they always sayind due to some technical problem we have not able to problem by saying like this they are not refunding my money from 1 month they are using my money from 1 month please take serious action and tell them to refund my money immediately order 1id is [protected]

        I placed an order for Zakozee Melamine Dinner Set (Set Of 32 Pcs). They sent me Zam Zam ordinary dinner set. I placed the complain and giving reminder every alternate days. Every time they are asking some new documents like invoice copy, photo of items, photo of inner packages etc. I sent them every thing but nothing happened till now. These are the firm who make fool of people .

            I ordered a xolo mobile phn with paytm shopping site on 24 august order no. [protected].. Same was said to be shipped through gojavas with docket number Unipayp2236549.. The courier company failed to deliver the product and after 100 s of email and phone calls they updatex the status as Rto against redispatched untraceble. I informed about this to paytm but they are not getting satisfactory answer. They just revert that its underprocess. They are just making fools nothng else. Neither I hav got my ! nor my money back

              I purchase a charger of samsung (cost-Rs114) and a battery of samsung galaxy Y S5360(cost-Rs340). Both the goods has troubled. I went samsung service center for changing the product, they said this is dublicate product and not changable. Paytm send wrong product and when i want to contact in paytm, they change their contact no. Its fraud. Please sir do something.

                Have Ordered Bicycle twice from Paytm and both the time incorrect product is received. First time reverse pickup is done by paytm but for the second time they are saying from our address pickup service is not available hence we need to courier it by ourselves. We ordered second bicycle 3 weeks ago (Order No:[protected] and Date received: 16th August 2015) since then we are following up for the reverse pickup. Initially they said pickup is done in 2 to 3 working days now after 3 weeks they are saying pickup is not available so should be done by customer. Unable to attach the pictures as picture size is more than 2MB. Please help. [protected], the order was placed on 20th August 2015 and shipped on 22nd August 2015 and was supposed to be delivered to me by 227th Aug, 2015. On failing to do so, I called PAYTM as the site was not allowing me to track the product as well. On 31st Aug, they confirmed that BLUE dart will ship it to me by 24 hrs. I checked on BLUE DART site, and it said that the shipment was received at KOLKATA on 30th Aug. On 2nd September, 2015, I called PAYTM customer care, saying that either you ship me the product within 3rd September, or you allow me to cancel the Order and refund the amount back to me immediately. My concern is I do not want to wait for the seller to receive it back, for the refund being initiated, since there is no guarantee that BLUE DART will ship it back to the seller on time, as they could not deliver it to me on time. Therefore I agreed to wait till today, for the shipment to be delivered. Now today when I called BLUE DART with the AWB, they said that they will not ship me the product, as they had already received a RTO(return to origin) request from PAYTM on 1st September at around 3:30 pm. They said that if i want the product delivered, then PAYTM needs to write to them. Why did PAYTM cancel the order on 1st September? I only called PAYTM with the concern on 2nd September. Now, when I called PAYTM, they are saying they do not have any such information and they do not have any information about any cancellation request to BLUE DART. All the Customer Care executives are saying, that some concerned team is looking into the issue after I mailed you guys yesterday. If this kind of harassment PAYTM provides, and amidst all of these, my money is blocked, then I must say that you guys are cheating your customers. Their executives say that once the item is shipped, I cannot cancel the order, I have to reject it once it ships to me, and then only once the seller receives it back, I can get my Money, but BLUE DART says that PAYTM had already contacted them on 1st September (God knows why) and had asked them to return.

                    Hi Friends, My name is ram i recently purchased mrf tyres from paytm as they are providing 30% discount i taught really paytm doing great work but after i receive the tyres i was totally shocked by the quality of the tyres they sent me were too poor and they are not orginal MRF tyres so please my suggestion is to never ever go for these type of sites, Just they are following intelligent business stratagy and making us fools.                       Hi All, Paytm is an unethical online sales website. They would cancel your order without giving any reason. On 27-Aug-2015, I ordered 2 quantity of Mega Spin Magic Cleaning Mop sold by Seller Aggarwal Enterprises for a total of Rs. 1898( price per item is Rs. 950) with a cashback of Rs. 950( Rs. 475 cashback per item) which would have to be credited to my paytm wallet within 24 hours of shipment. After accepting the order, Paytm cancelled my order on 31-Aug-2015 and paytm did not provide any reason for the cancellation. The cancellation of my order was not because of out of stock since the seller (Aggarwal Enterprises) was still selling the same item on paytm at a higher price than the price I had purchased for. I contacted paytm customer care and they gave me a ridiculous reason, the item got damaged during packaging so they cancelled the order. They could not give another reason since the item was cancelled before shipping and also the same seller was selling the same item at a higher price. Even if the item was damaged during packaging( anyways they were lying) pack another item as the seller has enough stock. When I reasoned with the customer care personal and asked her to ship my order, she said it cannot be done. I mailed paytm customercare at [protected]@paytm.com two times but thet never cared to respond. Now they are not picking my phone calls also. Please be carefull while buying from Paytm.                         R/ Sir, I bought Mahavir Induction based pressure cooker worth Rs 1149 through www.Paytm.com on dated 20th May 2015 and order ID is[protected]. I got third quality Deluxe brand pressure cooker so I filed for return but nobody came to recieve product and after so much mail Paytm sent me mail to return product by myself and they will send me courier charge. So as per Paytm request I sent the Pressure cooker. The total cost incurred to to send the Cooker through Bluedart was Rs 900/-, as per the policy I sent the courier receipt to Paytm to return the amount to my account, but when connecting to customer representative he said we can't return you that much of courier charges, now I have multiple grievances in this regards: Counting your mistakes- 1- First of all its fault of Paytm that they sent some other local brand pressure cooker instead of Maharaja brand which I ordered. 2-It is duty of Paytm to collect the product which customer doesn't like/wrong product delivered, if not Paytm should assist his customer by returning whole courier charges hassle free. 3-Paytm didn't mention how much money they will return or anything similar to that so Paytm can't restrict me now to a limited payment.                         Even now we are facing the same issue. We ordered bicycle and received wrong product.
                        Initially they said they will do the reverse pickup but now they are asking us to send it back.
                        This is really bad, i think people should properly enquire before they do any shopping through paytm.

                          I have purchased an induction cooktop through Paytm.com on 4th aug 2015 and they have delivered damaged(broken) product, after that I have raised a request for return pickup, and they have done and refunded my amount. Second time I have purchased another induction cooktop through the same online portal. This time they have delivered defective product, So I have placed a complaint through the paytm website itself with stating "Damage product received(there was no option to mention Defective product received)". They replied me to send images of the product and images of the invoice. And I have sent the same. They mailed me and stated that " Sir, we couldn't find any damages " . So I called to their customer service and explained the same, they were promised me to solve the problem asap, but they didn't. Again I have called them again they have promised me. They have done like this for thrice. At fourth time kept me on hold for 30 minutes, and they didn't answer anything. And they have sent mail stating that " Sir, your product is under warranty, so please contact respective induction cooktop service center". Here the thing most of the times they are delivering the defective and damaged products to the customers . they are simply encouraging unauthorized sellers. Finally I have contacted respective induction cooktop service center, and they replied me that" Kindly contact to the online portal through which the product was purchased". This the way Paytm guys are annoying the customers. Please take the necessary action on them.

                              I have purchased PUMA shoes from PAYTM but I found that it was not fit in size and some tightens also so I have just put a return request then they have put that there is delay in pick up just after that I have to go to out of station so as my number is not reachable I have given my colleague number but they are saying order is rejected you haven't pick the call. I don't know why are calling my number as I already told them and no one is calling to my colleague number and saying we have called thrice and also no one has visited for return pick up I have confirmed. In some mails they are saying that the pick up has done after that they are syaing please raise complain again and then cancelled the return pick.                                     I ordered a watch for Rs 11000 and after a week I saw that the paint of the watch started coming off as it was a duplicate product. I complained to Paytm and after several calls and follow ups they responded that amount will be refunded after the reverse pick up. But for one month they did not pick up the product. I wrote around 100 emails at that time for the same and then finally they told that they could not collect the product and I need to courier it myself. I did that and now they are neither confirming nor are they refunding my amount. ORDER # [protected] They are not even replying to my emails. Please help.                                       I have odered a set of waterbottles thru Paytm. The bottle MRP is 90 and it was of 4 bottles set. got the shipment after paying 400 invoice attached . The Pack contains 4 bottle each bottle cost 90. so 90 X4 =360. But they invoiced 400 and payed it. The had a option for cash back of 200(ie 50% cash back) but now they are saying there is no cashback option selected. They think customers are fools. So there is total lose and paytm need to answer for the lose. Must return the cash back and should invoice only the MRP. Kinldy Please take the nessary steps With Regards, Veera
