I ordered an Adata external hard disk 1tb from paytm.com on 7th aug 2015 and I got product delivered on 18th aug 2015. And after its first use, I came to know that it's not working.. a clicking sound coming from it.. it is damaged.. so, I requested return for this product on 19th aug 2015 and the company had a policy of 7 days return pick up and today is 28th Aug.. and they still not picked up the product its about 10 days from my request and I got no response .. the don't even returning my money back..

This is in reference to order number [protected] which was placed on 24th August for product named "Allen Solly T shirt " which was for Rs. 700 with a cash back PROMO CODE WEEK50 applied to the product. The product had been delivered on 27th Aug’15. However, I have not got any cash back. When I contacted Paytm regarding this, I got a reply that the promo code was never applied. I dont understand how can this be possible. Nobody is a fool who will order something from Paytm which is more than its actual market price without applying the promo code. I am trying to contact their customer care numbers, but not getting any response. They are fooling their customers by taking full money and later on saying that the promo code never applied to the transaction. .

Myself Piyush Das i have purchased Cotton County Assorted Cotton Casual Shirts Pack Of 5 (Size-40). That product is delivered to me on 30th July 2015 but i have got the other product.That is not my purchase product. After concern with customer support to return back so i have returned back they received the product but now they have not refunded my money already more than 1 month gone. Paytm is cheating me and no any contact and not listening anything. Sir please take strike action to paytm. My order no- [protected]

Dear sir and mam Maine 27.07.2015 ko paytm se recharge kiya tha 8:16pm pe 250 ka recharge but mera recharge nhi hua aur account se amount kat gya mera order no. [protected] so aapse dubara request kar rha hu ki mere wallet me 250/- ka amount refund kiya jaye... Plzzz solve this problem

I have ordered new sony pen drive but still it as not been delivered and my login status says delivered. The details of my order are below, Sony Micro Vault Classic Pen Drive- 16 GB ORDER # [protected] and my status says Delivered On: Sunday, August 23, 2015. I have not received any pen drive yet

I have purchased a Laptop HP 240 G3 (Sr. No. CND5077JJC) against order no. [protected] in end of July 2015. As mentioned, one year ADP onsite warranty at the time of purchasing. But i am checking warranty status on HP site online. it is showing by 16 Apr 2016 instead of July 2016. I am getting warranty only for 9 month instead of 12 month. As per HP warranty check status, it is resold product to me and i m chasing/requesting to PAYTM to take up this issue with seller but not getting any satisfactory response from PAYTM/Seller after 20 days. I would like to advise to all of my freinds. Pls dont go with PAYTM to purchase any product. I experienced personally, there is no responsible person to take responsibily or resolve it. Dear Sir, On[protected], i have recharge my post paid connection via PAY TM application. My order number is [protected] Time:4.29 pm Rs.315 was debited from my saving bank account. i have communicated with bank and they informed that the amount is debited from your account and credited to Pay tm account. I have contacted pay tm customer care and many email sent for my refund. BUT I REGRET TO TELL YOU THAT ..NO RESPONSE RECEIVED TILL DATE. REQUEST YOU TO CREDIT MY AMOUNT WITH INTEREST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, ELSE SERIOUS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST PAY TM COMPANY WILL BE INITIATED .

I had booked a bus ticket for a journey on 15th August 2015 via Paytm. The bus was delayed/cancelled which caused a lot of problems for my travel. I had to make some other travel arrangement. I had asked for cancellation and was assured that the money would be refunded to my account. Also, I was told that the booking was made through redbus whereas I had booked the ticket through Paytm. It seems that they had booked the bus ticket internally by some other operator(redbus). I haven''t received the refund of the ticket eventhough Neeta bus & redbus has approved the cancellation. Paytm Order No. [protected] placed on 15.08.2015 was shipped through Delhivery from Surat to Pathankot (Punjab) on 18-Aug 2015 PACKAGE NO.[protected]. The item was to be delivered latest by 24 Aug 2015. Till date, item has not been delivered. Tracking details on web site of Delhivery Courier is not updated for this Package after 21 Aug 2015. Taken Money for 10 Days Against One Product Order Later They cancel Order and credit back amount in Paytm Wallet . As I order ( order number [protected]) One product on 16 Aug from Paytm, Estimated delivery time was 26 Aug that time, Seller not shipped product as per status shown in paytm till 22 Aug, I am continuously marking mail to your team for the same but team given me false commitment like product will be deliver in 24-48 Hrs), form the last 7-8 days and today morning i got a message Order cancel by Seller, your amount in credit back in Wallet, I need a answer on below point. 1. What you guys doing with my money from the last 9 Days . ???? 2. Why Seller Cancel that product . ??? 3. For this product i add +1500 rupees in my wallet and your team Credit back whole amount in wallet but i am getting option for bank refund only on 358 rupees. Don't explain me calculation for this i am using paytm from the last 2.5 years ( Listen I want Whole amount back in my bank ) and i am not going to wait for the next 15 days for back transfer . When i Escalte same to Cusotmer care a guy called me apologize 100 times but as per his word he said at seller site stock not available, but when i post order that show order available ( In paytm we can't post order if any product out of stock ) And the big question is you and seller required 9 Days just to know that product available or not. 4.As you know Every E- commerce website giving Good offer on 15 Aug, I missed that opportunity now because i choose Paytm on a same day if seller cancel that product so i can choose another platform .So what will you do for these ????? I ordered a jeans form Paytm.com on 14th aug 2015. according to them it should reach to me by 23rd aug 2015. but its not happening... I requested them through mail 3 times but still they sent me same mail again and again.. So what is meaning of that /

Sir, my paytm id is dr.[protected]@gmail.com. I ve placed an order on 16th July, order e id is [protected]. It was for RS.209., RS.7deducted from my paytm wallet and the remaining rs.202 was deducted from my bank ac.the transaction id is PAYTM[protected][protected]@971. IMMEDIATELY amount was deducted from my ac but order was not placed and showed transaction failure in paytm . I immediately called customer care and they said to wait for 7-10days since it is a technical problem will be solved soon and they said that they didnt receive the Money from bank. I enquired with the bank, they clearly said that it was a successful transact and the id is PAYTM[protected][protected]@971.Again I contacted paytmcare they said the same thing as they didnt receive the money from bank. I explained that same issues occured in last month with my account and it was refunded because problem with paytm transaction not with the bank.but they refused to accept my request. So I 'request you to kindly enquire and refund the money in my account. Thank you.

Hi, I like to bring this to your notice they I being cheated. I bought 32" LED from Paytm on 18August2015. With offer 18% cash back to my paytm wallet. But till now I didn't receive even single amount though I every day call customer care they you will get it in next 24 hours. But god know when that hour will come.

R/Sir, This is w.r.t. the order no. [protected] for Valtellina Pollycotton Circle Design Single Bedsheet and Valtellina Pollycotton Geometric Design Single Bedsheet. I have already received the product . However when I saw the MRP on the product, it is showing 175 INR. However I was charged Rs. 309/- for each of the bedsheets. It is surprising that how the seller can sell the item more than MRP and that too with around Rs. 134/-. For the last few days I am perusing the case with paytm customer care. But they are not resolving the complaint. They are saying that 175 INR is a product code not MRP. Now surprisingly they do not understand the meaning of INR. On the product no where 309 MRP or any other tag is mentioned. They are continuously saying that 175 INR is product code not MRP. They are also not provding any proof of Rs. 309 MRP on the product. Hence paytm not only cheating the customers but also they are flouting the govt. rules and policies. In view of the above Paytm may be requested to either refund the amount more than MRP or get the product back & refund full money to me. I purchase padmini 3gt prima crystal cooktop Gas stove from paytm site, as per mention description and images shown on site shown are total different of actual site, i mailed to paytm they said that they refund only money, do not replace the product which i ordered, pls help me to got actual ordered product. I had purchased a tv through paytm on 1st august 2015 and they delivered it to me on 7th august 2015. But the tv is broken in the lower middle, I already have informed this issue to paytm but they are not replacing it. please help me!

I ordered Sony - Xs-N16202C 16Cm 2-Way Separate Type Speaker (Component Speakers), Order no. [protected] I placed this order on 10th August 2015and received package on 18th August 2015. Courier company was Ecom Xpress But when I opened the package there was nothing but piece stone inside. Also, i have complaint on 20th August 2015 but no response got till now from paytm. i called customer care of paytm the executive said to me we are the third party and we never call to customer if anyone registered the complaint on paytm then i asked to transfer my call to seniors he said no one is available on floor.
