This is with regards to Order# [protected]. I had purchase one Samsung laptop bag. Firstly they supplied de market product and when product got damage, I wrote them mail to return the item. After several emailings they finally told me they are unable to refund or return the item. I am finally deleting my account and restraining myself for further transactions with Paytm. Other wallet such as Mobikwik are way better....

I would like to raise a complain regarding my laptop(HP 15-ac044tu) which was delivered to me on August 19, 2015.
