Hi I have ordered a new Panasonic Lumix dmc fz70k camera from paytm on 28th of August and post that i got a call stating the quality of the box is not perfect and he assured me about the camera quality that its a brand new one only the box is old and after trusting on his words and a trust in Paytm as their tag line says Seal of Trust, We care& please refer to the screenshot of my chat with the person who called me to inform the quality of box that i really thanked him to saved my time and energy by intimating me about the same bec i was concerned about the time. Yesterday got a notification mail from Paytm about the delivery of my product and when i seen the product it was a complete second hand product with a lot of scratches, old build quality and that too was a new bill with 3 years manufacturer warranty. i immediately contact paytm on social media and discussed them the same problem and also requested for a compensation to the hassel i faced and the cheating done to me, but they treated me as if they dont care about us and simply end the chat which was very unfortunate and disrespecting. & i request you to please help me to teach these chaeters a lessons so that they dont think to disrespect their customers. its very sad that even for reverse pick up i have to call them 4 times so a s to sort the error as paytm order number is not matching with order number in the recipt by courier provider. keep on harassing me and wasting my time for these small tasks.

    I am not able use my paytm account as it show "some thing went wrong try after 24 hours". i have complained so many times to paytm and they are not resolving it. They said that you have placed bulk orders but i have just given 1 order of memory card. They fool the people and now not listening. I have my money stuck into the paytm account.

                I have booked ticket from New Delhi to Lucknow on 24th Aug 2015. When I reached the boarding point as mentioned on mticket sent by paytm I got surprised when I did't find any bus over there after searching for the bus for 30 minutes finally I found the bus which is far away form the mentioned location. I don't know why paytm don't send any operator name or number in message. When I asked to bus operator about the departure he told me bus has been cancelled due to shortage of passengers. I argued him about money refund he told me to contact to paytm. I have already filed a refund complaint to paytm but did't get any resolution. I got only this message from your side.                   I ordered a body mist 'Victoria's secret, Such a flirt' from paytm. Order# is [protected]. Instead of body mist they sent me body lotion. When I tried to call their complain number, they asked me to send photographs as a proof rather then believing me and accepting their mistake. Now after verifying, They are asking me to send that wrong product to the address mentioned by them. In fact they should send their personnel for return pick up.

                    Hi Sir, This is to inform you that the products sold through paytm are fake and worst. When i opened the Power bank box i was shocked to see that a metal piece was placed inside it, just to show the weight. Even checked that is not 10000 maH, just a small battery is placed inside. Have taken all the snapshots of it, going to file a cheating case in consumer court against Paytm and Seller too. Also Give me wrong tracking ID. i could not track the product . Seriously this is the worst experience i ever had and you are having very low and cheap reputation. Till date i never used that money in any form.I requested company for return money so many time but they did not return the same . I have already submitted so many detail which they desire. I request you to look into the matter and ask the company to refund the money immediatly.

                            My Paytm wallet password was compromised. But except my laptop and mobile, I didn’t use any other devices to login to my Paytm wallet. And except me nobody knows my paytm wallet credential and I havent shared with anyone. And as per paytm 2nd step verification, logging in to Paytm wallet from an unrecognized devices require OTP, so why didn’t paytm send OTP at that time when that fraud person was logging into my wallet. So even after my password was compromised, I don’t think it is my fault, because why paytm didn’t ask for OTP for logging to my account at that time.

                            Also I think paytm is not going to take any action against the MOBILE NUMBER [protected] who tried to recharge and [protected] which was recharged from my wallets.


                            This is totally (PAYTM) fault as why didn’t they asked for OTP when their server recognized unknown device for logging to my Paytm wallet.
                            And if paytm say that sometimes you doesn’t send OTP or your server fails to send OTP assuming that the person who is logging is the right person, THEN THIS INDICATE HOW WEAK IS YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM IS.

                            So as paytm didn’t send OTP or whatever reason it was, this is paytm security weakness and not my fault.
                            So I should get refund of my Paytm Wallet Balances of Rs 801.
                            Please help me.

                            And in a reply from paytm they said that ---- We have checked the history of the account and found that login was initiated from user side only, so somehow your password got compromised and someone has used the amount from your wallet.Also, request you to kindly reset your Paytm account password ASAP.
                            Unfortunately, services have already been provided and can not be refunded now.
                            How can they have provided services of recharging the other number without my consent i.e, without asking for OTP.

                            Please help me to get back my money.

                            I too had the same issue. 999 used to recharge a Jio mobile without any OTP for the transaction. Paytm said the same thing; it was authorized by you. Indeed, their system security is weak.

                            Is it now safe to use Paytm after resetting the password? I haven't added money to y wallet ever since the fraud.

                              Its really sad on your part that an online giant like paytm is showing no concern regarding the health & the quality of the products they are selling on their website & regarding the issues of their customers & their hard earned money.

                              Actually i placed an order for three health products on 8th of august 2015, namely
                              1. On performance whey - 4. 3 lbs
                              2. On 100% gold standard whey - 5 lbs
                              3.  on 100% gold standard casein - 4 lbs
                              Which were delivered to me on 14th of august, out of which 
                              Only on performance whey - 4. 3 lbs was of edible, i had issues with
                              2. On 100% gold standard whey - 5 lbs
                              3.  on 100% gold standard casein - 4 lbs as there seal was opened & expired. As i am a regular buyer of on products i always double check expiry dates & if seals are intact.

                              Your dedicated quality check teams didn't even bothered to look to what they are offering to their loyal customers.
                              Had i not checked it, it would have been a threat to my life and i would have landed in a hospital after taking expired products.
                              Then also they didn't felt to resolve this issue as only after repeated mails they scheduled a return pickup of the products & i received the confirmation from the buyer / paytm on 20th of august that they had initiated a refund in my account i. E paytm wallet.
                              I then again checked it & double verified my account from the desktop and it is showing refund error on both the products after repeated emails to your [protected]@paytm.com & [protected]@paytm.com they are not replying me.  

                              My total refund amount was rs 13088 / - (Rs 6544x2) and the cash back which i used was total rs 4400 (Rs 2200x 2) that means paytm owes me rs 8688 / - .
                              The orders section is showing refund error alongside these both orders.

                              Sir with due respect i am saying that i am really getting annoyed by all this, and don't want to share my experiences about all this on my social media accounts and other social blogs so that it may turn into an ugly experience for all o[censored]s.

                              Please help me out & look into this matter.

                                  I have placed order for Beyerdynamic headphone Rs-5400/- on 24 Aug 12 am, Paytm received & acknowledge my payment, Provided me a estimated delivery date 3 Sep, but still after 6 days I have not received my shipment date yet, When i checked with Paytm they mentioned i can cancel my order and they can refund my money. Paytm due you think consumer's doesn't have any work, We have to wait for a week patiently you will say we cannot deliver the product after a week, then we have to wait for a week or more to get the refund also. I have not ordered for canceling and again wait for my refund. For consumers : If retailers like Paytm holds averagely RS-5000/- from a 200 consumers then it will RS-1000000, so you are paying interest for some one use.

They told that the product is a Counterfeit.. So they are refusing to repair the product.. They have mentioned thier site that the product is from HP..So i want the seller to send a original product or return my money back..The HP service center is ready to give documents regarding confirmation the counterfeit product..

                                        Hello, Regarding Order No [protected], I received the almonds which are spoiled and half eaten by insects, third grade and really unhealthy and if I eat them I will surely fall ill. I definitely want to report it to food regulatory authority showing this and the food products that Paytm is delivering. Please find the attached screenshots of the product that you have delivered. Please take this product and return my money. This is really ridiculous that Paytm is delivering this third grade junk to customers. I request Paytm to not encourage this kind of products. I strictly ask you for an explanation regarding the product that why did you give such a product which spoils one's health.
