What you people think we are mad or what??? Have you gone through my full mail?? Your executive already said that once you get the order delivered then share the image of the product, I done my job & if you don't' refund this cash back I will send this mail to consumer court, I know all this my dear friend, you people will do all this, that is way I have everything in mail.
(You can easily check I have selected TIME30 code or not, that is way i have sent you a mail on same day of booking, if your executive seen that I have not selected the code then he should have informed me on the same day, so I can cancelled that booking on the same & I should have do the rebooknig again??????? But no, your executive said after getting the delivery just send the images & you will get the cash back. I NEED THE ANSWER ???????.

    This is with regards to Order# [protected]. I had purchase one Samsung laptop bag. Firstly they supplied de market product and when product got damage, I wrote them mail to return the item. After several emailings they finally told me they are unable to refund or return the item. I am finally deleting my account and restraining myself for further transactions with Paytm. Other wallet such as Mobikwik are way better.

      I would like to raise a complain regarding my laptop(HP 15-ac044tu) which was delivered to me on August 19, 2015. After switch it on, I came to know that paytm (ASUS Seller) has sent me a defective laptop. There was a hole on the screen from where flash light is coming out. So, on the same day (19August, 2015) I have filled the return request form with pictures. Then someone called me and I explained him everything no he told it's a manufacturing defect. However, after sending 7-8 emails with picture I just got a reply that they will reply me back within 72 hours which already over. Again I send 2 mails and till now no reply from paytm and not even my return request accepted. Please someone help me to resolve the issue. I am not able to contact them via phone also. always phone is showing busy. Paytm have cheated me by sending a defective item and now not accepting my return request and not giving my money back. If they will make any further delay in accepting my return request, I will post all details in social media and also will go to consumer court. Need an acceptable reason nod solution adapt from paytm.

        Sir i recharge 2g data on my airtel num from paytm of rs 15 it shows in paytm browse plans but when i recharge it then no data given to me then i call customer care of airtel they said there is no plan of rs 15 it can only done by ussd but paytm shows and cut rs 15 from my account help me to refund my money bcaz it is totally fraud

            Coming to facts, I placed a prepaid Order amounting Rs 899 (order ID: [protected]) on 21-07-15. On[protected] I cancelled the order on PAYTM App, to which the notification said “Order Cancelled. Your Item seems to be shipped already. Please do not accept the item if it reaches you” On[protected] The item reached me, which I did not accept and returned the sealed packet and was expecting it to get delivered back to the seller and my money refunded.(Ecom Express AWB No:[protected] On[protected] the courier company updated the status of my AWB on their website as “Undelivered (Reason Code : 221 - Consignee Refused To Accept)” *snapshot of the same attached On[protected] after waiting for 7 days and finding no developmental update in my case I mailed so called Customer support at [protected]@paytm.com about the case along with the Snapshot of courier company website clearly mentioning UNDELIVERED. On[protected] Support Executive Himanshu Panwar IE replied to send the scanned copy of courier slip. Surprisingly the same day the order status under MY Orders was updated as DELIVERED.(Disappointment #1) On[protected] I escalated the matter again to which Support Executive Prabhat replied on[protected] that the Order Must have been delivered, without even looking at the attached snapshot which clearly stated UNDELIVERED. (Disappointment #2) On[protected] again I mailed to PAYTM to atleast have a look at the snapshot and respond to which your Support Executive Aditi Rani replied that the matter is looked after and an update will be received soon after coordination with the related department after which the same day on[protected] I received an update from Support Executive Jagriti Sharma I.E. who instructed the team to look into the matter and assured me resolution of the problem in 72 hours. (Disappointment #3) On[protected] after waiting for 72 hours I reminded back the customer support to refund my money to which Support Executive Manil replied on[protected] that the refund will be processed in 1-2 days(Disappointment #4) On[protected] after 4 Days, I mailed back as 1-2 days time was over to which PAYTM Support Executive Arfya replied on[protected] that the refund will be processed in 1-2 days. (Disappointment #5) On[protected] I again mailed your customer support which have tested my patience to the extreme level to refund me back my money to which Support Executive Lalit replied on[protected] that the refund will be processed in next 72 hours. (Disappointment #6) On[protected] getting so much disappointed with the lazy customer service who don’t actually look into the matter and just reply back buying some time I again mailed PAYTM to give a solution and not just fake promises to which Support Executive Vishal replied on[protected] that the refund will be processed in next 5-6 days, hereby increasing the duration of time and testing the patience level to the most extreme level. (Disappointment #7) TODAY On[protected] after 1 month of Return of Item and being disappointed by 8 customer support executives I have been left with no other option to lodge customer with the forum as the refund amount of Rs 899 has given mental tension amounting much more than the desired refund. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

              I have raised 4 tickets with Paytm to address my complaint to return a product. I am waiting since last one week and no action has been taken. I have ordered an Microwave Oven from Paytm, the delivery was on time, but the product was damaged and was not as per the images shown on the website. I ordered simple microwave oven with two nobs to control time and temperature, but the product was with some fancy button on it to control temperature and a nob to control time. I wanted to gift it to my grand parents, so ordered for a easy to operate microwave oven, but it contains some complicate buttons to control temperature which might be difficult to operate with my grand parents.                 This is to inform regarding order for Samsung OEM 9000 mah power bank with order no.[protected]. Box received for product was not sealed, it was tampered. As mentioned on box there should be four components included in box. 1) Battery pack 2) Micro USB data cable 3) 30 pin data cable 4) Manual. But if you will see the attached PPT, I have received only three items. 30 pin data cable is missing. Micro USB cable received is in white color, if it is original genuine Samsung product, micro cable should be of black color. Requesting you to pls intervene in the subject matter. This is the first product I have purchased from Paytm. I have received good feedback for Paytm from my friends, but looking after first product received in such condition, I have to think for further purchasing from Paytm. Hope I will receive positive feedback & support from Paytm team. I have return no. of mails to Paytm, they said we have refunded amount to my account but I have not recieved any amount. Samsung power bank recieved is not original Samsung. Pls help me in getting refund amount from Paytm.

                  The worst customer service i have ever got. i had tie up with paytm at the end of the month july as i am a new in online process they did not guide me proper that how to oprate the online process after my so much complaints they guide me how to deal with the online sales but from last one week i am facing problem of product uploading which i had comlained for two or three time but their no resolution from their end at all so plus from last one week my work has been suffering because of this problem. At the time of ordering for packing materil they told that material will be delivered within seven working days but it has delivered earlier then their mentioned time but as they says that drop your comlaints to us we will revert you fr the same with in two hours but it is not happening. when it is time for their benefits they work very fast but if their is our time to ask for somehelp they just disapper

                    Hi I am sathish. I ordered 2 usb cable for iPhone 5s. Both got delivered at same time. One they gave me a wrong cable its is for Samsung. Through email I notify them and they first asked for image of item. I send them later they ask for invoice I just download from my app and send them. Later they asked for image of package and the invoice which it came along with package, which I trashed them after I opened it, so I just informed them. And they replied they can't help without invoice. Still it doesn't make any sense to me. What difference between email invoice and paper invoice. Both look as same with same details. At lest they should told me in one message what are the detail they needed. I wouldn't wasted my time by messaging them. They delivered wrong item and wasted my time and money.

                          I did recharge on my airtel mobile no.[protected] from paytm which was showing the scheme to get 3280rs. On recharge of rs2000. But I just got the balance of rs.2180. I too have the snapshot of that scheme.[protected]transaction no.[protected] is my ticket no. Or complaint no. Please respond me asap.and I just want to get the remaining amount. Paytm just added the bonus of 100rs in my paytm wallet as reimburse amount. And paytm said unable to refund the remaining amount.

                            I have recharged wrongly on another number using PayTm and complained within 5 minutes and they replied after an hour saying that they can't roll back amount and I am contacted tatadocomo they are saying that can b roll back by PayTM itself and I forwarded that message to PayTM and they still saying that they can't rollback money and forwarding all the conversations

                              I have ordered one product with order id Order# [protected] Friday, July 17, 2015 16:15:50 and the product was successfully delievered and as per coupon their was cashback of Rs 240 to be added in my paytm wallet and Pytm displayed me a mail message "We have just added Rs 240 to your Paytm Wallet. This cashback is for Order #[protected] of Butterflies Red Women Wallets (Promocode: BAG40). Your updated Paytm Wallet balance is Rs 240.0 ." but their was no such money added in my wallet and ecen complained to [protected]@paytm.com they are not giving an reply but jsut saying money has been added My email and order email are: [protected]@gmail.com Plz kindly resolve my issue asap

                                  Today at 10.57 am.. i had made a recharge of Rs 20 from PAYTM in my delhi vodafone number- [protected] .. paytm order -#[protected] and paytm wallet Txn ID[protected] .. after few seconds... atm alret msg had arrived in my num . Rs 20 from sbi bank acc. Was deducted as usual.. but i have got nothing for the paid amount... look into this matter and give me my money back as soon as possible...

                                        I had buy ear phone price-800 from paytm. this item had a cash back offer of 320. after buy the item they gave me 320 cash back within 1 day. then next day they simply cut the 300 cash from my paytm wallet. then now they are telling this cash back wrongly gave you. now they are not giving my money.
