Paytm is probably good to the extent of phone recharges or for buying low value items such as hair pins/ combs / notebooks. I had placed an order for Samsung note 4 order value of approx Rs 40, 000 and attached is the piece o[censored]sed phone they delivered.- they have charged phone 1700 times so atleast 1.5year usage

They are more seller friendly...

Hi all, i ordered 4 burner gas stove from paytm, received wrong product and initiated for reverse pickup.I got an email from paytm stating that they dont have reverse pickup from their end and asking me to that from my end and for courier charges they offered max of rs 200/-.
