I recently bought a micromax tv through paytm. After delivery, when micromax service guy came for installation, he found the tv is technical faulty. As per their return policy, in-case of faulty/non-working product, paytm has to arrange the return and refund money to the customer. I/my wife has been working with their customer care executives for last 5 days and every time, on phone they seem to be very nice. However, after some time they direct us to micromax service. I don't understand, why paytm promises return if it cannot arrange. I am completely tired off following with them. I sent everything they wanted from me, still there is no solution. Paytm complain:[protected] micromax installation req-mh[protected] Paytm return policy on TV : Seller will either accept returns or replace the product within a 7 days from date of delivery of the item only in the case of damaged, defective or wrong products received. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer care for assistance on returns and replacements. i need this issue to be resolved ASAP. If somebody can help me here, please help.

      I ordered a Pioneer car stereo system (order no.[protected]) from paytm online store at price of Rs.9999. The product was not shipped for 8days, at the end of that day (14.08.2015) the product was just cancelled. On the 9th day status changed as refunded and Rs.1940 was refunded to the paytm wallet. They said the balance Rs.8059 will be refunded to the bank but still its not yet done. They asked for the bank statement which costed Rs.130 but still u got it and sent it to them. Then they said that it was already transferred and told me to ask my bank. Paytm transferred the amount so they should only ask to their bank but still they have not yet resolved my problem.           Rder number [protected]. I had and am going through a disgusting experience

          Paytm is probably good to the extent of phone recharges or for buying low value items such as hair pins/ combs / notebooks. I had placed an order for Samsung note 4 order value of approx Rs 40, 000 and attached is the piece o[censored]sed phone they delivered.- they have charged phone 1700 times so atleast 1.5year usage

          They are more seller friendly and more fraudulent fake seller friendly than customer friendly

          They have least concern for their customers

          I have waited for more than week to get the order delivered and have waited for another week for these guys to initiate the return, now I cant buy from other retailers because Paytm is sitting on this. Disgusting experience

          Customer care they dont have any concerns for the customers -

          They dont have a free phone number and they conveniently put the calls on hold to avoid answering customer queries

          Quite irresponsible, zero empathy to customers

          You would proabably hear more of 24, 48, 72 hour service timelines from customer service and you might get an impression that they are so timely, but that is a standard script and zero action

          Check your BP after you speak to the customer service that answers tells you the rating of Paytm.

            I bought a Morphy Richards Icon DLX 1000 W Food Processor for Rs 10189 Order No: [protected] which was delivered on 2nd Aug 2015 which was a damaged piece. I informed the company immediately and my return request was accepted on 11th of Aug 2015. I was expecting a reverse pickup like they generally do but now they are asking me to courier the product to the dealer who is in Delhi. I have already wasted Rs 10, 189 on this product and now expecting me to invest my time and money for courier.
            I have bought and paid money to Paytm and it is Paytm's responsibility to deliver me a new product without any damages, arrange a pickup for any issue and refund my money. Repeated emails and calls to the customer care are just falling to deaf ears. Its been almost a month and still no one has come to pick up the product nor have I received my refund.
            Every person who attends your call will just tell you that its under process and then drop you a mail where you will understand that you have just wasted your time on speaking to the people. They are totally novice, useless, illogical and unreasonable and least bothered. You will never receive any resolution nor will any sensible person from the higher authority will come on the phone to resolve the matter.
            Once they have received the money, they are least bothered.
            I feel cheated and my hard earned money is wasted trusting PAYTM
            PAYTM is totally a FRAUD COMPANY. Never purchase any product from PAYTM.

                  Hi all, i ordered 4 burner gas stove from paytm, received wrong product and initiated for reverse pickup.I got an email from paytm stating that they dont have reverse pickup from their end and asking me to that from my end and for courier charges they offered max of rs 200/-. Im damn busy in my profession and don't have time to do all those things.I keep calling paytm customer care and they simply say sorry.I need to escalate this to higher officials in paytm.Please update me any such contact with you or else let me know the possibilities to file case againt paytm.

                    At 16th august late night I paid my NET BILL through Paytm, the payment was successfull from ICICI bank end, but it failed when the page redirected me to paytm page saying "The Transaction failed due to some technical issue". As I was paying by the paytm not through paytm, I dont have any Paytm order id. This happened twice.                       I have ordered a bicycle on 5 of august through paytm . I got my bicycle on 10 of august but on the 12th august I cancelled this order due to unsatisfied with this product and send an email to customer care for my money refund. they told me that within 6 or seven working days our courier service will collect the returned item then we will refund your money. As per mention comany policy refund will take process within six of seven days. till 12 days passed and Ihave not got my refund and it is customer mentally harassment .                         I had booked one Sony Xperia Aqua M4 with Paytm on 12th August, 2015. I booked it through credit card and paid the entire amount for the order. It was mentioned in their tracking page that the order will get delivered on 23rd August, 2015. As it was confirmed by their supplier merchant "DEALS EVERY DAY" and at the time of booking Paytm was offering a 12% cashback on the product. But, after 9 days ie. before one day of delivery their seller has cancelled the order. It is clearly understood that the seller won't be getting the price of mobile at 12% discounted rates and hence it denied. This is not the first time that I and my colleagues have faced this issue with Paytm services. Also, as the money was paid through credit card thus I have been imposed of interest for these days. I have incurred losses in just ordering with Paytm and yet after frequent calls they addressed me by saying that they can't do anything in it. My concern is that when the seller was not able to deliver the product then why a confirmation was given by Paytm. I have attached the confirmation mail sent to me where it is clearly mentioned that " DealsEveryDay has confirmed that the following items from your order #[protected] will be serviced by them."(Also confirm my words with the image being attached). Kindly, take a stringent action against this issue so that these fake offers by Paytm gets stopped as it is only harming the consumer trust on E-commerce sites.

                        For me also same problem from "DEALSEVERYDAY" .I PAYED FOR NIKON LENS FOR 21558 @30% CASHBACK ON AUG 9TH.TODAY AUGUST 22 THEY HAVE CANCELLED IT SAYING LOGISTICS ISSUE.AND TRYING TO REFUND ONLY THE 70% AMOUNT. SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING RETAIN ALL THE CASHBACK AMOUNT AND MAKE SURE WE SPEND THAT.ITS AROUND 5.5K.ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF.
                        Yes, definitely they are generating a new fake business out of it. Please consider our request as only we are not the sufferers, there are many more consumers affected with this fraudulent business.

                            I made a special recharge of Rs. 16 (reduced std rates of Rs. 0.40 for 21 days) around 9 AM. My bank account got debited with the amount but the transaction status was in waiting. I called the customer care number and the computerized voice operator informed that the transaction was unsuccessful and that the amount has been refunded to my Paytm wallet. It is 11:35 now but I have not received any confirmation (email/sms) nor has the refund been credited to my Paytm wallet. I have to make important std calls to clients because it is my work but I cannot afford to be charged Rs. 80+ if I am on call for an hour! I need the recharge status to be successful immediately by today.

                                  I was paying the bill for my internet connection on 15 Aug, 2015 which was the last date for the bill. A day before, I added 1947 to my Paytm wallet which was under a promotion and with a cashback of 68, the amount in wallet was 2015 Rs. With already Rs 9 in my wallet earlier, the total amount I had in my Paytm wallet was 2024 on 15 Aug. The bill which I had to pay was 2278 Rs. So I logged in and there were some technical issues while I was trying to pay the bill, it failed many times, I tried 7-8 times and it failed every time. In the end, I ended up paying the bill directly from the merchants website. When I came back after paying the bill from other site, I checked and my Paytm wallet balance was 0. I was shocked and raised a complaint to their customer care over mail (they don't have an on call customer care, which is really bad, this should be a mandate for all the online sites). To which I got their first mail saying they are looking into this. I have since got only 2 replies and since 16 August, there is no follow up from them. They even disabled posting on their facebook wall. I tagged them on my wall and posted. I posted on their Twitter wall. Nothing happened, still no updated. They are doing exactly what Timtara was doing with their customers, harassing them. Following is the mail chains. Attached is the screenshots of mails and other posts.                                     The above order of a home weight lifting machine which was scheduled to reach me on 12/08/15 is yet to be received. On enquiry the customer care unable to give any reply. The following reply given on 11/08/15 asked for 72 hours for resolution Kumarigeeta IE, Aug 11, 10:06:Dear souvo, Thank you for contacting Paytm.com.This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number [protected] .We have raised a complaint with the concerned team to provide a resolution for your issue.                                       Hi Team, I am a registered Paytm user with 2 accounts and my both accounts were used by someone Unauthorised from last 2 days but still i didn't got any reply from PAYTM. Detail is as below:- I was not able to do any transaction since 15-Aug-15. I contacted Paytm Customer support through mail on 16-Aug-15 but no solution was provided by Paytm Support. Then I contacted Paytm through Facebook on 17-Aug-15 and dropped msg on wall but still I didn’t got any reply from Paytm. After some time, I received a mail & SMS that my login mail ID & registered mobile number has changed to [protected]@gmail.com. If you didn’t initiate the Email id change, please let us know immediately. I replied immediately but my account login details were already changed without my consent. This means my both accounts were used by someone Unauthorised. I tried PAYTM Customer care numbers –[protected]Number not reachable)//[protected]Tried 2-3 times but not picked). Now I want to know that how can Paytm change my account details without my consent through SMS or Mail or Call? This shows a big FLAW in PAYTM system which created problems in my Accounts and in many other users. After Sometime I received mail from [protected]@paytm.com (Request no[protected] that “It is auto generated mail. However we suggest you to for the security of your account keep resetting your password time to time and do not share it with anyone.” I really shocked to saw this type of reply from Paytm after losing 4600 rs. I have lost INR 4600 from both my accounts. Now plz find the Culprit ([protected]@gmail.com) who used my accounts and help me to activate my account with Wallet amount.                                         I had purchased a prestige grinder 19th August but the product was dead not working. I contact the customer care for refund. They said scan copy of invoice, I sent them 5 times and they said send them clear image. I would say them the invoice was not clear so how I take good photos. But nothing they only replying only one thing send us the clear image of invoice. They also didn't send any of their executive to me.If they come to me I show him the documents. But no one. Now what will do ?? Please help me.
