I was paying the bill for my internet connection on 15 Aug, 2015 which was the last date for the bill. A day before, I added 1947 to my Paytm wallet which was under a promotion and with a cashback of 68, the amount in wallet was 2015 Rs. With already Rs 9 in my wallet earlier, the total amount I had in my Paytm wallet was 2024 on 15 Aug. The bill which I had to pay was 2278 Rs. So I logged in and there were some technical issues while I was trying to pay the bill, it failed many times, I tried 7-8 times and it failed every time. In the end, I ended up paying the bill directly from the merchants website. When I came back after paying the bill from other site, I checked and my Paytm wallet balance was 0. I was shocked and raised a complaint to their customer care over mail (they don't have an on call customer care, which is really bad, this should be a mandate for all the online sites). To which I got their first mail saying they are looking into this. I have since got only 2 replies and since 16 August, there is no follow up from them. They even disabled posting on their facebook wall. I tagged them on my wall and posted. I posted on their Twitter wall. Nothing happened, still no updated. They are doing exactly what Timtara was doing with their customers, harassing them. Following is the mail chains. Attached is the screenshots of mails and other posts.     The above order of a home weight lifting machine which was scheduled to reach me on 12/08/15 is yet to be received. On enquiry the customer care unable to give any reply.       Hi Team, I am a registered Paytm user with 2 accounts and my both accounts were used by someone Unauthorised from last 2 days but still i didn't got any reply from PAYTM. Detail is as below:- I was not able to do any transaction since 15-Aug-15. I contacted Paytm Customer support through mail on 16-Aug-15 but no solution was provided by Paytm Support. Then I contacted Paytm through Facebook on 17-Aug-15 and dropped msg on wall but still I didn’t got any reply from Paytm. After some time, I received a mail & SMS that my login mail ID & registered mobile number has changed to [protected]@gmail.com. If you didn’t initiate the Email id change, please let us know immediately. I replied immediately but my account login details were already changed without my consent. This means my both accounts were used by someone Unauthorised. I tried PAYTM Customer care numbers –[protected]Number not reachable)//[protected]Tried 2-3 times but not picked). Now I want to know that how can Paytm change my account details without my consent through SMS or Mail or Call? This shows a big FLAW in PAYTM system which created problems in my Accounts and in many other users. After Sometime I received mail from [protected]@paytm.com (Request no[protected] that “It is auto generated mail. However we suggest you to for the security of your account keep resetting your password time to time and do not share it with anyone.” I really shocked to saw this type of reply from Paytm after losing 4600 rs. I have lost INR 4600 from both my accounts. Now plz find the Culprit ([protected]@gmail.com) who used my accounts and help me to activate my account with Wallet amount.         I had purchased a prestige grinder 19th August but the product was dead not working. I contact the customer care for refund. They said scan copy of invoice, I sent them 5 times and they said send them clear image. I would say them the invoice was not clear so how I take good photos. But nothing they only replying only one thing send us the clear image of invoice. They also didn't send any of their executive to me.If they come to me I show him the documents. But no one. Now what will do ?? Please help me.

          I placed the order on 14/08/2015, order no[protected], still it has not been shipped and when i try to call on their customer service number which is chargeable, they disconnect the call during the conversation and never take any action on this complaint. They never called/emailed me about the delay. this is really ridiculous and it proves why amazon and flipkart will remain best. i will never place any order on this website ever. i mean it.

            I had ordered a Eagle roti maker from Paytm.com but it was delivered with broken handle.
            The Order no. [protected] placed on 23 july 2015.
            It was a gift to my uncle from me but paytm ruined all the effort by delivering a defective product with such a poor quality.
            Product is under warranty.
            Now i want paytm to replace the product or refund my money back.
            I have made my electicity bill payment via Paytm before due date, In the order status it was showing as successful. However after 10 days when i observed in Reliance Infra site, it was showing as pending and a penalty was imposed on the bill due.
            When Contacted to paytm, they did not responded for 7 days to many of my mails.
            When escalated to the higher customer service support, then they acted and made payment to Reliance after 15 days of followup.
            When asked about the reason, they did not responded. Still the mail has not been acknowledged, everytime they borrow time to introspect on the issue, when contacted with Reliance, they told that the bill payment is not recieved via Online payment system, they received a cheque. Hence the Total Ignorance of Paytm has caused displeasure in using the Website.

              I had made my Macbook pro purchase on 23-Jul-2015 for Rs. 83675. Order No ([protected]. On other sites like amazon.in they were setting around 78k but i didn't buy that b'cos once i get the cashback of 9999, the price from PayTM will be lower than others. After i got the product i initiated the cashback at that time they said my account needs to be upgraded and i need to proved KYC (Know your client) form along with my address and photo id. So i initiated that and a person from PayTM came and collected my info. This happened a week after i made my purchase, till then my account has not been upgraded and i have been sending emails to them. So far i had sent 10 email and received reply for 6 emails stating, that your issue has been escalated to the concern team and we'll get back to you but so far nothing has been done and my account is still not upgraded and i haven't received my cashback. Now when i try to initiate "upgrade" my account they ask me to add 2000 rs again to their wallet. That is ridiculous. After paying a whooping amount i'm waiting for my cashback or a proper response from PayTM. I tried calling them but either the line is busy or it got disconnected after some IVR msg. I don't know what to do. They might have cheated lot of people like this. I need justice. I had attached the bill info along with the complaint. Once they did the cashback that highlighted msg will disappear from the bill. Kindly do the needful. Thanks in advance...

                I booked 2 tickets on 8th Aug 2015. but only one seat got booked and amount got deducted for both the seats. Soon i got an sms from paytm saying that amount will be refunded within 7 working days. and on 9th Aug i cancelled 1 seat for that i was supposed to get 427 Rs. but already 10 days got over amount is not at refunded. Tollfree no[protected] is just for name sake they given. its never getting connecting. Very bad service i had ever seen...

                  I have ordered a nikor lens value 21, 558rs in paytm on Aug 9th.and Aug 11th they updated that it has been shipped via daakiya courier service. And from that day till today Aug 19th the status is just the same as in transit to Mumbai to Bangalore. Daakiya courier people say they have reconnected via first-flight and another person say its out for delivery and another person says it has been mistakenly sent to Delhi.and because of this I have been facing mentel pressure as I have not received proper updates even after paying full amount and its past 10 days.

                  can you please share daakiya contact number. I found on the google but all are wrong numbers. I also do not received my courier whose shipped date is 17th aug.

                    Hi, I made a order from PAYTM (ORDER NO. [protected]) on 16th july, i waited for almost a month in a hope that i will receive the product, even i keep on tracking the safexpress courier on daily basis waybill: 43820325, and one day i receive the mail from paytm that item is delivered, i crosschecked the same with courier they said the package is lost, but paytm is not listening to me, they are claiming that product is delivered without showing any proof to me, now i need help from you to get justice on this. This is straight away a case of cheat and fraud from paytm. Even they are not giving me any compensation and refund for the same. please check the attachment for the details, the courier went lost at salem.

                    Paytm claiming that item is delivered without any proof and the courier team saying that packet went lost, you can refer the courier tracking page.
                    I need justice on this, they made false promise and cheated me.

                      I have ordered LG microwave oven( order no: [protected]) from paytm 6th July 2015 and i got damaged product i ask for return to paytm . after so many calls and some follow-ups they arranged reverse pick-up on 1st Aug 2015 and item reached to 13th Aug 2015. till date i have not given that refund amount. Here i have attached receipt of courier, which i have return product to paytm.

                        I have booked a product through Paytm and it mailed through Fedex, but it reaches Coimbatore Center by 15th Aug 2015, still they are not delivering it. Paytm also not taking any action on this??? It is now over the limit of given estimated date and they giving same reply. I am really disappointed with this courier service and Paytm. Please help to receive my product at the earliest. (Customer Service people talking like irresponsible and I don't know how long they take). Paytm also not taking any responsibility for timing delivery. Kindly note, I raised complaint 3 times with Fedex but no use. Product Order Number with Paytm is [protected], dt. 08 Aug '15 at 6:33 pm Courier Dispatch Tracking Number[protected] & My Contact number to reach is [protected]. Please take immediate action or I will cancel my Order.
                        No Actions taken by Fedex but the Product Received with little damage also on Yesterday evening. Very worst delivery service.
                        I received product with damage. I received a call from Fedex and they asked to send photos, see the damage Photographs. Very worst delivery service. I am really disappointed with this purchase.

                          Hi Sir/Madam, I had tried to make a purchase in PayTM (ORDER NO.[protected] on 15th July 2015 at 5:33 pm IST. This order was unsuccessful. But, the amount of Rs 650/- got deducted from my PayTM wallet. When I checked with the PayTM customer care they have repeatedly asked me to check with the bank for the refund status. But actually, PayTM should tell me the reason for not getting the amount credited back to my wallet. Finally they have asked me to provide the bank statement to check the transaction details give me the details and so I have shared the same to the PayTM team.                             Dear sir, I have contacted paytm about 1 transaction of 'refund to bank' with given below details in screenshots. paytm customer care asked me to provide bank statement, transaction id, date of transaction, for thousands times. every time I provide the details, these people don't get back to me again. I felt cheated. the transaction of refund of 249 rs. is not yet reflected to my bank. I am attaching the screenshots of conversation with paytm on emails. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. after providing every single detail to about 30-40 emails they sent, my issue is not yet solved.

                              I am Ajit Kumar Singh from Gorakhpur, UP. I have purchased many products from Pay Tm. I purchased a multi use Steel Air Pump on 5th July 2015, but after 5-6 days they shown that product is delivered, when I see this status I sent the mail, after many follow up they gave same reply that as per their system, product is delivered, then I asked for POD from courier partner but they did provide POD. They always use same reply on my every mail. One day I received feedback mail for this complain, when I give negative feedback, I received a call from paytm and the executive sais i[censored] not received product yet, he refunding the money, but again money also not refund, they are totally fraud, I have sent 15-16 mails but neither product received nor refund and they are not providing POD detail.                                 Dear PayTM Your merchant has supplied a SMALL sized board (Order No. [protected]) instead of the one mentioned in the order & CHEATED US intentionally. We have asked for refund on your site on the 13th of Aug, but the material has not been picked up till date. When I complained to PayTm NON-Customer-Service, Mr. Gaurav Kashyap says that it is not a problem of the courier but the Merchant does not want to take back the wrongly supplied material. Since he was not able to resolve the problem, I asked him to transfer the call to a senior, but he put me on hold for 5 minutes & then said that there was no senior available. I then had to literally threaten him with complaint against him, that he again put me on hold for 10 minutes & then transferred to his senior. Then I talked to the Floor Supervisor - Pankaj, who says that reverse pickup is not possible in my area. I stay in Juhu, which is the most central & posh locality of Mumbai, & if pickup is not possible at this location (how is delivery possible to this area?), means that PayTM does not want to bother with returning of wrongly supplied orders & does not believe in addressing complaints. Now Pankaj says that it is my responsibility to courier the material back to the merchant. Also, till date, they have not bothered to inform me regarding same & I should keep waiting for them to take some action. This is the WORST NON-CUSTOMER-SERVICE that I have faced from any online site & I have actively been buying from Ebay for more than 10 years & regularly from other sites like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, ShopClues, etc. on a regular basis. I have never faced such a problem with them as they understand the importance of Customer Service & know that their complete existence depends on it. PayTM thinks exactly the opposite. I am really glad that I cancelled an order for Laptop placed with PayTM, as I realize that they would not bother with the correctness of the order & whether the supplier is sending me the wrong Laptop & then left me without any customer service or Guarantee for the wrong supply. I am very actively involved with online Forums, Facebook & twitter, & will see to it that all these details are put up in all these Forums so that other customers are not fooled into buying WRONG material on PayTM & are aware that PayTM does not believe that they are responsible for any of their listings & do not need to provide Customer Service to their trusting customers.                                   I booked a Eagle travels Volvo bus ticket from ahmedabad to Jamnagar using paytm.Bus was cancelled and travel agent informed me refund will be given in paytm account.BT I didn't get anything in my paytm account.journey date-18/08/2015, bus timing-1.30pm, ahmedabad to Jamnagar Volvo Eagle travels.

                                    Dear Team, I ordered ipad mini on 07th august 2015 form your paytm website.But i received an used ipad mini with password protected screen. So i requested for return through paytm website on 11th august. Please tell me yet how many days i should wait for my refund? Already i waited for more than 10 days . And also you told that you will come back with an update in next 72 hours . But you are not saying anything sure about my return and refund. I dont expect this kind of response/service from your side. I am using Paytm for more than 3 years. I never faced this kind of issues before. Please understand i received an used product with non-operating condition. Someone used this ipad and locked with a password.On the box the manufactured date and Imported date printed as feb-15. i can't use this ipad . My previous items returns were picked up on the next day itself. i cant understand why are you taking this much time for this used product? Please understand i am moving some other location with in this week. I[censored] arranged the pick up after the time i will not available on my current address.                                         Paytm Order No [protected], this order was regarding the Recharge of Vodafone Mobile [protected]. I had not even tried to recharge to this number. I had not shared even my passwords to any one and regularly i use to change my passwords. This phone number belongs to NORTH EAST and i stay in hyderabad in south of india. There some fraud done with this paytm wallet. I came to know this when i got message to my registered mobile number as 200 debited from my paytm wallet for this order. when i contacted paytm, they are telling that as services was utilised by some one and we cant refund the amount. But there is no wrong from my end. This paytm is not a safe one. please make me to refund back my money 200 .
