I have recharged my ph with the rupees of 99/- order no [protected], amount is successfully from my bank side but didn't get recharge. while i call to customer care to raise complaint but it is not responding. so give my money back or recharge immediately do this which ever is possible. do this problem to solve immediately

Call to Consumer Forum and they will Guide You.
Also They will advised you to file Complaint with Central Govt. On "pgportal.gov.in" and only then PAyTm will take action.

    I ordered a puma blue casual shoe & when i recieved delivery and i opened it i found cheated as it was containing a chappal used by somebody who replaced or what ... and I'm try to contact with paytm but there is no response from there side

      Very poor customer service of Paytm after so many mail i got my money refunded after 3 months, i ordered a product and got wrong product then refunded that and claim for refund the money but paytm ignoring this saying that seller had rejected the return while they collect the product. so they collect the product then saying its return rejected and after many communication on mail they at last they refunded money. Very poor and careless customer support of Paytm.

        While paying bill of my MTS dongle through the patm i used my icic net banking and payed amount. from icici net banking it showed message that amount successfully paid but paytm showed payment failed msg. two times today i did payed bill both time same problem. first time i payed from mobile app. second time from website from my laptop.

        i tried calling customer care number, it was not connecting from any phone. And also there is no reply from paytm except the auto generated email.

              On 21st of July, 2015 I placed an order with PayTM for a Eureka Forbes Trendy DX Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner for Rs.8779. As soon as I placed the order, I realized that I had provided the wrong delivery address, and I immediately cancelled the order (even before the seller acknowledged it, I cancelled the order). A refund of Rs.8779 was made immediately to my PayTM wallet. Then I opened my PayTM wallet and request a refund of Rs.8779 to be made, back to my bank account from the wallet. As soon as I requested a refund to be made from my PayTM wallet to my bank account, it said that the refund has been initiated and that the amount, Rs.8779 should reflect in my bank account within 3 to 10 working days. It's 17th August today and I am yet to receive my refund, I have contacted PayTM via phone and email more than 15 times on the whole, and on their request I even went to the bank and inquired them if there was any technical issue going on but the bank said my account is perfectly active and it is good to receive cash or funds. Also I sent my complete bank statement to PayTM twice by email, on 3rd August 2015 and on 13th August 2015 as well. Their customer care might be prompt in responding but all they do is ask for 24 hours, 72 hours or 48 hours and they just keep asking for more and more hours of time and I have become totally hopeless now. As of now, another 24 hours of time has been asked of me by PayTM, so this is the last chance am going to give them.                 Sir. I have purched htc 820hand set from pytm. It has manufactur defuct i told to paytm ki ndly change my hand et . But they denyed. So kindly help. They r making fool to customer . Kindly take action.
                Sir before 1 monts ago purched htc820. Since biggning is not working properly. I was trying there cuatomer care no. But unable to contact . After 15 days i found there email id . I told all the problem . They did not give me a proper reply . But now they r saying as per. Company policy 15 days over . Theycant change my phone.

                  Dear Sir, I purchased Samsung mobile phone (Model No. SM-E500 H) from e-zone, Bangalore on[protected] at the cost of Rs.18199/- on an assurance that promo code at an amount of Rs 400/- would be paid for a period of 6 months against the purchase of above mobile phone. Accordingly I received promo code @ Rs. 400/- only for next two months vide Promo code No. 484VIJVSQEA4. After that no promo code is received so far.                     Hi, I have ordered three times a product with you(Paytm), let me explain clearly about your fault and my concern on this. [protected] Fault :: This was received a damaged product(attached screen shot which shared to you), so i have raised my concern in facebook about faulty product then the customer service person requested to follow the return policy and asked me to send the screen shot of damaged product. I have did all and the product picked up from me by your courier person in the delivered address. Then as per your mail concern i have ordered same product again, but this was initially accepted by seller but later it was cancelled without reason. It seems due to above issue the seller declined this product(and that product was availed after got declined my request). Here the order number, ORDER NO. [protected]. [protected] Fault :: After the above issue i have ordered this.This too received a damaged product(attached screen shot which shared to paytm), so followed the return policy, but this time they are requesting me to return that product in the given address. why???. So, this daily sending reminder and responded that dont have courier pick-up facility in delivered address. last time you have but not this time??? still its not resolved. before delivered to this product i have ordered another one by believing your service. [protected] Fault :: This i received a faulty product, so followed a return procedure again(3rd time), and got confirmation that product will be picked up from the delivered address. How you have pick-up service for my 1st and third product but not for 2nd once. My observation:: first and second time actually the product was good, but got damaged in courier service. So, seems not handled in packing process as well as in courier service. And, third time i got a faulty product but courier service is good. Also, check my order history to know about me. My question:: Why repetitively my all ordered goes wrong? 1st and 2rd product you have pick-up process but why not for 2nd one? How can i believe your product in future ? My lowest Concern :: You have to offer pick up service for 2nd product too. I want my refund money back to my bank account, because this will around 10k. Dont add in my wallet. I want to purchase this in outside. If not resolved my concern, whom have to raise my request? Please respond me immediately, really im under pressure to purchase this outside.

                      I had 1000 rupees in my paytm account. The mobile number got changed which was registered with paytm. The OTP was not required to login when i created my account in Paytm few months back. I tried to login to paytm but not able due to OTP. I don't know how to recover/use the balance I had in paytm. Please help.

                            Sir, I bought Mahavir Induction based pressure cooker worth Rs 1149 through www.Paytm.com on dated 20th May 2015 and order ID is[protected]. I got third quality deluxe brand pressure cooker so I filed for return but nobody came to recieve product and after so much mail Paytm sent me mail to return product by myself and they will send me courier charge. So as per Paytm request I sent the Pressure cooker. The total cost incurred to to send the Cooker through Blue dart was Rs 900/-, as per the policy I sent the courier receipt to Paytm to return the amount to my account, but when connecting to customer representative he said we can't return you that much of courier charges, now I have multiple grievances in this regards: Counting your mistakes- 1- First of all its fault of Paytm thatt hey sent some other local brand pressure cooker instead of Maharaja brand which I ordered. 2-It is duty of Paytm to collect the product which customer doesn't like/wrong product delivered, if not Paytm should assist his customer by returning whole courier charges hassle free. 3-Paytm didn't mention how much money they will return or anything similar to that so Paytm can't restrict me now to a limited payment. I should not pay for multiple mistakes of Paytm. So please respond to me and help me to return my whole amount .

                                  I placed a order for IFB senorita 6.5KG washing machine to Paytm through order#[protected]. On 3rd Aug i got a message that the item has been shipped through fedex tracking number[protected] and it will be delivered by 8th Aug. on 6th Aug When i have noticed that there is no update on the tracking then i called Fedex to inquire about the item and they confirmed me that the item is not handed over to them, its just a lable that is created through online login. Anyone who has online account with fedex can create a lable like this. on 6th Aug I contacted Paytm and have informed them the same, but then after everytime they are asking me to wait for 24-48-72 hrs or 1-5 days but till now i have not received the item. I have sent mail to their service head and Grievance officer as well but there is no response from them at all. I even informed them that if you confirm that the item will be delivered in 24-42-72 hrs then give me a confirmed date which could be even after 1month when my purchased item will be delivered to me, but they are not even confirming that. When i contacted their customer care they told that as i have already informed their service head and grievance head through mail they cany help me at all. Its all upto the heads to respond now. I have informed the service head and grievance officer on 10th aug but they have also not responded. I tried to cancel the order as it was not getting delivered but they also dont have any cancellation policy with that specific item. Now neither i can cancel the order nor they are delivering. Now i am stuck and dont know what to do. I bought this item for Rs 33580/= and now i think i have been cheated. There is no positive response from them at all. Please help me either to get the Purchased item delivered or to get my money back.

                                    I have done reacharge of 700 but I was wrongly selected operator.. amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done and also my amount was also not refund ... I have mailed this many times to custermer care they are not giving correct response ...please refund my money as soon as possible nearly four days has been completed ...
                                    i Am Pya Mobile Bill Post Paid reliance GSM On Dec 01 2015 . But Not Update The Payment In Reliuance. But In My Account Debit The Payment 775.00 Rupees. Please Resolve The Issue.

                                      Paytm is fooling indian citizen on the name of independence day and wasting there precious time just to make them log in their site. They brought an offer which says pay rs 1947 to paytm wallet and get rs 2015 . however, whenever you try this, session will expire, and the next time you try to log in, it will show that it was a one time offer and you have already utilized it
