I did recharge of Rs. 253 (TataDocomo). According to paytm i should get 222 Rs. Balance + 1 GB internet, but i only got balance not the data pack. So I spoke with TataDocomo Representative, he said you did normal recharge of 253 so you need to contact paytm for this query. I contacted paytm, he sent me following response: Hi, I am Vikas, and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. I am really sorry that you did not receive the desired benefits for your recharge. I feel terrible that you had to experience that. Unfortunately, the talk time or any other benefit that you receive is entirely controlled by operator. Therefore, we request you to please get in touch with Tata DOCOMO. Should you need any further assistance, let me know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm. Best wishes, Vikas To whom i need to contact for this?     Dear Team,

    Had ordered a Fogg Deo combo pack from paytm worth 540Rs/-. My money was received by Paytm on the same day but they did not have sent that shipment to me and it is take More then 2 week and still pending. I had confirmed with shipping company that Paytm Has cancelled the order although my all details are very clear as well. Please do necessary action on this as this is very untolerable.

      Reg: Online Transaction Fraud against my ATM Card No.[protected]. Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that today at 10.51 AM I got a call from [protected] on my mobile. The person calling me posed him as SBI employee from Mumbai headquarters and asked me about my request to reissue of the ATM Card (I may mention here that 3-4 days ago I had requested the SBI Customer care for reissue of my ATM card). This person who called me today suggested me to change the PIN No. by way of adding 9025+Last four digit of the A/c No. + Password and let him know the total. But I did not entertain him as I was reluctant to disclose the same on phone. At about 11.11 AM the first fraudulent transaction was made which I came to know through SMS alert on my phone. As soon as I received the SMS alert I immediately went to the ATM at JNU Kamal Complex and successfully changed the PIN no. twice at 11.34 AM and 11.35 AM(evidence attached). Even after changing the PIN no. the fraudulent transactions continued (Evidence attached). After changing the PIN I again received a call from the same person asking for my new PIN number. He claimed that he will put the money back in to my account. I got very suspicious and recorded this conversation (audio file attached). The total amount through the fraudulent transactions has been Rs. 50, 000/- until I got my ATM card blocked through SBI customer care representative between 12.45 and 12.55 PM. You are, therefore, requested to register an FIR and take immediate action against those involved in this fraudulent transactions and to ensure that my money gets back to my A/c no.[protected] at SBI, JNU Branch, New Delhi-110067 as soon as possible. I believe with all these proofs and evidences that I stored due to presence of mind, it will be easy to trace the culprits. Thanking you, Yours sincerely, Md.         My order no Order No[protected] dated 19 Feb of Mixed Bag Swimming Pool- 6 Ft..The order is cancelled without any communication after 5 days...It gives a real bad impression on your part, pls tell the reason and i want my refund at my account and not at Patm wallet..It may compel me to go to consumer forum. thanks n regards

          Someone use my email to open paytm account. I have never clicked on the hyperlink to verify my email with paytm. But paytm still allow someone to create the account successfully. And the someone is doing transactions using paytm which I don't know what kind of money movements they are. I request to close the account but paytm ignore it.

            I had recharged my airtel number [protected] by Rs.150/- wide order no.[protected] on 22 Feb 2015 the payment was successful Which was also confirmed by your executive email but i Still didnt get the credit the same and also didnt getting any response from their side i mailed so many times but They are not replying.

              I did online recharge from Paytm on 20th Feb 2015 and I received SMS from Paytm that the recharge was successful but I didn't received any message from the network service provider and the recharge is not done till today. On repeated complaints via. email (as they do not have any medium to talk directly to their representative) they didn't responded to the issue. and my amt of rs 360 is debited from bank

                We have bought a cell phone Samsung galaxy grand prime on 14 th Feb 2015, from reliance mart & there is a offer on downloading the apps paytm will get 400 Rs up to six month's on inserted no.( [protected])., but still we don't have got these amount, while 9 days has gone. Kindly do solve this asap. Thanx/Rgds Sandeep

                  I tried to recharge my mobile with pay tm, when I tried for recharge for Rs.98/- once it was debited but recharge not done then I was told that next time it will be adjusted in your account, I again tried, again it was debited and recharge not done. aprox 5-6 months gone, no response from pay tm. I was compelled to presume that it is all fraud. isn't it? I want my money 98+98 back immediately failing which I will be compelled to approach to news papers / media etc. so that no other person will be cheated by you people.

                        i had done a recharge of 90 rupees on my mobile number [protected].according to paytm, you can get 90 out of 90.but i received 76 rupees.they are showing now also 90 out of 90.i have done complained in idea.but they said it is responsibilty of paytm to revealing wrong information.we are not responsible for that. please give me 14 rupees back from paytm. pushpendra bansal paytm account id p.[protected]@gmail.com

                            I was Rs.161 in my wallet balance. When recharge another Rs.219 from fully from debit card payment then trancesaction is failed and my wallet balance updated with Rs.219 only... means old wallet balance is overwrite with new one. & I complained many times on [protected]@paytm.com but no one is taking action on it. Still not resolved after 10 days. It is very bad experiance with me. now i will not use paytm.com for next time Order No.[protected] Order No.[protected] Order No.[protected] Please check wallet balance in each of this orders
                            i will inform to my all connecting people regarding this issue so they also stop using paytm

                                Paytm does not refund my balance which were placed on 21st September.They claimed that they provide it in 7 days but not gave.

                                  I ordered Zebronics SW275 RUF 2.1 Multimedia Speaker (ORDER NO.[protected] from paytm but when i received the product it was damage and not working properly. Then I requested for return of product, product has been returned but its approx one month the did not returned my cash I mailed them many times but they always say to mail them the scan copy of reverse pick I mailed then three times but still the did not returned my cash till date.

It was Post paid Bill Payment of Idea Mobile Rs:1500/-, My transaction has FAILED and I received message from bank that was, my amount has been debited from my Union Bank card.
