I've not received any updates regarding my case. My order id is[protected] and I have raised several issues regarding this on your email. Your customer support is so pathetic that it has been weeks since I first told them, and till now what I've heard is "We have escalated the issue". May I kindly know whom are you escalating this issue to? To God? Having received wrong product, I demand my money back. I received a product which costs around 714 as per your site. I had given you Rs 950. I deserve my money back. I had ordered a pack of 2 pendrives of sandisk costing Rs. 950 but I received the product package which contained only 1 pendrive and 1 memory card. I tried out paytm for the first time and such a bad experience. I seek my money out. Also, paytm has no customer support over the phone. I tried calling a paytm person whose contact I somehow managed to grab hold of, but they do not pick up any incoming calls. Paytm is such a pathetic brand that I believe it won't be able to stand long in this ever so competing e-commerce market.

Details of the transaction as follows . VIN*TIMES BUS ON 25.02.2015 05:05:14 Rs.3708/- VIN*PAYTM ON 25.02.2015 05:05:14 Rs.1000/- VIN*TIMESBUS ON 25.02.2015 05:05:14 Rs.7528/- The above three transactions has taken place in the account without my knowledge and amount also debited .           Dear sir, As i ordered one 4GB memory card instead of that you have sent the 2GB mermory card.order no#[protected].kindly please take action regarding this issue and i am attaching purchase details please have a look and clarified it.
          they do this to many customers. Don't buy from paytm next time. Even I received wrong product but was overcharged.

                  I urged paytm to ship my product quickly, They didn't respond for two days. 3rd Day I mailed them that " I'll not accept the package if today(March 3rd 2015) you didn't ship my item " later some times they shipped and mailed me. After 4 days(7th March 2015), particulary customer care(facebook page moderator) executive from paytm, made a sarcastic comment on me in a post. I want to take severe action on paytm's irresponsibility. I continuously mailed them due to delay in my order shipment, for that he is making a insulting comment on me in a public forum.

                      Below is my recharge order no. Recd from paytm[protected] They have deducted 150 rs and recharge not recd yet. I had sent a mail to paytm regarding this that I havent recd recharge and payment deducted from my credit card. That day on 24 th I got rely that issue will be solve with in 2 hour. From that day to today I m sending daily reminder mail but even single reply I havent recd. Even this is second time its happening on same no. Mobile no.                         I have recharged my tata sky number on 5th March. I received an email telling my money he been deducted, but due to some reason the transaction is not been processed. And my tata sky has not been recharged. Usually I have been told the money is available in paytm wallet, but I am not finding it there either. What should I do?

                            Hi I am rohit jaat, I ordered a product from PAYTM and It got delievered in time but the product was faulty.
                            It was not functioning properly so i reached back to PAYTM and arranged the pickup for the product so
                            that they can give the product back to the seller and i can get the credit of my amount
                            but the amount is not yet credited even after sending paytm approx 10 emails regarding it.

                              I have buy a track pant of 349 rupees by paytm, paytm offered me 50% cash back o 174 rupees return me but paytm not return me 174 rupees, he promised me that 174 rupees cash back in 24 Hours but 45 hours already done and paytm not return money.                                     Firstly I'm fully disappoint by using paytm, Yesterday I booked a movie ticket in book my show, i paid ticket amount your paytm 20% cash back offer, u mentioned in your terms & conditions are you are giving maximum cash back is 75/- per transaction.5 tickets each ticket cost is 87/- (87*5=435, 435*20/100=87) but, i got only 50/- every time..sometimes i did not get any cash back also.i raised compliant no.of times but i did not get any respond to you.. Please give your response to my compliant.

                                      I have paid online for Orpat OEK-8127 Electric Kettle from my hdfc bank account Reff no.[protected] of rs. 799/- on 04.03.2015 due to some error, from my bank account the amount is deducted and order has been not booked and now not credited to my bank kindly look into the matter & arrange to release the amount to my account.
