Order No.[protected] dated[protected] I have booked this order on 1st March in paytm websites for Rs 1799...its estimated shipping date is 3rd March and delivery date is 5th March.. . I request paytm for the delivery of this product at earliest.. .. But paytm team always reply me that your product will shipped with 24-48 hrs. Every time when I request them than I got reply that your product will shipped in 48hrs... In this way almost 12 days gone.. . The Product is still not shipped.. . I also escalated this matter to Paytm head office as well as grievance cell... But non of them has replied me... When I complain regarding this matter to Paytm Facebook page than the paytm admin has blocked me so that i can't do any comment or like or message to there paytm page... I request them to refund my money or cancel the order than they told me that cancellation is not possible. If you want refund than you are requested to not take the delivery of Product when it's arrived, than after refund will be processed. But the product is still not shipped.. . It is almost 12 days gone..

When i received this product than it was already damaged and i raised a complaint against this product on 5/3/2015 on PAYTM.com. From that day i am sending mails, images of damaged laptop also complaint on Akosha.com etc.No call back have arranged by the seller or PAYTM.com. But there is no solution is provided by any one till now. So plz make a solution as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you for the same.
