My order no is[protected] of MI power bank. I got a fake product. The product don't work properly and not genuine. I have checked with information available on internet that it's not genuine. I want to return the product and I have sent them mail about that. It's been 3 days they are not responding. I want a refund and want that you take action on them for delivering fake unworthy products....

Hi, I had ordered for a phone which I recieved without any hassles on the right date and time. Paytm is a fraud company it keeps your money for days and cancel the order after week or more without any reasons. They refund the money paytm account so that you can be cheated again. This has happened twice with me. The most recent incident is with order ORDER NO.[protected] where order was packed and delivered to courier and also recieved a mail for same.
