    Have been mailing my issue to paytm customer care but there is no response from the team since 4 days now. I had purchased a product which gives me Rs.700 cashback after applying the promo code. I got the product delivered but the cashback is still not credited to my account. Since 4 days, it is showing in my account that amount will be credited in 2 hours.

      When i received this product than it was already damaged and i raised a complaint against this product on 5/3/2015 on PAYTM.com. From that day i am sending mails, images of damaged laptop also complaint on Akosha.com etc.No call back have arranged by the seller or PAYTM.com. But there is no solution is provided by any one till now. So plz make a solution as soon as possible. I shall be thankful to you for the same.
      Dear Sir. I have ordered a karbonn k9 mobile from paytm last week. Order number :[protected]. The mobile did not function properly since the very first day, it did not get switch on also. The very same day I had lodged a complaint through mail to your company. I got a response saying my defective product will be picked up from my address and subsequently my money will be refunded. It has been almost 9 days that no person from your company has been bothered to look after it. Very much disappointed from your service. Am suffering here without availability of phone, and it doesn't bother you. I want my refund as early as possible. Otherwise i have to take some legal action against your company. [protected] on 08.07.2014.but product will be damaged and it is not working. it is sealed pack but after i opened the pack i had found that product was damaged and even not working also and i had received that product on 08/07/2015.i think motor was not fiited properly in mixer even power also not supplying.

I have checked with information available on internet that it's not genuine. I want to return the product and I have sent them mail about that. It's been 3 days they are not responding. I want a refund and want that you take action on them for delivering fake unworthy products.

                  Order No.[protected] dated[protected] I have booked this order on 1st March in paytm websites for Rs 1799...its estimated shipping date is 3rd March and delivery date is 5th March.. . I request paytm for the delivery of this product at earliest.. .. But paytm team always reply me that your product will shipped with 24-48 hrs. Every time when I request them than I got reply that your product will shipped in 48hrs... In this way almost 12 days gone.. . The Product is still not shipped.. . I also escalated this matter to Paytm head office as well as grievance cell... But non of them has replied me... When I complain regarding this matter to Paytm Facebook page than the paytm admin has blocked me so that i can't do any comment or like or message to there paytm page... I request them to refund my money or cancel the order than they told me that cancellation is not possible. If you want refund than you are requested to not take the delivery of Product when it's arrived, than after refund will be processed. But the product is still not shipped.. . It is almost 12 days gone.. * My Mail to [protected]@paytm.com dated 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12 march respectively and ever time i got this reply from paytm team: Hi Pratik, First of all, let us express our sincere apologies for the unintentional mistake and the inconvenience caused thereafter. These incidents are not typical o[censored]s and we are disturbed about this as much as you are. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to some issue your order was not shipped on the expected shipping date. We are coordinating with our logistics department to expedite the shipping procedure. Your order will be shipped within next 48 hrs . We sincerely appreciate your patience and the relationship that you have with our company. Should you need any further assistance, let us know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm. Best wishes Team Paytm Disclaimer:- "Please do not share your Paytm Wallet password, Credit/Debit card PIN, CVV and any other confidential information with anyone even if he/she claims to be from Paytm. I request you to kindly help me to get my refund.

                    Hi, I had ordered for a phone which I recieved without any hassles on the right date and time. But the paytm offer of refund Rs 7000/- has not been credited to my account even after a week of the product delivery. The promo code also had been entered properly during the process. The phone was delivered on 3rd march 2015. Even writing to their customer care is in vain. They are so irresponsible that they won't even bother replying to the emails. I think we should not rely on petty online stores lik paytm who do not even bother about the customer once the sale is over. This is the worst service I have experienced till date. I would never recommend this website to anybody I know.

                      I ordered a nikon d3300 dslr from paytm attracted by "DSLR6K" offer. As per the promo i was to receive a 6k cashbak for the DSLR as soon as it was shipped. I placed the order with ICICI credit card with EMI payments. Happy that i got a good offer and believing paytm to be a trusted site, i was eagerly expecting the order to be delivered. But two days later paytm proved all that wrong. First i ordered via EMI and paytm deducted the entire amount in the credit card which i will not be able to pay at all. Atleast i was expecting that cashback would be credited to my paytm wallet. After 24 hours the product was shipped, i was trying to claim the cash back and to my shock i got the message that payback will be credited 24 hours after delivery. There is no credibility in their offers, all are just a lucrative scheme to gain orders. I tried to contact customer care and sent a mail regarding the cash back issue for which i received a delayed reply stating that within 24 hours the issue will be resolved. What followed in that 24 hours was the revelation that my money has been hoarded officially by Paytm. The tracking details for the order was the same for the two days mentioning that my shipment package was sitting in some lucknow hub. On trying to find the credibility of the seller i searched the seller rating on the Paytm website and found none. On trying to find the product rating in paytm website, there was none. Deciding to find the refund on cancellation policy, to my horror i was informed all refunds will be made to paytm cash wallet. whats the use in having 30 k in my paytm wallet. if i try to send money from my paytm to wallet to my bank account i learned 4 % will be charged which in total will amount to rs 2400. So basically paytm will charge me 2400 for the mistakes paytm is responsible. Eventually I cancelled the order and still yet to receive a confirmation mail or SMS stating that order has been cancelled. Other online ecommerce sites dont operate in this way and their customer support is excellent. Least of all i was expecting timely communication from paytm. Only thing properly happening from their side is debiting my money. Hope atleast i will recieve the money or else i am doomed. paytm order no[protected] paytm cash transactio no 350656F05D857C6

                      Fake promo code has been given on britanniabourbon.
                      Many times applied but its not considering the promocode, every time it is showing that PLEASE TRAY AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME.

                      Dont cheat the customers by giving fake advertisement.
                      my order is cancelled by paytm with informing me, order no. [protected]. Paytm doing always fraud work.

                        Paytm said to me 20% cash back on a booking in book my show, I have buy 5600 rupees ticket of IPL's I need 1060 rupees cash back, but paytm gave me 50 rupees cash back, its cheating, pls taking action to paytm for froud. Pls give me 1010 rupees more cash back

                            Paytm is a fraud company it keeps your money for days and cancel the order after week or more without any reasons. They refund the money paytm account so that you can be cheated again. This has happened twice with me. The most recent incident is with order ORDER NO.[protected] where order was packed and delivered to courier and also recieved a mail for same. Then it was cancelled after 20 mins. Paytm cash is delivered but wats the benifit if keeping money with them for 10 days and have to spend it again with them. Will be happy if it is resolved. Thanks, Gaurav [protected]

                              I placed an order for 2 puma t-shirts on Mar 5, 2015 order no.[protected]. Until now I have not received the product. When I contact customer care they take 4-5 days to respond and say they will resolve the issue in 3-4 days and the same thing happened 5-10 times until now and still waiting for the refund. The customer care of Paytm is of no use to the customer when needed. Please suggest me on how to proceed legally to get my money back. Pathetic customer service.
