MY ORDER NO IS[protected], I order this product on 7 feb 2015, after ten days mail came from Paytm that they cant bale to deliver this cox o[censored]navoidable situation and money is added in your account you can buy any other this no money refund. this is worst service i ever saw . I don't want anything from paytm if they give lakh bug also, give my money back to my bank ...

I have made recharge for Rs. 249/- for my Vodafone No. [protected] through UCO Bank Visa debit card on 12.2.2015 at 12.56pm. I received a receipt from UCO bank duly debited by Paytm for Rs. 249/- . Paytm is showing your Order No. is[protected] for Rs. 249/- But till not the amount has not gone to Vodafone. for data recharge of Rs.249/- from Vodafone. Also not received any receipt duly putting the amount in vallet from paytm. Please find out where the amount has gone. Please make refund my amount through paytm or send the amount to Vodafone for data recharge.

Hi, I have sent numerous emails regarding this issue. I tried transferring money from my paytm wallet to my friend's paytm wallet. Since my friend's paytm wallet was unverified the money was not credited to her account but the money was debited from my account. The transaction is still in pending status. The only reply that I have got from you every time is : Sorry for the inconvenience caused As per the terms and conditions. Receiving user account( i.e- Email id and phone no.) must be verified otherwise transaction would not be complete. And your transferred amount will be auto refund into your Paytm wallet in 3-10 days. I have place order with the MRP cost of 585 after discount 339, but i had received the product only 399 MRP. I need my reaming amount. I have placed two products. this is not first time this is third time i have received incorrect product.

My ordered product having with Occupenture product also free with the Mrp of 585. but i have recived cheap product . I need my money back. i[censored] dont have response and not refund my money i will complaint to Consumer court. the worst service compare to other websites. i am not a new customer, so many items are purchased in ur website.
I had attached images in attachment plz check it. Even customer care number also not available. t think this is the first web site without customer care number.

At any cost i want my remaining amount in my paytm wallet immediately. this is damaged your brand value.

I posted a complaint against recharge failure in paytm complaint forum. I provided my mobile and bank details. I get solved and I forget to close the complaint. One man was calling on 7th Feb 2015, told that he was calling from paytm customer care. He asked me that are you posted a complaint against recharge. I replied yes, and added that issue was solved. He again asked me to close the complaint, I replied now I cant. He again replied give me some details regarding the complaint to close the reuest. He asked my debit card details, unknowingly I gave. I'm not getting any doubt from him. After few minutes, Rs.1000 was debited in my account. I was shocked and I called to customer care, then I realised that the man who called was a fraud/. My sincere request to all of you friends, Dont post anything in paytm complaint forum. In case you want to post, post it. Be aware of such fraud calls. If somebody calls and say I am from paytm customer care, be careful, dont provide any details regarding your debit card. Because paytm customer care wont ask such details. This is my suggestion/advice. Be aware of such unknown fellows/fraud. Thanks, Your Friend

I was promised to pay 350/- cash back if I apply a promo code on shopping of 699 or above. So i bought a bag of price 799/- and I paid that amount by debit card on 05 Feb '15 6:06 pm. and they said that i'll get my cash back within 24 hrs but I didn't get it till now.

Hi paytm team, i had ordered a nokia wareless head phone(model no. BH 111)...order no.#[protected] .I got the product and found that it's a duplicate and it was poorly packed .so I requested for replacement or refund money as soon as possible...

we have order from the Paytm but they wrong product after that i return back the order and no body response on customer care number and at mail they do same mail again and again.not my money refunded yet 1 month is almost gone for this issue.
