    I have placed order on Paytm.com wide order number[protected] got confirmation mail also that your order has been received and we will dispatch your order maximum by 9th March 2015 till date neither i have received any update on my order i have tried calling [protected] 3-4 times i was on long hold for more than 2 hours yet no connect with customer care drafted "N" number of mails to [protected]@paytm.com received acknowledgement mail but no response afterwards its already been 7 days since i am waiting for product dispatch. I have paid 22000 Rupees with trust on Paytm but i have realised that paytm is good nothing service from paytm

      I booked an bus ticket through Paytm. I was waiting in the boarding point for the bus. Even after the departure time the bus didnot come there. So I contacted the bus operator and they said they have cancelled the bus and they have informed Paytm about the cancellation and only Paytm will inform their passengers. And the next moment I called paytm bus customer care, for the first 5 0r 6 times the call got hanged within 30 seconds and after that the call didnot even connect. So I mailed about this to Paytm and after a week they replied they will refund the money. But the amount is not yet refunded, it is almost three weeks. I have been continously following up them with more that 15 mails but they are not even replying now.
      No reply from paytm.i book my complain more then 10 times.I have no reply and ur packing is poor.

        Hi, I ordered Iphone 5s from Paytm website. I gave 39k during the order and there was offer going on to use A6K coupon and get the cashback for 6K. I tried order thrice and all three times I use coupon and I have screenshot for that. After the order has been delivered I asked for cash back money they are saying you did not redeem coupon. This is something company's internal politics. I have sent multiple emails with proofs but they have not replied. Can this be addressed ? Thanks, Sumit

                  I ordered Lenovo S510P Notebook (4th Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1/ 2GB Graph[protected]Black) on paytm website on[protected]. They promised to give back a cash back of 6000 Rs as soon as i receive my product. I received the above laptop on[protected]. I did not receive any cash back till today and when i contacted paytm customer service regarding this they just do not respond. Once they responded saying to upgrade my account but they have not even contacted me in any manner thereafter. I was wondering why paytm was not caring for me like this. At this point i observed that there is a broken edge on the laptop and its making cracking sound when ever i close and open the lid. By all this frustration i immediately mailed paytm customer service that the product received is damaged. But even then till now they are just ignoring me and my complaints. No resolution is being made or no response is given in favour of me. I'm totally vexed with paytm. They are doing such fraudlent business and offering cash back on defect products and once we are buying these products they do not either offer cashback or do not atleast respond to our requests. Please let me solve this. I dumped 40, 000 rupees in the hands of paytm and now i'm unable to know how to get those back.

                    ORDER NO.[protected] I have ordered Apple IPhone 5S from Paytm and as stated on their website i have not received the cashback of 6000. I called their customer support and after 57 minutes on hold they picked up my call and said i will receive the cashback in 2 days. Then after 2 days I sent a mail wherein they replied the cashback will be added once the product is received by you. I received the product and I again called them to confirm this and they said the matter will be escalated to the concerned department and within 24 hours the amount will be added to my Paytm Wallet. Now its more then 3 days and still I see nothing in my Paytm Wallet. Paytm has the worst Customer Support team in INDIA. Nobody answers the call at Paytm Customer Support Centre and Paytm never calls you back. I know this because in every mail I sent to them (almost 6) I mentioned them to call me back but Paytm never calls you back as they know they are at fault. Darpan Goyal

                      Hi I am Nikhil Garg, I ordered a product from PAYTM and It got delievered in time but the product was faulty.It was not functioning properly so i reached back to PAYTM and arranged the pickup for the product so that they can give the product back to the seller and i can get the credit of my amount but the amount is not yet credited even after sending paytm approx 10 emails regarding it. When contacted the logistics guys named Saddam, he is telling to come a pick up the order from his office. Is this kind of service you provide.                             Hi, I have recharged a 2g pack on 28th Feb worth Rs.199 via PAYTM. PAYTM is showing my recharge was successful and they ave given me an id [protected] which they have got after talking to customer care operator.When I personally talked to your operator, she is saying no recharge was done. After that i received this reply, Hi there, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Your recharge should have been successfully delivered by now. In case it has not been delivered, the amount will be transferred to your Paytm account within 24-48 hours and will be available for immediate reuse. We hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let us know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm. Its been more than 6 days, I have not received my recharge,

                              I purchased a combo pack of 3 Adidas socks and a manhunt deodorant from PayTM. When I received the package I found 2 manhunt deodorants in it. So i filed a complaint with paytm regarding the same. I got a response to send them the pic of the package and the product within. I responded to the mail with image. I registered the complaint on 25/02/15 against which paytm refinded 50 out of 299 in my paytm wallet. Till now I have sent 3 mails but I don't see any action to be taken from Paytm's end.

                              I had ordered for two Philips Satinelle Epilator (PHILIP SHP6421), order no. [protected] but you have delivered Philips Ladyshave HP6306/00. I have already paid cash amount of Rs. 4288 /- on delivery. The cover of delivered product also mentioned the same product i have ordered, but later i found out to be the wrong product. Replace the delivered product with the ordered product as early as possible. it's really disheartening to see such deliveries from a reliable source like paytym.
                              I have Ordered Nokia AC-60 usb charger from paytm, but they deliver me Nokia AC-50 charger.
                              I have returned this.
                              But they not refund my money. They said that you can purchase another product we cannot refund money.
                              So I again order this product but again this time they send wrong product.
                              Please do needful.

                                Paytm.com offering juicy offer and trap our hard earned money to their custody by illegal way. This is to be noticed that this site is cheated me not providing me proper cash back. They are also not reply any of the mail or if they replied they are saying the information is wrong but the same information is provide by them earlier. They are not justifying there own words wrong information and misleading mail reply was sent by paytm.com customer care which have no logic and false statement was initiated. I think replied are system generated reply so it have not provide any solution to my problem. Customer care is denying to give me cash back as per there reply customer care is mentioning that offer is valid for only till 28 Feb 2015 but I also got cash back on other paytm account from paytm.com whose transaction was done on 1 March 2015. It was also replied by paytm customer care that cash back was not credited due to some technical issues. It will be credited within 24 to 48 hours. In case it’s not credited, please get back to us at [protected]@paytm.com. I waited and I got cash back in other account but not getting for this particular paytm account. If offer is valid for only til 28 Feb 2015 then I will never get any transaction which was made on 1 March 2015 on other paytm account but as per record I got cash back for other account and transaction was made on 1 March 2015 but getting no cash back for 6 nos. of account only. It need to understand if proper feedback and cash back is not given by paytm.com which may lead to bad impact on company brand image. It is due to technical fault that I am not received my cash back on time and If the statement is true offer is valid for only till 28 Feb then How can you replied that cash back is credited within 24 to 48 hours which means cash back is illegally not initiated by you. On the other hand I got cash back for other account and transaction was also done on 1 March 2015. It is not possible that terms and condition is different for different account.                                   I've not received any updates regarding my case. My order id is[protected] and I have raised several issues regarding this on your email. Your customer support is so pathetic that it has been weeks since I first told them, and till now what I've heard is "We have escalated the issue". May I kindly know whom are you escalating this issue to? To God? Having received wrong product, I demand my money back. I received a product which costs around 714 as per your site. I had given you Rs 950. I deserve my money back. I had ordered a pack of 2 pendrives of sandisk costing Rs. 950 but I received the product package which contained only 1 pendrive and 1 memory card. I tried out paytm for the first time and such a bad experience. I seek my money out. Also, paytm has no customer support over the phone. I tried calling a paytm person whose contact I somehow managed to grab hold of, but they do not pick up any incoming calls. Paytm is such a pathetic brand that I believe it won't be able to stand long in this ever so competing e-commerce market.
