Hi,
I have recharged a 2g pack on 28th Feb worth Rs.199 via PAYTM. PAYTM
is showing my recharge was successful and they ave given me an id
[protected] which they have got after talking to customer care operator.When I personally talked to your operator, she is saying no recharge was done.
After that i received this reply,
Hi there, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We had a
technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Your
recharge should have been successfully delivered by now. In case it has
not been delivered, the amount will be transferred to your Paytm account
within 24-48 hours and will be available for immediate reuse. We hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let us know. Look forward to see you again at Paytm.
Its been more than 6 days, I have not received my recharge,
