On 8th I had booked a bus ticket to lonavala. I wanted to go in the morning but i mistake i booked for 6 pm. When I realised the mistake i cancelled the ticket. Now Paytm have a policy "0% B/W 0-24 Hours Of Bus Start Time 90% Above 24 Hours Of Bus Start Time I am asking them to deduct cancellation charge but how come they can deduct the entire money because some one has traveled on my ticket so why should not they refund my money...this is really ridiculous...     Hi, This is Bala from chennai . I recharged Rs.99 on 06/02/2015 but i got the message that the recharge is sucessful on same day .after wards if i call outside it is saying it is too low for the call.next day i got a call from the person saying that he was calling from paytm asking details and debit card number and account number + atm pin number cvv number .He called me twice and saying your amount will not credited in your account and my debit card will be locked. after 2 days i got a call from another number starting from 90 but he asked me debit card number and atm pin number . I asked why should i give my atm pin number and questioned that person. but still my proble m has not been sol;ved my paytm.Totally i fed up with Paytm. Kindly do the needfull asap and recharge the amount to my mobile number [protected]. I hope you understood. Thanks & regards Balasubramanian.S

          I haven't received cashback against my bus booking which is of 185 and 200. Tried to contact so many times for this complaint but couldn't gt through. In my wallet the amount is showing and then on the same day you are deducting the same amount. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

              Kotak Mahindra Bank reference number PG-[protected] OS PAYTM[protected] [protected] Date - 9th Feb 2015 Amount - Rs. 1335.00 towards NIBM India The amount got deducted from my account but by the time I was redirected to NIBM page, the site had already Timed out. So, I lost the money as well as I didn't got the payment successful.

                i have purchased Dimpy Stuff Soft Pink Teddy Bear Soft Toy-85 Cm on 11 feb. But i had canceled my order on 12 feb. Every day i am mailing to them about my refund and to know my order satatus. but it's than 5 days i didn't got any reply after so many calls and mails. I want to cancel my order and refund my money in my bank account ASAP. It's pathetic service by PayTm. ORDER NO.[protected].

                  HI, I am Yuva Phani who booked ticket through paytm from hyderabad to bangalore.I came to know afterwords that i booked a ticket from anmol travels which was cancelled three days back.I trusted your site and booked the ticket, but everything went wrong and i lost hope on your site.At last minute i dropped my paln to bangalore and took leave to the office on monday.You have to give proper expalnation for this.Otherwise i will lodge complaint on you people.I want my money back and i want compensation for my valuable time.I spoked to travel agent and he was saying that it was paytm mistake.

                        I received an order of 8 items out of 10 which i placed an order with two different colors. so, i thought of checking it online and my acct get blocked. kindly unblock my account so that i can see the status of the remaining ordered and also want to use my cash back amount in my paytm wallet.

                          I had purchased a samsung phone from EZONE Central Mall Bellandur Bangalore. I was promised a cash back in the paytm wallet if I download the paytm App. However no such cash back was given. Now I am In a mess. No one is helping.                           i am also suffering from same problem as i have purchased few days back new samsung galaxy e7 and i was promised a cash back in the paymt wallet i will get rs.500 every month for next 6 month but still i did not get any notification.
                          Also i have mailed to paytm team for this problem but still i did not got any reply or solution on this i think they are making full to the customers.

                            I have recharge (mob. No.[protected] Airtel recharge of Rs. 57 order no.[protected] and (mob.no. [protected] Uninor recharge of Rs.20 order no.[protected]and (Mob. NO.[protected] Airtel recharge of Rs. 110 three times order no.[protected],[protected],[protected]and (mob no. [protected] Airtel rs.30 ) ( mob. No. [protected] uninor Rs. 30 two times.) But amount deducted From account but rechage not done. So, please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                              Hi, PayTM has blocked my login, which says temporary block from last one month. I have more 1k left in the account. Now, first they asked me for last 5 transactions. I gave them. After 3 days, they are asking for bank statement to unblock. Are you serious?

                                I placed a PREPAID order on 26 of Jan.On 6 Feb courier man said that this is COD order and refuse to give me the parcel. After that I make number of complain to Paytm but did not receive any detail about my order. But today on 14 Feb I receive conformation from Paytm that my order is delivered. Is this is a JOKE? On courier website it is showing UNDELIVERED and you are saying that it is delivered. Refund my amount NOW... WAYBILL NO. 04061432 RED EXPRESS REFERENCE NO. ZZ00143373 I'm attaching the proof of not delivered product. You can also check it on courier website RED EXPRESS. Please contact me [protected]@ovi.com

                                  I have recharged my tata sky with Rs.301/- on 05/02/2015, but transaction had been failed tr.Id no.[protected]. But my account had been debited . When transaction has been failed than amount should be refunded to my account. Please check the status of my transaction Id 75228014 & refund my amount. Thanks.

                                    I recharged my airtel number [protected] with full talk time plan of 350 Rs . with a transaction id[protected] . 350 Rs were debited from my bank account by paytm but till now the recharge has not been processed by paytm . There is no balance in my phone and i am not able to make important phone calls .

                                      sir, i complained about the not recharging of my mobile number sir, i rechared my mobile number [protected] for 89 rupees on 13th February 2015, the sum of money has been deducted from my account ..i got message in my number connected to the SBI account stating that the transaction is successful, But the number is not recharged til now . i opted roaming free package. the a person from customer service called and asked our atm card number and account number not we are lossing money from my account. the numbers of the customer care persons were [protected] and[protected] now iam lossing money from my account . iam planning to chart the case in consumer court if the money is not returned in 24hours
