i complained about the not recharging of my mobile number
sir, i rechared my mobile number [protected] for 89 rupees on 13th February 2015, the sum of money has been deducted from my account ..i got message in my number connected to the SBI account stating that the transaction is successful, But the number is not recharged til now . i opted roaming free package.
the a person from customer service called and asked our atm card number and account number not we are lossing money from my account. the numbers of the customer care persons were [protected] and[protected] now iam lossing money from my account . iam planning to chart the case in consumer court if the money is not returned in 24hours
