When I login, it is asking for verification. I didn't give my mobile number in my profile. But it is asking like this "To avail offers & cashbacks on Paytm, you need to verify your mobile number here." But I cannot edit the phone number field to give my number and verify it. I have attached the screenshot. Please have a look into it. Thanks before.

    Hi Guys, I have my account on paytm by email as [protected]@gmail.com. It's been blocked since 2 weeks now (don't know why), now the account has money in wallet (around 3.5K) which I have to use to buy some stuff as there was a offer on buying the same pay through paytm. Please don't use paytm. These guys do not have any customer support number and if you drop them mail ([protected]@paytm.com), they will not even bother to revert or acknowledge. Now when I have dropped them mail to resolve the issue there are not even responding. I have already sent 3 reminders but they continue to ignore as if they don't care. All my request / suggestion to everyone out there is, not to use there wallet even if they have some cash back or offer. Please suggest me way forward in order to take legal action Paytm Thanks, Saurabh Kirti

      I want to draw your attention towards an inconvenience faced during my online recharge of my reliance gsm no. [protected] on 17/02/2015 at 9:33 pm.
      I tried to recharge my no. with Rs 111/- from Paytm.com.
      I got a message from 52811 (reliance auto generated no.) stated that "Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again.We regret the inconvenience.Thank you.Reliance."
      And also received a sms and mail from Paytm stating that my recharge was successful.(Paytm Transaction receipt:
      Order no: #[protected]
      Tue Feb 17 2015)
      When I checked my bank account I found that Rs 111/- has been deducted. I also checked my Reliance no. balance and found no recharge has been done.
      I mailed about this to reliance appellate authority and they sent me that no payment was received by them from Paytm's side.
      This is really shameful on Paytm's part. I would urge the respective authorities to look after my issue and credit my debited balance as early as possible.

        I'm Sanket. I jus ordered a ENTER E- GPVP CBLACK with order no.[protected]. The packet i received was fully crushed and the gamepad is fully broken. There was no need to open the seal and check the gamepad as its half of the portion is converted into small small piceses. Therefore i request you to replace my product asap.         I am complaining about failed bank transaction

        Sir day bedore yesterday i used the paytm account and on that day i recharged the mobile . In first time itransfer miney rs60 it failed . And its show the transaction back to the bank . then after receiving bank account status the transaction doesn"t occur. please check the query.

        I m a regular customer of paytm but now i m facing problem whenever i m placing any order, the order shows in pending list and after few days the order automatically gets cancelled and infact the money is also not refunded.

          it is very very bad experience with paytm guys while receiving refund
          I am still struggling to get refund for order number[protected] .


          Every time new guy replies to you asking for something but will never revert you back .

          Again if you ask for status another guy will ask you something and will never revert


          I am frustrated for chasing every 2-3 days and it has been more than 2 months

          Then I started and other mail chain again same thing is being repeated .


          I am going to paste full mail conversation with date

            I had orderd Havells endura juicer white with 3 jars from paytm for Rs.2635. I got the item around a week after the order is confirmed. When i opened the packing i didnt found even a single jar in the packing and when i checked the product its internal body was cracked ( May be due to Bad courier handling or already a defective product dispatched). Also the product was not the one shown on paytm, they send me a different old discontinued product. I complained at Paytm customer care ([protected]@paytm.com) along with the pics of the Invoice and the product as they told me. My complaint no. is #[protected] And Paytm Order no. is[protected]. Its been 72 hours i complained to paytm till now no solution or refund is provided to me. Now they are not picking up my call too. I requested them to take back their product and provide me the refund of my money.

                    Hi, I am active user of Paytm Site. Recently I booked one bus ticket for my wife. Order id is[protected], with the name of my wife Shweta Mehta. When I booked this ticket at that time It was showing the bus is sleeper coach only and due to same I booked the seat B ( that was lower one) . But when my wife boarded into bus that bus not complete sleeper coach and conductor/bus agent was saying that you need to take seat A. Also they misbehaved with my wife at that time. The bus quality is pathetic and picture shown during booking was complete sleeper coach but the actual bus was not complete sleeper as well as not air conditioned also . I don't know why paytm is cheating people with these rubbish travel agents. I lodge the complain in PAYTM Site also. But those people are not taking my problem/issue seriously. I have also attached the bus pic which shown during the booking on paytm site. You can verify the same with the future dates booking. Please help me to get resolution of my problem.                           I ordered Samsung Headphones from Paytm.
                          On delivery, on 8th Feb 2015, after opening the package, I found thermocol inside.
                          Within the thermocol inside was a duplicate headphone, which never worked.

                          I have written to them on same day, but there has been no resolution. They have now stopped replying to the email also.

                          I wrote it on their facebook page on 17th Feb and then one guy from there side started chatting. He said he would refund the money and on pretext of that, took all my details such as account name, password, mobile number and then disconnected the chat and blocked me. Now they are not replying on FB page also.

                          They don't have on-call customer care and I don't know how to reach them

                          Please advice.

                                  On 8th I had booked a bus ticket to lonavala. I wanted to go in the morning but i mistake i booked for 6 pm. When I realised the mistake i cancelled the ticket. Now Paytm have a policy "0% B/W 0-24 Hours Of Bus Start Time 90% Above 24 Hours Of Bus Start Time I am asking them to deduct cancellation charge but how come they can deduct the entire money because some one has traveled on my ticket so why should not they refund my money...this is really ridiculous... I recharged Rs.99 on 06/02/2015 but i got the message that the recharge is sucessful on same day .after wards if i call outside it is saying it is too low for the call.next day i got a call from the person saying that he was calling from paytm asking details and debit card number and account number + atm pin number cvv number .He called me twice and saying your amount will not credited in your account and my debit card will be locked. after 2 days i got a call from another number starting from 90 but he asked me debit card number and atm pin number . I asked why should i give my atm pin number and questioned that person. but still my proble m has not been sol;ved my paytm.Totally i fed up with Paytm.
