Please either cancel or replace my order as mention above, as per the reason below : 1, The received shoe is not as per the display on website . 2, The size of the shoe is not as per tagged or printed on it. 3, It seems that the shoe is already used. So I am very disappointed due to above context, I express my deep anguish on false delivery of my order from an esteemed company / website like you, and I hope you can understand my problem and do the needful as early as possible.         Hello, This is regarding the ORDER NO.[protected]. I booked a bus ticket yesterday to travel on 30-jan-2015 in FIRE FOX BROWSER .But when I select the date on 30-JAN-2015 in calendar, It is Not selecting the particular date as instead it is automatically Selecting the default current date . I dint see that and booked the Ticket for 550RS . After seeing that I cancelled the same on 6.43pm Boarding time for bus is at 11.45 pm. I was intimated as a alert message as that the 50%of cancellation amount i will be getting as a cash back . I have raised the complaint with the complaint number Request #[protected]. After 3 hrs i am getting the reply as i wont receiving with any refund one the same by one of the representative by mentioning the below Hi Mani, I am Gaurav and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. I would like to inform you that you did not get the refunded amount as per below ticket cancellation policy : Refund Percentage Hours before Departure 0% Between 0 Hrs. to 4Hrs. 50% Between 4 Hrs. to 12Hrs. 80% Between 12 Hrs. to 24Hrs. 85% Between 24 Hrs. to 168Hrs. 90% Before 168 Hrs. I booked the ticket at 6.43pm and cancelled as soon i booked it. 11.45 -6.43 = 5.02HRS . Also i was intimated with the alert as 275 rupees of amount as cancellation amount will be get as a cash back to my PAYTM wallet . As per the policy, w.r.to the above justification i should suppose to get 50% amount of cash in wallet . I don't how that representative is replying like that. Second thing is It was supposed to be the issue from their side. There is "BROWSER COMPATIBILITY ISSUE IN FIREFOX" for PAYTM WEBSITE. When i Selected the date 30-Jan-2015, it is automatically selecting the CURRENT DATE. This is not my issue while I booked my ticket . They should keep their website to be user friendly to work in all browser without that what is the user of keeping browser. In this case I should Supposed to get the full amount i.e 550RS for the ORDER NO. [protected]. I raised to complaint to them stating them to refund my money back, no one is responsible to look after and solve my problem and they don't have contact number also to call them and ask .                     I am very much disappointed with this service, I have raised a query regarding my refund, it’s been more than a month I have made this order but the refund is not happened, Jan 23rd 2015 also you people told me it will take 3 days to confirm with operator and refund the amount back but the refund is not yet happened, Please refund my amount as Paytm cash at the earliest. I have not received any response from you people, it’s very bad you people doesn’t have any customer care to contact directly please help me and refund my money.                             I NIKHIL JAIN had recharge my paytm wallet... with 3500.ruppes, , my paytm account is under nj[protected]@gmail.com after four days when i was trying to use my account through paytm.. it shows your account is block.. please ask paytm people to reverse 3500..rupees to my credit card .. even i mail this people but no response is seen .. hence their is no care number to talk to this people... please help me..

                              Sir, Feedback for DISH TV DTH recharges Denomination: Kindly change minimum recharge value for DISH TV DTH recharge is rupees 10 to 9999. Now it’s showing minimum recharge value is 249. Please reduce recharge value to rupees 10. Kindly help us. In the following website (http://freecharge.in/) having recharge of DTH minimum value is Rupees 10. Please do the same for your website. Note: One week before in Paytm website shows DISH TV DTH minimum recharge values is Rupees 10 but now it’s showing Rupees 249, please reduce the minimum recharge value as Rupees 10.

                                Hi sir, I recharged 100 rs with paytm but don, t get recharge my money 86 rs. After that i sent e-mail of Paytm so i recve Paytm so i receive email ... Hi Rajesh, I’m Rakesh, and I am going to do my best to solve your problem. I understand that the recharge/bill payment for your mobile number [protected] did not go through but your bank account/card was charged. I feel terrible that you had to experience that. We could do better! I checked your account and found that the recharge/bill payment is now showing as successful in our system and was delivered on "24 Jan 2015" at "8:37 pm" . In case you have still not received the recharge/bill payment, please wait for another 2 hours. Sometimes, it gets late due to latency in server. I hope this helps.                                     I ordered a fastrack bag from paytm, the bags product no. is WBAGSSA0502NPR01EZPPFR, and my order no. was[protected] . I place the order on 10/01/2015. While shopping the bags dimensions were not mentioned, so i couldnt guess the size of the bag, thinking since paytm offers hassle free returns, it wont be an issue if i didnt like the bag, so on receiving the bag on 16th jan & finding it smaller in size, i decided to return it by sending a mail to paytm on same day, i.e. 16/01/2015 requesting pick up of product . Now its 26th jan and no one has come for pick up, even after my repeated mails to paytm & also sending them all original packing & bill which they requested, no one has come for pickup. As a reply for every time i send a mail, i keep getting a response, that pick up will be done in 2-3 days, but hasnt been done yet. kindly help me, and i will be highly obliged. I am A student, on very fix income, and the order is for my sister, for her anniversary, so the gift will be of no use if i dont gift her on the occasion, thats y i ordered it well in advance, so if i didnt liked it, i can get it returned on time, since her anniverary is on 18th feb. Also i have no money to gift her anything since my money is not being refunded, plus im wasting time writing emails to paytm during my exam time and waiting for their replies which are also affecting my studies. The resolution i hope for is the item to be returned & compensation for inconvienence provided to me.

                                        I tried to book ticket from Ahmedabad to Bikaner on 26/01/2015, money is debuted Rs. 400 from my credit card, but I did not got ticket or seat conformation . and I also not get amount refund up to know. at the time of booking I choose seat No. A4 of Parshwanath Travel Pvt Ltd.                                         I booked three tickets on paytm and when i go to bus stop for journey.
                                        then bus operator told me that your ticket is not booked. So on that day i was not able to complete my journey.
                                        After that i mail to [protected]@paytm.com but i have not received any proper answer and my payment.
                                        So do not booked bus ticket through paytm, they don't have nay contact number also.
                                        So we are not able to contact them.
