This is regarding the ORDER NO.[protected].
I booked a bus ticket yesterday to travel on 30-jan-2015 in FIRE FOX
BROWSER .But when I select the date on 30-JAN-2015 in calendar, It is
Not selecting the particular date as instead it is automatically
Selecting the default current date . I dint see that and booked the
Ticket for 550RS . After seeing that I cancelled the same on 6.43pm
Boarding time for bus is at 11.45 pm.
I was intimated as a alert message as that the 50%of cancellation amount i will be getting as a cash back .
I have raised the complaint with the complaint number Request #[protected]. After 3 hrs i am getting the reply as i wont receiving with any refund one the same by one of the representative by mentioning the below

I would like to inform you that you did not get the refunded amount as per below ticket cancellation policy :
Refund Percentage Hours before Departure
0% Between 0 Hrs. to 4Hrs.
50% Between 4 Hrs. to 12Hrs.
80% Between 12 Hrs. to 24Hrs.
85% Between 24 Hrs. to 168Hrs.
90% Before 168 Hrs.

First thing is My departure of boarding into bus at 11.45 pm . I booked the ticket at 6.43pm and cancelled as soon i booked it. 11.45 -6.43 = 5.02HRS . Also i was intimated with the alert as 275 rupees of amount as cancellation amount will be get as a cash back to my PAYTM wallet . As per the policy, w.r.to the above justification i should suppose to get 50% amount of cash in wallet . I don't how that representative is replying like that.
Second thing is It was supposed to be the issue from their side. There
is "BROWSER COMPATIBILITY ISSUE IN FIREFOX" for PAYTM WEBSITE. When i
Selected the date 30-Jan-2015, it is automatically selecting the
CURRENT DATE. This is not my issue while I booked my ticket . They should keep their website to be user friendly to work in all browser without that what is the user of keeping browser.
In this case I should Supposed to get the full amount i.e 550RS for the ORDER NO.
[protected]. I raised to complaint to them stating them to refund my money back, no one is responsible to look after and solve my problem and they don't have contact number also to call them and ask . Please help me on this and get resolved . Here are my complaint request i made against the same problem.
