I ordered a fastrack bag from paytm, the bags product no. is WBAGSSA0502NPR01EZPPFR, and my order no. was[protected] . I place the order on 10/01/2015. While shopping the bags dimensions were not mentioned, so i couldnt guess the size of the bag, thinking since paytm offers hassle free returns, it wont be an issue if i didnt like the bag, so on receiving the bag on 16th jan & finding it smaller in size, i decided to return it by sending a mail to paytm on same day, i.e. 16/01/2015 requesting pick up of product . Now its 26th jan and no one has come for pick up, even after my repeated mails to paytm & also sending them all original packing & bill which they requested, no one has come for pickup. As a reply for every time i send a mail, i keep getting a response, that pick up will be done in 2-3 days, but hasnt been done yet. kindly help me, and i will be highly obliged.
I am A student, on very fix income, and the order is for my sister, for her anniversary, so the gift will be of no use if i dont gift her on the occasion, thats y i ordered it well in advance, so if i didnt liked it, i can get it returned on time, since her anniverary is on 18th feb. Also i have no money to gift her anything since my money is not being refunded, plus im wasting time writing emails to paytm during my exam time and waiting for their replies which are also affecting my studies.
The resolution i hope for is the item to be returned & compensation for inconvienence provided to me.
1, The received shoe is not as per the display on website .
2, The size of the shoe is not as per tagged or printed on it.
3, It seems that the shoe is already used.
So I am very disappointed due to above context, I express my deep anguish on false delivery of my order from an esteemed company / website like you, and I hope you can understand my problem and do the needful as early as possible.
