Paytm sell a datawind ubislate 7 cz Before purchasing a product in specifications show 1 GB Ram but after purchng a tablet they were show only 476 MB only And Internal memory show before purchasing 4 GB but actually in tablet 2.56 GB Available.     I ordered a fastrack bag from paytm, the bags product no. is WBAGSSA0502NPR01EZPPFR, and my order no. was[protected] . I place the order on 10/01/2015. While shopping the bags dimensions were not mentioned, so i couldnt guess the size of the bag, thinking since paytm offers hassle free returns, it wont be an issue if i didnt like the bag, so on receiving the bag on 16th jan & finding it smaller in size, i decided to return it by sending a mail to paytm on same day, i.e. 16/01/2015 requesting pick up of product . Now its 26th jan and no one has come for pick up, even after my repeated mails to paytm & also sending them all original packing & bill which they requested, no one has come for pickup. As a reply for every time i send a mail, i keep getting a response, that pick up will be done in 2-3 days, but hasnt been done yet. kindly help me, and i will be highly obliged. I am A student, on very fix income, and the order is for my sister, for her anniversary, so the gift will be of no use if i dont gift her on the occasion, thats y i ordered it well in advance, so if i didnt liked it, i can get it returned on time, since her anniverary is on 18th feb. Also i have no money to gift her anything since my money is not being refunded, plus im wasting time writing emails to paytm during my exam time and waiting for their replies which are also affecting my studies. The resolution i hope for is the item to be returned & compensation for inconvienence provided to me.

        I tried to book ticket from Ahmedabad to Bikaner on 26/01/2015, money is debuted Rs. 400 from my credit card, but I did not got ticket or seat conformation . and I also not get amount refund up to know. at the time of booking I choose seat No. A4 of Parshwanath Travel Pvt Ltd.         I booked three tickets on paytm and when i go to bus stop for journey.
        then bus operator told me that your ticket is not booked. So on that day i was not able to complete my journey.
        After that i mail to [protected]@paytm.com but i have not received any proper answer and my payment.
        So do not booked bus ticket through paytm, they don't have nay contact number also.
        So we are not able to contact them.

            On 18 Jan '15 9:35 pm ORDER NO.[protected] I want to recharge my number but recharge is failed unexpectedly. On Sun, Jan 18, 2015 at 10:41 PM I received a mail mentioning We are really sorry that your Recharge of Aircel Mobile [protected] for Rs.100 failed. Your money(Rs.100) has been refunded and is now available in Paytm Cash wallet for immediate reuse. But actually the amount is not refunded. I complain for that Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], they replied I am Anshu and I am going to do my best to help you. I understand that the refund of Rs. 100 is still not reflecting in your bank account/card. Sometimes, your bank takes time to reflect the refund in your bank account/card. I checked your account again and realized that you have already initiated a refund request of Rs 100 on 18/01/15. Your bank may take 3-10 working days. Already 8 day passed the amount of Rs100 is not reflecting in my account. So I again complain for the same but Ticket #[protected] on Sun, Jan 25, 2015 at 1:25 AM, they replied me that Hi Ajay, I’m Khanna, I understand that your recharge did not go through and I apologize, you had to experience that. You can relax because Rs. 100 has been already refunded to your Paytm account. You can use this money to do a recharge the next time you’re on Paytm.com. I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance, let me know. I am totally shocked with this type of response because from 18 jan they are I will get the refund by bank and now they are saying I am already get the amount in my wallet but Amount is not reflecting in may wallet. This is a totally a fraud because they are contradicting on there own word. Please help me to get the refund in my wallet or bank which ever is more earler.

              I have bought iphone 5s iphone from paytm on[protected] est delivery is 16 jan but they deliver it on 20 jan(late delivery) After that when i claim for cash back of rs 6000 they say your wallet limit is exceeded n you have to upgrade your wallet for that i have to submit document to their executive I have done all the step to upgrade my wallet n they say our executive will reach to u to pick up all document But from last 4 days i am just waiting for a call back from executive but no response from them They are also not responding proper on email toll free no always on busy mode Disappointed with their service If i want to return this product their is no return link available on website I am worrying for my cash back help me out Order no[protected] Email address- [protected]@gmail.com

                      Paytm has withdawn 560₹ from my id [protected]@gmail.com 4-5 days ago for no reason stating that i have done something like fraud on Paytm. Haha. That's pretty shocking statement. When i mailed them they asked me to send them Account summary of my bank account and i sent it atleast 3 times. Now problem is that they don't reply me. Fraud Company. 100% fraud. They have just cheated and betrayed a loyal customer. They can check all my transactions on Paytm and if i'm founf guilty i will pay them double of the said amount . Plz help me. Plz ask them to refund me 560₹ Asap.

                          I got very bad exp with paytm, I saw offer on bus ticket booking ( BUS150CC, BUS20) and try to book the ticket. There were no option was available to update the promo code, I wrote an email to [protected]@paytm but they reverted without reading my exact query. I booked the ticket thinking that I can claim the cash back amount later. Now they are not bothered to help, I wrote many mails to care team as well as service head. But they reverting me like a joker. I do have entire mail conversation through which I will file a case against PayTM. Never ever book the bus ticket, you will get the PNR details next day !!! Third class customer service.

                                I ordered a vox mango shape power bank on paytm and the seller was alpha radios, chandni chowk delhi. I returned the product because it was not working well. Its been 15 days since the product has reached to the seller but i havent received the refund amount. There is no response from paytm even after successive mails.

                                  My mobile number [protected]. Yesterday I Recharge online through paytm app. By mistake I wrongly entered the mobile number. The wrong number was [protected]. My order number is[protected]. So please revert me the amount 250 Rs to my mobile number at the earliest.
                                  This is very displeasing that you deduct my money and say transaction failed..how this can be possible if transaction get failed then it should rolled back and money should not debited.

                                  the story is like that on date 22/01/2015 i was paying registration fee at http://www.niiphd2015.sgm4u.in/Demo/NII_demo/PaytmKit/TxnTest.php? through paytm, everything was fine but at the end it says

                                  "payment failed due to any of these reasons:
                                  session expired due to inactivity
                                  you double click on button
                                  our system encountered an obstacle"

                                  but i didn't do anything at all which could cause this error and after that i also checked if system get these errors by refreshing, going back and forward double clicking etc. but the result was opposite it always giving the option for payment, never the session expires. You are making us fool only. I suggest you kindly go through the security of your website.

                                      Hi PaytmCare, I have added money 1000 /- to paytm wallet, But this transaction was not completed successfully.So I got message and mail stating that money has been refunded to bank account But I didn't get money refunded even after 10 working days.                                       I have transfer 3K from bank to Pay Tm Account for Railway ticket.
                                      Due to some reasons payment option was not available in railway in the morning time.

                                      Now i wanted to get money back to my bank.

                                      When i am trying to do Pay TM Wallet saying that

                                      Your account should be 60 days old Why so ? While receiving the money why not ?
                                      You have have minimum 2K in wallet
                                      You need to activate Bank transfer facility it will take 7 days.
                                      Any other rules no idea ...

                                      Please transfer my money back. I promise that i will never use Pay TM. I won't recommend others too.

                                      Its's first time i had an issue over the internet.

                                      I have raise a complain to RBI also to shut this company or change the rules whatever they have.
