I purchased an online order worth Rs. 2049 on 03-Dec-14 on Paytm, Inspite of regular follow ups, refund for this unconfirmed order has not been processed.
Since i did not receive any order confirmation, I checked with Paytm on 3rd Dec and they said that order was not successful. I informed them about my CC being debited. They informed that, they haven't received the amount, it will be refunded automatically. I further checked with my Credit Card company and they said payment was successful, and funds were settled with the Merchant - Paytm. After i communicated this to Paytm with transaction Auth ID 265813, they confirmed again that they haven't received any amount and hence amount would be refunded in 3-10 working days, but till date I haven't received the refund.
Inspite of being a Payment Company, Paytm has failed to resolve payment (refund) issue.
