    I purchased an online order worth Rs. 2049 on 03-Dec-14 on Paytm, Inspite of regular follow ups, refund for this unconfirmed order has not been processed. Since i did not receive any order confirmation, I checked with Paytm on 3rd Dec and they said that order was not successful. I informed them about my CC being debited. They informed that, they haven't received the amount, it will be refunded automatically. I further checked with my Credit Card company and they said payment was successful, and funds were settled with the Merchant - Paytm. After i communicated this to Paytm with transaction Auth ID 265813, they confirmed again that they haven't received any amount and hence amount would be refunded in 3-10 working days, but till date I haven't received the refund.       Hello, I ordered 2 quantity of Old Spice After Shave amounting to Rs.378 under the GOSF Festival deal. The estimated time for Shipment was 15th December, 2014 and delivery is 19th December. When i raised this issue to Paytm, they answered that there is some problem with the seller and if it is not shipped in 4 days, we will refund your money in Paytm Cash Wallet. First of all, they should not have talked about refunding the money once the order is confirmed. Secondly, even if in any case they are refunding, it should not be in the Paytm wallet Please help me in getting this issue addressed.

          On 13 decmber I recharged RS.300 From your website but I do not receive that Amt so I informed to you.You asked my private ATM card number for clear my problem. So only I told my private number.but now somebody miss use my private number so that my bank balance is now zero.I want that theft details and I want my money back.otherWise I will go for a police compliant.

                i recharged my bsnl nu. on 14th nov. 3 times n one time on 16th november .. of rupees 135... message for recharge failed was sent on my nu. but rupees 540 was deducted from my account which was not refunded back... plz refund it back as soon as possible...

                  Paytm Wallet is really pathetic because user can't add more amount as they required 1. I was trying to add money in wallet but unfortunately, I couldn't’t add above Rs. 4, 000.00 and transaction got failed two times after 1st transaction. 2. User whole purpose of buying goods from your paytm wallet got defeated because user can’t add more money and any merchant is not ready for part payment. 3. Why paytm's team is not having customer care help line no? Wrost then pathetic.. 4. Paytm replying after one hour and the offer that user want to grab was got expired in such time. Why should user wait for your reply? Now, I want my Rs.4, 000.00 back to my card account because keeping money in your wallet doesn’t provide me any kind benefits and my purpose got defeated due to pathetic service of Paytm.                   After writing complaint detail on consumercomplaint.in, I got the call from no. +91-[protected], That guy had informed me that he is from paytm and understand my query in detail. After that he had informed me that he is reversing my transaction and returning money in my bank account and asked my OTP on my cell phone. The biggest of mine is I had provided the OTP to him. After providing OTP that chap done a transaction of Rs. 2, 800.00 and Rs.1, 200.00.

                  I had already update about same matter to paytm and they are working on it.

                  Last but not the least DO NOT SHARE OTP...
                  Plz gve me my 3000rs cashback in my ac paytm wallet..??
                  previously paytm provide paytm wallet ammount to bank with 4% deduction, but they are not provided after adding amount to paytm wallet.please solved this problem

                  yesterday evening time 5:42 P.M. i have received mail and message throw paytm company ur paytm wallet money approx. Rs.7461 send to ur freind mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. but i dont know this person and i am not send this amount any of mail id. i shock this is fraud. paytm software and Paytm Acccount is hack and my patm money is only for within 1 minute transfer to other person account. I immediate time 5.49 P.M. write a mail to paytm customer care but till date paytm not get a good response throw Paytm company side. I write please block and frezze the fraud mail id becuase this person do not transfer and transaction of my money. but Paytm not take the action immediate and till date. please resolve this query earliest and credited my money in my Paytm account otherwise in bank account.

                    I recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile [protected] - Airtel Maharashtra for Rs 200 on[protected] at around 12 15 am. I got the message that airtel is down, so it will get recharged as soon as airtel is up. But money got debited from my account and I havent got any recharge yet. Also today morning when I recharged directly from airtel website directly, the recharge was successful, so airtel servers are working fine. Please look into it ASAP.

                        on 29th of november, i had tried to pay Rs 1200 to my Airtel post paid bill([protected]) through PayTM. Rs 1200 was debited from my ICICI account but my mobile bill was not paid . Its already more than 15 days, so please return my money. i get frustrated . I tried so many times to contact customer care, but i failed in my each and every attempt. so please do something urgently.

                              i was actually using paytm everyday for my mobile recharge.i used to login via facebook and i had even added a paytm wallet of RS.200, i had used RS.100 from my paytm wallet but the next day when i got to paytm there was not the option of login via facebook.my email id of facebook is :- [protected]@ymail.com.i just want you all to actually refund my money back to this mobile no:-[protected], this mobile no is registered from paytm. or you all could tell me a way to login via facebook. plz reply.

                                    I made a payment through online net banking through your paytm website to sundirect dth towards online TVrecharge on 11.12.2014 at 11.15 pm. My order No.[protected] payment paid with the use of HDFC credit card. When I enquired HDFC bank they said the amount has been already paid successfully to paytm on 11.12.2014. My service provider SUN DTH says the amount has not been paid by PAYTM till 12.12.2014 (3.55pm) to them. Hence I could not able to see TV from 11.12.2014 till now. Kindly pay my amount to SUN DTH to enable to provide service with immediate effect. regards, n.balaji

                                        i bought a reebok wrist watch from the paytm website, it was mentioned that it is a genuine one but when i got the delivery i found that its a local made watch with no branding on it. This is the second time its happening to me. i had bought a pendrive few days ago and the same thing happened

                                        I happen to order a Deo combo (sporty Deo combo set) from paytm few days back vide order no[protected] . It showed in the combo set 1ferrari 1 benneton & 1playboy. There was an offer going on where the three together was available for rs 500. I was shocked to see the items on receipt that all the three deos are duplicate. The reason I could say that is because I use Ferrari Deo quite often. It's very sad to say that a company like paytm which I always trusted for my recharges for the past couple of years would do something like this. Through this forum I'm requesting my money back as the products are not genuine. I'm attaching a pic of an actual Ferrari Deo and the one delivered by paytm. The one on the right hand side is the original one and the left one from paytm. Notice the difference.

                                        I ordered([protected]) a Puma white Ferrari wallet for women from the paytm App, it was mentioned that it is a genuine one but when I got the delivery I found that its a local made wallet with no brand Zip as well as there is no bar code on it. This item is a duplicate I can say because I have already wallet for same brand which have bar code, puma logo branded Zip and rubber Ferrari Racing shield on front .
                                        Through this I am requesting please refund my money back as the products are not genuine.
