PayTM — online recharge failure

I have recharge my mobole no ([protected]) vodafone circle Andhra Pradesh on[protected] throught paytm.Com but I have not received recharge amount yet. Same will be deducted from my saving account.Please recharge it or refund my amount as soon as soon possible.

As you can see the assurance sent by the team of paytm on 03/03/2012. I have initiated the amount of rs.400/- To transfer to my sbi account on the same date mentioned above. But more than 20 days passed but I have neither received the amount nor any response from the bank or the team paytm. If still I don't get the amount back from bank then please tell me how can I get it back.I am a regular customer of yours(paytm) for a long period of time.So far as refund is concerned, I have deep faith in paytm.I know my money is safe. Please reverse it to my cash patm for future usage, if possible..Also, give your phone no., so that problem gets the solution quickly. Thanking you

order of one item was given but not received till date

Paytm order no. #[protected] was given on 7 july 1982 but the order is not received . I have paid the amount of 375 but the have not deliver the item this company is very much fraud

    On 29/02/2012 I logged onto http://www.paytm.com/ to make below two recharges:
    Order#19965187 on 29-Feb-12 18:27:34
    Order#19966285 on 29-Feb-12 18:35:14

    However, as they both failed, the company promised to refund it as Paytm cash which was done only for one of the orders and am still awaiting refund for the other.

    Communicating with the company has been a painful experience for me. Instead of their 'promise' of 24x7 support, the only point of contact is their email id ([protected]@paytm.com) that seems to reply like a robot set to answer. Refer below email communication for details:

    sir my two recharge has been failed ( rs. 109-109) .which order number is as 64072183 and 64105265.

      I loaded my Paytm account with 700 rupees and there is still 456 rs remaining in it. But whenever I'm trying to recharge my number using PayTM cash I'm getting this error " Due to some security reason your account has been blocked. Please contact with Paytm Team. [protected]@paytm.com " I have contacted Paytm but they are not responding. So I want my money back.

      Paytm Company is a Big cheater. They show good offers and when I place order they cancel them all. Such a pathetic company it has turned out to be. I am never buying from Paytm again.       Complaint regarding failure of special recharge to my mobile

      Paytm has shown tata indicom 59 rupees recharge that provides 35000 local seconds, it was cheating . Another plan of tata docomo has been added which is a un usefull and money was lost. when a complaint waslodged to tata indicom, they are telling that is purely mistake of patym they said that they are not responsible.

                    I have tried to make a transaction on paytm.com they are into online shopping, which provides a platform to recharge mobile phone online. I have made an attempt to recharge my phone using my credit card, but my transaction got failed and my card was charged with Rs. 500.                               Today I have tried made PayTM money by using my sbi netbanking. But its showed an error message after the amount got deducted from the bank. Same thing happened second time aswell as I was trying to recharge my vodafone mobile.

                              So total 222+222 = 444 rupees got deducted from my sbi and its no where in PayTM. Please take an immediate action on this and revert the amount to sbi account, which I have used for these transactions. Please respond immediately. Even I have made emails multiple times to '[protected]@paytm.Com'. But till now I haven't got any acknowledgement regarding this.

                              PayTM.com — Twice recharge deduction for one recharge

                              For my one recharge, twice deduction of money was took place as I recharged from paytm.com
                              My order no is 4336160. And recharge was of Rs 299 which was deducted twice from my account.

                              Please return my extra deduction.
                              I am extremely angry, due to my extra deduction on one recharge.

                                Hi,

                                I had transferred some fund from my ‘Paytm Cash Account’ to my Bank Account on 12th Feb. Please find the details below:

                                But, till date the amount has not been credited back to my Bank Account. Neither have I got the Transfer Details from Paytm (as claimed in their FAQ) so I could contact the Bank about the same.

                                I have send frequent e-mails to the Paytm Customer Care but there is no reply from there end.

                                Kindly look into it on urgent basis.

                                  I had recharged my BSNL Karnataka Number via ‘Paytm’ and paid the required amount of Rs.100 via my ICICI New Banking Account.

                                  The status of the Recharge in my Paytm login has been shown as Successful but I have not received the recharge amount on my Mobile.

                                  The Order Number for the Recharge is 18339973.

                                  I had send frequent e-mails to the paytm customer care but there was no reply from there side.

                                  Please look into the issue and retrieve with the details on urgent basis.

                                    i had recharged my airtel mobile number with an amount of 50 and the amount was deducted from my axis bank account but mobile number is not recharged .till now the amount is neither refunded to my bank account nor to my paytm cash balance.please tell me what to do now

                                    I have make online recharge on 28.03.2012 for my MTNL Dophin prepaid Mobile number with Rs. 200/-. Now 5 days have past but the recharge is not yet made by MTNL. My SBI Account is debited (Mobile No. [protected] transaction ID No.[protected]. Still I have not receive any top up or amount abck. Request you to kindly recover my Rs. 200/- from MTNL immediately. Regards.
                                    My paytm account was not been credited after transfering money from my SB a/c. Payment id is[protected] dtd 09/04/2012 trough icici bank.Pl. look into the matter and do the needful as earliest.Amar Prakash.

                                      Price Talktime Validity Description 48 24 365 days Local R-R Calls50p/m.

                                      I got a sms saying you have recharged Rs 48, but when i check my account
                                      balance it shows Rs 0.10 only. I was expecting Rs 24 to be credited with
                                      365 Validity. Instead i see R to R 1000 min has been credited. I am
                                      interested in R to R free local calls. I was not looking for validity for 365
                                      days and Rs 24 talk time.

                                      Please find the screen shot attached for reference. which is showing the wrong information on recharge denominations.

                                        I recharged my mobile no- [protected] ( Reliance GSM- Kolkata) from Paytm.com of Rs 1002. I got an SMS from reliance that recharge could not processed. I wrote many mails to Paytm regarding this but they are not replying till now.I have made order on 1st Feb 2012 my order id[protected] and Mob- [protected] and bank transaction id is 139423. Please help me in this regard as this company looks like fraud as they do not have any customer care no and physical address. I have cheated by this site. Please help as I have lost huge amount.
