I feel terrible you had to experience that. We’ve checked and realized the recharge was unsuccessful due to a glitch with BSNL.
You can relax because your hike rewards points will be updated in next 24 hours.

Sir, I went for online data card recharge of my Vodafone no. [protected] thru paytm for Rs 451 thru Indian bank net banking on 31.3 15. The paytm order is [protected] ref no.[protected]/3/15 20:32-Indian BankThough money was deducted from the bank account, the mobile recharge was unsuccessful and am still to get back the money. The second Vodafone data card recharge of Rs 451 by paytm was unsuccessfull.paytm [protected]/paytm/thru net banking ref no.[protected]/4/15 19:19- Indian Bank.I have a net loss of Rs 902 twice due to the online recharge. Kindly do the needful to get back the money.

PayTM.com — Twice recharge deduction for one recharge

For my one recharge, twice deduction of money was took place as I recharged from paytm.com
My order no is 4336160. And recharge was of Rs 299 which was deducted twice from my account.

Please return my extra deduction.

I have make online recharge on 28.03.2012 for my MTNL Dophin prepaid Mobile number with Rs. 200/-. Now 5 days have past but the recharge is not yet made by MTNL. My SBI Account is debited (Mobile No. [protected] transaction ID No.[protected]. Still I have not receive any top up or amount abck. Request you to kindly recover my Rs. 200/- from MTNL immediately.
