Dear Sir/Mam,
I recharged my Airtel DTH Connection with RS. 150 from Net Banking Facility by website paytm.com on 21st Aug. 2011. my account has deducted by RS 150 and recharge not done also.
i received a mail that your amount will be refund in your bank account but not received yet. I have mailed many times to [protected]@paytm.com
but not getting any revert.
Here are some Informations regarding to the transaction.-

    On 10th Aug at about 9pm I recharged my videocon d2h(customer ID[protected]. On my 1st attempt the message displayed that recharge is not successful,so on my 2nd attempt it took a lot of time for processing.In the meantime I called the customer care and came to know that my d2h account has already been credited.My 2nd attempt was successful.But my 2nd recharge has not been credited yet.So,please do the needful in this regard and redress my complain.

    you should arrange to refund the amount immediately, without customer consent you are deducting the amount and taking the reversal/refund for 3 to 4 days.is it correct. Customers are keeping balance to make outgoing call for their needs. If you deduct the amount by activating caller tune how can we make outgoing calls. if there is not enough balance are you allowing to make outgoing call?

    Hence refund/credit the amount immediately

    As per your policy you will not refund the amount, But you can transfer this Recharge amount Rs.45 to the correct Mobile Number [protected]. we dont want refund, you can check in your system and transfer this amount for which no recharge effected. Any way customer is loosing money and you are gaining.

    Hence i request you to transfer/credit this amount of Rs.45 to Mobile No.[protected] for the value of money already paid.

    me that Videocon operator saying that they will not reverse this amount and we are not in a position to recharge to the actual Number [protected]



    Hence I request you to arrange to reverse this amount deducted for [protected] and give recharge for actual mobile [protected]

I entered all my transiction details of my debit card.The amount was debited from my bank account but the recharge balance has not credited to me yet.               On the date of 14 July 2011 i was make a online recharge of my BSNL Mobile No. [protected] with Rs. 55 and the Order No. was 2629388 after making the payment i receive a massage that transaction is complete but i was not receive any amount in Mobile Balance . for that i make a complaint by mail to the company on 15 July and they revert me on 16 July that they had the successfully make this transaction but its going to be pending by the Mobile operator Company . for that i was also make call to the BSNL and they tell me that they had no receive this type of request , than again on 17 July i made a mail to [protected]@paytm.com and this time they revert that recharge was not successful and they will refund my money by deposit in my account. But today 27 July still not receive my money . Between these dates i was sending the mail no. of times . So please be aware from this type of Fraud Company .

                            I have first time used the prepaid mobile recharge website, http://www.paytm.com/
                            seeing one of their promotion for 25% off. This was a really attractive offer and I
                            instantly registered and paid for the Rs 111/= prepaid recharge for my mobile
                            subscription.

                            However after 5 days the recharge is not credited, and I have already complained
                            this to the customer care over email, however there is no action taken by the
                            PayTM yet.

                            Hope the PayTM Customer Care looks and takes action on this asap

                                With reference to above subject, I would like to inform you that on
                                18.06.2011 I have paid Rs.4214 through mobile banking using HDFC Credit Card
                                to DishTV account and same has been debited to my credit card account as
                                Desighner Jeans payment, I do not know how a secure connection like PayTM
                                was resposible for this.
                                Please investigate the same and do the needful as soon as possible

                                      The payment is deducted from my Account with reference no.IG57677448. But I have not received my

                                      The Payment is Deducated from My Account with refrence No. 35310189IG96513
                                      377 & Amount TRANSFER-INB Online Recharge Services TECH_RECHARGE Payment Account No.[protected] On Dt. 10.03.2012.

                                      But till date i have not received my recharge. I complaint the Idea customer care but they did not give good responce & says idea customer care executive that we did not help you & your rechargge problem is not resolved.

                                      you are requested to kindly take nessesary action to Idea Cellular Ltd & refund my amount in my bank account no. [protected]/ Recharge my mobile no. with Rs. 155.00.

                                      i recharge my postpaid mobile no.[protected] on dated 21/12/2012 vide refrence no.72028575 though hdfc bank for rs.128 And rs.120 as on dated 20/12/2012 vide refrence no.[protected] which failed but no credit these amounts to my accont pl give my amount Thanks
                                      i recharge my reliance net connect on dated 18/2/2013 vide refrence no[protected] through hdfc net banking for Rs200 which had failed but no credit these amounts to my account pl send my amount
