    i have done my cell recharge and order number is 7991255 and recharge has not done and first time my transcation was rejected and money from a./c was reducted total of Rs 400 is reducted from my a/c please look and solve as soon as possible.

      I recharged my idea net setter no,[protected] on 5.10.2011 for Rs 599.00.but ,so far my idea net setter neither recharged nor amount refunded.i recharged through paytm.com and order no was 6063748.

      Further,i recharged my mobile no.[protected] on 8.10.2011 for Rs 333.00 through paytm.com and order no was 6236266 but the same thing happen,neither mobile recharged nor amount refunded.

      Both amount have been transferred through S.B.I.

            I am ABHIJIT DHARA i recharge my bsnl mobile but my recharge is not delver from bsnl but Rs.300-/is deduct from my a/c.my order no7183671on 23/10/11. Still now on 30/10/2011 I not received my recharge and paytm customer care not care to my problem. I send paytm customer care 10 email but my problem not solved. please help me get me my money back 300rs from this fraud website.and also warn people form using this website

            Takes very long to reply on complaints

            I received a broken electronic product and raised a compliant for the same, Its been 1 week I have not got a reply from them. I am not very sure that would I be re-addressed on this ever or not. Very bad service.

            Recharge show success from paytm site,but not received

            i recharged for my mobile no.[protected] but i did not get the balance and amount was debited from the account i had recharge on RS 199 ORDER NO. [protected] Feb '15 4:19 pm from till date i didn't get that money

            I recharged mobile prepaid card for Rs. 105.00 and got the sms of confirmation. While I am trying to see the balance, it shows zero.
            even after 12 hours now, balance has not been credited to account.

            I had tried to recharge my metro card but transaction was failed due to some error after that payment goes in paytm wallet then i return that amount in bank account but still i had not recieved any payment .kindly do needful if payment cant be reacged in my bank account then add in it my paytm account but make my payment return from paytm ..

              i have recharged through paytm.com with my axis debit card for rs.300 for my airtel dth connection for rs.300 and it is debited from my account but it s not credited with my airtel dth account and my connection got cut this s a frauduleant act of paytm.com and i m not able to get the customer care number of paytm.com kindly help me

                when i was recharging my account for 222 vodafone number , the amount has
                been deducted in my bank account but it is not recharged .
                The problem is the payment gateway is returned "Oops! Your payment of Rs.222 was rejected by your bank." , But the amount of 222 has
                been deducted from my bank account, Kindly revert back, my Bank reference
                number is " IG72373250 "

                          I have recharged my [protected] docomo number for rs.197 through this website on[protected], but while transaction the error message shown that payment was rejected by your bank but the same amount is deducted from my axis bank account which I have used for the same transaction while I contacted bank people they said from paytm it is confirmed that the purchase was successful so the amount is deducted but I didn't got any recharge and in paytm website in order status also its showing payment failure. I need my money back.Transaction ID is 5139542 its on[protected], you fraud people deleted the status of that recharge from my account but I have taken a snapshot of the same on that day only I have full proof on you people I its not refunded surely i'll lodge a complaint against you people.You fraud people don't have even customer care number or any contact number as well to contact you people this website is totally fraud.

                              I recharged my Idea mobile for Rs 201,(Order Number: 5963316). I used the denomination provided in paytm under Recharge/topup .(in fact the order I received clearly states it is a recharge) Unfortunately the recharge has gone in as data recharge. My mobile phone is not even data enabled , and also your website does not have an option or denomination for idea data recharge. In spite of it I have received the message as data recharge with my talk time remaining the same. Now I am unable to use this amount as my connection is not a 3g connection nor my phone has gprs facility and neither do I use the data services .
                              I kindly request you to make the necessary adjustments , so that my talk time is recharged instead of data , as this is of no use to me at all as my hand set is basic and does not even have this facility.

                              I am much pained as I have already sent an email to [protected]@paytm.com and it is since two days and absolutely no reply from them. Their website has no contact address or phone contact number so we have to rely on any reply through email failing which we have no recourse to contact them at all .

                              So if we have ab problem and mail them, and unless they choose to reply there does not seem any way to contact them or get our grievance redressed .

                              I kindly request paytm to address my issue and get my problem solved

                                        Paytm is a website that allows you to recharge your mobile online. The home page has the web address as follows:
                                        http://www.paytm.com/userLogin.htm.
                                        I regret to inform users that out of the recharges made by me for my mobile number [protected] on three occasions the recharge had failed. I had to write to them many times before I got back the refund of two of them. This needed a lot of effort and patience.
                                        One of the failed recharges is still not refunded and I am so fed-up that I have given up the hope totally. Fortunately, I have kept a record of all the email correspondence between Paytm and myself.
                                        I feel that it is my moral responsibility to let others know about this experience. If the owner of this website is made aware of these failures, he will definitely make necessary improvements needed for his website. I wish them good luck.
