I tried recharging my AIRTEL number [protected] today morning at 11.10 A.M for rs 50.The website responded with a successful recharge amount of 50 deducted from my credit card but no top up was credited to my AIRTEL mobile yet.     I recharged my Idea mobile for Rs 201,(Order Number: 5963316). I used the denomination provided in paytm under Recharge/topup .(in fact the order I received clearly states it is a recharge) Unfortunately the recharge has gone in as data recharge. My mobile phone is not even data enabled , and also your website does not have an option or denomination for idea data recharge. In spite of it I have received the message as data recharge with my talk time remaining the same. Now I am unable to use this amount as my connection is not a 3g connection nor my phone has gprs facility and neither do I use the data services .
    I kindly request you to make the necessary adjustments , so that my talk time is recharged instead of data , as this is of no use to me at all as my hand set is basic and does not even have this facility.

    I am much pained as I have already sent an email to [protected]@paytm.com and it is since two days and absolutely no reply from them. Their website has no contact address or phone contact number so we have to rely on any reply through email failing which we have no recourse to contact them at all .

    So if we have ab problem and mail them, and unless they choose to reply there does not seem any way to contact them or get our grievance redressed .

    I kindly request paytm to address my issue and get my problem solved

              Paytm is a website that allows you to recharge your mobile online. The home page has the web address as follows:

              I regret to inform users that out of the recharges made by me for my mobile number [protected] on three occasions the recharge had failed. I had to write to them many times before I got back the refund of two of them. This needed a lot of effort and patience.
              One of the failed recharges is still not refunded and I am so fed-up that I have given up the hope totally. Fortunately, I have kept a record of all the email correspondence between Paytm and myself.
              I feel that it is my moral responsibility to let others know about this experience. If the owner of this website is made aware of these failures, he will definitely make necessary improvements needed for his website. I wish them good luck.

                I have recharged my videocon D2H through paytm.com on 27.09.11 , having the order number:5574074.But due to some techinical problem that recharge has failed,thing is that amout of Rs 200 has debit from my A/C.I have complained two times, that the said amount has not credit in my A/C till now. They have sent an information to me that the said amount has already credit in your A/C on 28.09.11. This is the problem I am now facing.                             for your any kind of online recharge.

                            Unfortunately , I did and experienced that they are cheaters.

                            The domain should be blocked and strict police action should be taken against such vendors.
                            I recharged my mobile with rs. 125 on 25-sep-11 against Order Number: 5422088. I received a message stating that ur account has been recharged for rs. 125 with total balance of rs 0.01 and talk time of rs 1.39.

                            Called vodaphone customer care to check the credit and got a response that this is a fake message.. reported my bank also not to honour this transaction.

                            Advise all of you not to use this site at all.

                            Although I can't comment on why your recharge failed. You can contact [protected]@paytm.com with your order number and ask about the recharge. If you have not received your recharge, they refund the amount within a week. I recharge using paytm many times and I have faced a similar issue where recharge was not done. But in that case my money was refunded within 2 days of contacting them.

                            Although they will not help if you have selected wrong recharge value.

There it was mentioned that if I went for Spl Rechg for Rs. 45 there I could get 365 days validity with "0" talk value. Then I went for the transaction to get the offer. After made successful payment it was found that the recharge not made but the amount was debited through my bank account.                                     I have recharged my Reliance GSM mobile yesterday morning at 10:30 of RS 222/- by Paytm by using HDFC credit card.my order number is 5276508. The amount has been deducted form the account but i havent yet got recharge value. paytm does not have any customer care number so i cant even called them. i mailed them [protected]@paytm.com thrice but they dont even bothered to reply me back.it is such a bad that despite of having big name they cant treat their customers.

                                      This is a lousy site - had tried recharging my mobile for Rs 220, and got a ticket number 4857956.. The moutnn has bnot be credit to my phone, while it has been debited from my bank. Have emailed paytm, twice, unsuccessfully. to the guys at paytm - this online robbery beats nigerian scams.
