I had recharged Rs-430 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through AXIS BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm....

But my bank debited rs.500.00 and unsuccessful dish tv recharge massage received from paytm.
Hence i requested your goodself pls arrange to wether recharge my dth connection or reverse my amount rs.500.00 to my bank account.

I recharged My TATA Photon Whiz with 199 bucks through Paytm site and i got a notification stating that your recharge is successful and 199 is debited from my account. About 15 or 20 days ago i have tried to recharge an airtel number([protected]) three times by Rs 50 from my brothers a/c , all the three times the transaction failed but Rs 150 have been deducted from the a/c, i have also mailed you before but havent god any solution. I have lost Rs 150, this is not fare, Kindly help me please !

On aug 5,12 ,i tried to add rs300 in my paytm account (online recharge facility) but due to failure amount deducted from my account but not added into my paytm balance.my account detail is:

My Reliance CDMA mobile no [protected] has been recharged for Rs.
220 on Paytm.com on[protected].

Rs 220 has been deducted from my Paytm Cash Account but I did not receive recharge in my mobile account.

Paytm order no is 34985591 for said transaction. Now Paytm is not ready to refund 220 and even not giving transaction ID for same recharge.

After continuos followup I am unable to get any...

i made internet mobile recharge through "Paytm", the money deducted from my account and also the mobile recharge sms come from paytm as 34950252, up-till now there is now money in my mobile account, due to this i also harassed as gone out and my one work interrupted badly as i have no balance to call.

Please resolve my issue either they back my money or recharge my phone....
