Hi i made transaction of 300 to recharge my mobile [protected] and got a confirmation from paytm wid order number but the recharge was not done and they deducted the money saying its a successful transaction . Please see the below confirmation . Thank you for using Pay TM.com to recharge Mobile no. [protected] for Rs.300.0.Your Order Number is 38987299. For queries, email us at [protected]@paytm.com..

Please help me getting my refunds i don't whether they r fraud or what as they don't have their customer care number as well .

          I have made online recharge & it ask for gift voucher i selected sunglasses India. the gift voucher for Rs.400 valid date mentioned as 31st May 2012, but while doing online shopping on Sunglasses India site, if we mention the voucher code it is showing as The coupon code you entered expired on 29th Apr 2012 so it can't be used.

                  I used this PayTm Payment gateway for paying my Tata photon bill. The transaction was not successful. The money was added to the PayTm cash.

                  I selected the option to transfer Paytm Cash to your credit card or bank account, on the "Order Status" page and clicked on Initiate Transfer. The amount disappeared from paytm Cash which was their earlier. and the amount is even not transferred to bank.


                  The status shown with the transaction is Refunded to PayTm Cash.. But still the money is not credited to my ICICI Bank account.

                  I raised tickets at PAYTM customer care . but without giving satisfactory answer they closed the ticket.

                        I have recharged with rs 500 from paytm for my bsnl mobile no on 12/5/12 which inturn failed as it was an invalid transaction and was reflected in my account of sbi where as i checked with bsnl the service provider the confirmed dat it was a failed transaction and i also got in touch with the payment gateway authority ie AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE according to them the transaction was successfully done and was payed to paytm
                        but till date i was not refunded any money nor any sort of calls where as they posted a mail saying

                          I had paid rs 200 /- On 1st may 2012 for recharge of my dish tv connection no [protected] via paytm.Com . The merchant transaction ID was 336580 & ICICI bank credit card reference no for the particular transaction was 74568222123150027402498 . Payment was made through ICICI bank credit card . My credit card account has been debited by rs 200/- But paytm.Com DID not give credit to dish tv . Either paytm.Com should return the amount to my credit card account or give cedit to dish tv .

                            Ive send almost 4 mails tday. Ddnt even get a single replay.

                            I tried recharging my Docomo [protected] fr 200.

                            I lost my money bt no recharge and order number was shown.

                            Im gona wait fr one more day else register a complaint

                            Itz not just me there are hundreds of ppl who have been cheated..

                            Paytm is a fraud site..Instead robes money and gives fake promises..
                            i did recharge using paytm morethan hundered times.. i found no issues and I even got good response from paytm.

                              Timesdeal.com given one offer,i.e, pay RS.50 get RS.100 recharge via paytm.com....i ordered one and detected Rs.50(paid via SBI netbanking Ref.no:IGA5877939)..i am new to paytm.com..so i registered as new account..when i used the promo code given by timesdeal.com on paytm.com...they detected money and i got reply mail (i.e, successfully recharged)..but still i not got any recharge from paytm.com..so i reply'ed to <[protected]@paytm.com>,they reply'ed me as"we will reactivate the same promo code to use it again"...so i once again recharged using same promo code,but its saying"Sorry,check your coupon"....so once again i reply'ed to <[protected]@paytm.com>,they reply'ed me as"As per our records, this promocode has already been used by some other user."...totally 3 days gone...still i not got recharge...please help me sir/madam

                                I had recharged Rs-430 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through AXIS BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .

                                Vodafone — Recharge through Net Banking failed, amount not yet refunded

                                I had rechagred Rs.305 for my cell no on[protected] through ICICI bank.com . Till date it is not rechagred.

                                I had call the vodafone customer care and spoke to on Mr. Shailendra who gave me a complaint number ans asked me to wait for 48 hrs for amount to be refund and the txn which was carried out by me via ICICI bank was failed due to technical reason from Vodafones end.

                                Today its 13.10.2008 but till date the amount is not refunded. Today I spoke to Mr. Tausif, Mr. Prashant, Floor supervisors Mr, Wazim and Pradeep but they kept on tell me the same thing to wait for 48-72 working hrs,

                                If I was a post paid customer and failed to pay my bill would vodafone allow me use its serices or would they diconnect the service,

                                Vodfone is a robber...

                                If the txn is failed and the amount shoud be refunded back in 24 hrs why the hell it takes 10 days.

                                Is Vodafone going to pay me Intrest or bear the Loss what I incure in my business.

                                AirTel — Mobile no. discarded in net banking

                                My airtel mobile no.is [protected]. But while going to recharge through netbanking the same is being rejected saying that the no. and service provider are not matching.

                                Hellow sir my name is krasty.I just recharged with 20RS few days back but idea customer care had cutoff my balance 18RS from my account on july 05 2009 .This is second time they did like this, first time they cutoff 21RS from outoff 27RS fifteen days back, i m shocked when i looked at my balance .so please take some action otherwise I changed my simcard and i tell to my friends also dont take idea simcards .please do something .

                                i had recharged Rs333 to my airtel number through SBI Debit card using Paytm dite on[protected] and ORDER NO.70593094.. I even got a confirmation message from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my SBIaccount but my account has not been recharged yet...
                                Either get my number recharged or get refunded my money to my bank account..

                                    On 9/5/12 there was a deal on timesdeal,"double recharge value for you! pay rs. 50 and get paytm voucher worth rs. 100 on your mobile recharge @ paytm" I bought two the deal for rs 50/ Transaction successful but I DID not receive any coupon on my email if, but i got the coupon no times deal only. Earlier when i was using the coupon codes paytm was not accepting there coupon codes, but after some time when i used these coupons the coupons were accepted and was told that the balance of Rs 100 would be transferred in to my phones. But i don't get any balance. I recharged two no's [protected] and [protected]

                                    That promo-code is for only new user. not for existing user in paytm.com.
                                    If you create new account in paytm and use that code means it will work surely.

                                    we are unable to use that promo-code to recharge more than one time for a single number.

                                    Because i also face the same problem. It's our manual reading mistake, not their mistake.
