Paytm Mobile Solutions — irctc refunded money on failed ticket but money not received in wallet or bank | |||
I tried to booked a railway ticket on irctc rail connect app on 02.08.2018 and transaction failed but amount of rs. 1310/- debited from my axis bank account. Failed transaction id [protected]. As i saw the status of refund in refund history of irctc that refund of rs. 1310/- has been already made by irctc to bank name paytm m with refund id [protected] with bank reference id: [protected]. But till date i. E 13.08.2018 i haven't recieved money either in my paytm wallet or axis bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have just clicked return to bank option in wallet transactions unknowingly and 500 was deducted from my wallet.and the transaction was showing pending and the bank account does not belongs to me please cancel the transaction.
My money is dedicated in my credit card but after transaction fail not credited in my account my wallet I'd [protected]
