My brother ordered 2 raincoats from paytm mobile app on 16 july 2018. I received the package within a week at my office. I opened the package after reaching the home in the evening. After opening it, i found only one raincoat instead of two. However, the bill was also showing 2 items. As paytm has no customer care number, i complained on its app. For first 2-3 messages, they replied that they will refund for the missing raincoat, but now they are not replying. I have also tried the number of the merchant, whose number and address is given on the bill, which is not working as if now.

Complaint marked as Resolved The refund was credited on time by the Paytm Team, but it was not reflecting in the bank account. Therefore, it was not the fault of the Team. I really apologize the Team for the inconvenience caused.
