          My order no is [protected] which was cancelled by paytm mall on[protected] and after one week they give me only half amount of my refund after 14 days when i start complaining to paytm customer care they file my complaint and give me a complaint ticket number 77593186 but after one week i had not got any response from paytm customer care and after that i had started sending mall to paytm at address [protected]@paytm.com and they said sir in 5 days we will resolved your problem but after 10 days means today i am not recieved my refund back and when i trying to conatact paytm customer care on phone they are not picked my call and not sending me any answer on email.
          If they will not give me my refund back i need to go on consumer court.

            Sir/madam
            I want your help agaist the paytm we order
            A watch whose order number is [protected] should be deliverd on 31st of july but yet not deliverd
            When i messeged to paytm about this problem for resoultion but they are not helping us they didnt give any replay i messaged them daily is is about for days to go sir please help us if paytm is unable to deliver the product sir please say them to refund our money

Absolutely more than 1 month of time... How many days they (Paytm) want to refund my money... Please resolve my issue... Really i cant believe this...                 I had seen advertisement about sms sending job in mumbai mirror paper on pg32 6th column part time job section 3rd advertisement. I asked about the job and they told to deposit rs550 in paytm no [protected] for regiatration and then they will send person to home for demo. After i had deposited it they are telling to deposit more 4000rs for registration. Then i told to cancel it and refund my money then they are telling to deposit more 1500rs in order to get refund. Please help me to get my refund and take action against this fraud company and mumbai mirror for publishing fake advertisement for money.

                  I purchased 1 750 ml bottle of coke with 15 rs aasured return printed on bottle with paytm app but when i used the code written back on the bottle page i did nt get the promised money but i was told to put a second code i purchased another bottle but this time also i did nt get back 15 rs as promised instead i was told that i am eligble fr 1 lac cash award lottery and i wil b informed if i win this is cheating

                    My brother ordered 2 raincoats from paytm mobile app on 16 july 2018. I received the package within a week at my office. I opened the package after reaching the home in the evening. After opening it, i found only one raincoat instead of two. However, the bill was also showing 2 items. As paytm has no customer care number, i complained on its app. For first 2-3 messages, they replied that they will refund for the missing raincoat, but now they are not replying. I have also tried the number of the merchant, whose number and address is given on the bill, which is not working as if now.

                      Hello, my self jhunu byapari my mob. [protected]. Today when i creating paytm account first time then paytm told me that this number is already registered.. I recovered account using "forgot password" option and it is showing ekyc completed with my daughter aadhar account but, i first time opened paytm today and my mobile number is older than "paytm foundation" (2010) date. The main thing is that around 2 years ago i went to chakdaha "bank of india" branch for making "pan" card for my daughter, there was a agent for pan card making and he took aadhar details, signature and finger print of my daughter... Due to unavailability of my daughter mobile number, that agent took my mobile phone for "otp" which is sent to my mobile number. Then, i taught that otp may be needed for pan card... But, today i suspect that that agent (Not a bank employee) in chakdaha bank is guilty for doing cheat with me. I think he done paytm kyc with us and made paytm account..

                      So, please take this messege seriously, because online fraud and bank account hacking issue is very serious... And many people of "chakdaha block" made pan card from that agent in bank,, they may come under this fraudulent activity.. Sir, please contact paytm using my mobile number -[protected].. And check my account.. When was this account created and kyc done. Please collect and inform me about all the details of that "paytm kyc agent" who done that whole cheat. Please inform me to which i can make a police complain against those cheater...

                        I humera khot had received a message from indian consumer that i had a lodge a compliant against all jobs solution on 12th july and for future investigation mt karthik the account key manager will contact shortly then he called me he asked me to send the details as how i had done the payt for alljobs solution i send him my citibank statament he also checked he asked to send on the email id [protected]@india.com then on 13th july he told me need to pay 5800 for gst as my amount is 58100 since i wanted refund of my amount i was ready to pay him 5800 he gave me his account details state bank of india name harish kumar accunt no [protected]
                        Sbin0004840 i paid him through money transfer as wanted my refund urgently his contact no is [protected] then after 2 days that is on 19th july i got a cal from mr aditya chaudhry from his mobile no [protected] stataing that he is from indian consumer and he has got my file for refund he asked me to pay 5200 thru paytm i inquired about karthik whether he is aware that i already paid him 5800 but he told that he does not know mr karthik i asked about my money which i paid to mr karthik 5800 he told that its got reflected in my amount as what i paid was late from my side then told me to oay thru paytm on mobile no [protected] 5200 on 20th july which i did thru paytm then he confirmed that from account to go reflect in bank its take 24hrs and what he did from friday afternoon he has switched off his mobile till today since they are working with indian consumer they are fraud people their mobile no is registered on companys name now how can we trust indian consumer i beg you please refund my amount .sir it will now become a month not yet received my refund for all job solution which i paid to them

                          I ordered asus vivobook s15 from paytmmall on 27 july 2018. My order number is [protected] and bluedart waybill no is [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered by 30 july, but got delay to 2nd august 2018 and then again delayed to 4th august 2018. Blue dart tracking status is showing as "shipment returned back to shipper". I raised complaint twice but no proper response from paytm. I am unable to cancel that order or change seller. My last complaint ref number is 79026128.

                            I have tried to book a season ticket with my rbl account in uts on mobile app on 10th of july. Amount rs.402.97/- got debited from my account but the ticket wasn't booked. I have contacted with the uts and rbl support. The money got struck with paytm payments bank which is the beneficiary bank o[censored]ts. I have been trying to contact the paytm support since the day of transaction, but no one is giving any information about the transaction. Every customer care number agents are suggesting another number for information. Literally i have tried all the numbers, but i didn't get any information.

                              I ordered on 29 july 2018 order no is. CW[protected], but still not get cash back from paytm.plz credited my cashback in my paytm wallet as soon as possible. Maine abhi tak 20 mail kr chuka hu but aapke end se mujhe abhi tak koi bhi response nhi mila hai. Poor service quality.paytm ke traf se last reply 30 july ko mila ki 4 days mai credit ho jyga. But aaj 6 days ko chuke hai na hi cashback credit hua naa hi paytm se koi response aa rha hai. i think paytm coolwinks ke sath mil kr customer ke sath fraud kr rhe hai. Isse rokna hoga. Paytm ke against legal enquiry hona chahiye. Or ye farzi site coolwinks ko band krna chahiye.

                                    I supposed to transfer balance to my friend using paytm wallet, but PayTM forced to do UPI transaction. I did UPI transaction and the money deducted from my account but the receiver was not registered with UPI my transaction was showing me in pending state.
                                    I raised complaint to PayTM customer care. They asked me wait for 3 working days. After 3 working days, they ask me to contact my concerned bank. My concerned bank made imps transaction[protected] in in the name of PayTM.
                                    But what PayTM did, is they deleted my transaction records and deregistered me from UPI and even they deleted my support ticket data. Not even PayTM customer care picking up phone and blocked me.
                                    PayTM is liable to answer where my money has gone and even they are liable to refund the amount.
                                    And the major question is how they can force me to do UPI transaction even when the receiver is not registered with UPI.

                                      The amount is debited from my account but it is not credited to the beneficiary account.

                                      I got a message from the beneficiary that the amount is not reached them.

                                      Its More than 10 Days. But Still I Didnt Get My Amount. Pls Do the Needfull to Get Back My Amount With My A/C
