Order id - [protected]. I had ordered fossil fs4682 men analog watch on 15 aug at 1.34 pm from paytm mall app also this order is prepaid so i paid 9495 for this. At the time of order my expected date of delivery was 19 aug, but on 19 i didn't received my order so when i checked the status its showing expected date shift to 21st aug, again on 21st i didn't received my order also expected delivery date changes to 23rd aug, on 23rd also i didn't received my order delivery date changes to 25th, in mean time i contacted paytm mall customer service they are only saying that sir we are sorry you have to wait till expected delivery date sorry for the inconveniences. They don't have any answer regarding why my order is delayed or not delivered to me. As usual on 25th i didn't received my order and again it's expected delivery date shifted to 27th aug. Please help me i had already paid for this on 15aug also i choose seller from my city gurgaon only so thatit reaches to me early but now i feel like they will not deliver my product. Please look into this matter.

    Paytm Website is cheating users by blocking accounts due to which we are unable to do transactions .
    Myself Bharat, have installed PayTM to transfer money from Wallet to Bank account for a payment, as that payment gateway doesnt support my credit card .I have added 15000 /- and initially it did support to transfer bank account .

    After giving amount to transfer it automatically flagged account with below message "sorry this transaction is declined as the system surveillance has flagged your account" .

    I called Customer care as well, some just transfer calls and others tell reopen Application .

    Please dont use PAYTM for high amount 5000 transactions.

          I am ordering 1st time fitness band watch.. And i am a kyc user.. When i apply promo code of offer rs.149.. I. E, imported 149 while proceeding to pay.. It's asking to pay full amount without any offer..!! I have attached the screenshot for for the same. Why there is a offer like that.. If offer is there means why it is asking to pay full amount.. Please make it resolve.

            I have applied HDFC credit card through online application on 2nd of August 2018, received on 9th of August and activated. Unfortunately 371.25 deducted on 25 July towards PAYTM Mobile solution from my HDFC credit card.My credit Card number 485498xxxxx1736. I never even installed Paytm APP in mobile or PC. How can they deduct. I never used Paytm service even.
            Below the deduction message from Paytm
            Hello! Your A/c no. 855718 has been debited by Rs. 371.25 on 25Jul18. The A/c balance is Rs. 53149.19.Info: INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT.

            I haven't did this transaction. How its deducted without my knowledge. Please refund back as soon as possible

                Paytm is worst online i have ssen their customer number is not correct

                Yesterday i registered cyber crime ta police station and the police cop has sent mail to them

                Police which we blame doesn't cooperate has also tried to call paytm but such a hopeless customer care after connecting for half an hour it was coming

                All are customer care executive are busy

                Really shame paytm

                Meanwhile the fraud person must have taken money

                I would request paytm to refund my money to reverse transaction as it is delay from their end

                Paytm needs to reverse transaction as their delay has cause me loss

                  Sir upi txn no is[protected] through upi [protected]@paytm ke dawara 27 aug ko 5000rs mere paytm bank mai transfer kiya gya gya thha but more than 28 hour mere paytm bank mai abhi tak amount credit nhi hua. Jabki payment successfully bhi ho gya thha. Plz credited my 5000rs amount in my paytm bank account as soon as possible.

                    It has already been intimated to you the amount of SBI life insurance. was shown on your paytm Rs. 12000/-. Accordingly the payment has been dedicated, 3 times before and i raised a complient made on 10 Aug 2018. and the same, u said its in validation to credit it in revers, within 2 working days and again on the same amout of Rs . 12000/-. been dedicated again . on 26/08/2018 . make sure that, 4 times Rs 12000/-. as to be reversed back make early as possible, take this compilent as highly pariority,
                    I had made payment of Rs:1770 from my paytm wallet linked to mobile number twice.
                    But the amount is not reflecting in my paytm wallet and not the recipient have received the money.
                    Payment was done with the card linked to my paytm wallet.
                    Request you to help me out with this issue and refund me the money.
                    Sir jab may wallet say payment karta hu to 10 payment hone ke bad otp nahi ata please help me

                          I ordered pack of two polo t shirt in paytm
                          In paytm it is showing delivered but i didn't get any product. I called to delivery boy he told that i will delivery your product but next day also didn't deliver my called and after calling his mobile is switched of vand i called to paytm customer care in their system showing product is delivered and i told them i didn't get any product then they told we have register complaint within four days but i don't know that now they are saying we can't do anything

                          So now what can i do sir
                          I am trying to login in Paytm golden gate showing dear customer your registration for using golden gate is incomplete...your Helpline service not solve my problem plz help
                          After seeing an olx user and he pretending to be an army officer sending all his id proofs convinced me to buy his product ...cleverly by saying to trust an army officer he asked my atm no for payment for an courier receipt so the product may come out of army area ...and withdraw 20000 from my bank account and flew away

                            I booked for a movie ticket on a sunday 26/08/2018 and i have been charged a cancellation protect fee of rs 105 which i did not select. Either it is automatically added (Hidden) trade malpractice. Paytm is not allowing for a refund of this even after request.

                            This comes under trade malpractice. I do not know whether the institutions checks these malpractices or not.
                            I have order a kurthi in paytm on 07/08/2018 i have received a wrong product and replace the same again i received a wrong product and i replace same again.

                            But this time they are provide the replacement and refund.

                            I have tried to call them there is no proper response from their end.

                            Kindly help me to get my replacement of rs.300/-
                            I transfer money to my paytm wallet but it wasnot come and money is deducted from my bank a/c. It is my request to you please give money back or debit my wallet.

                              There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on jan 22 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 900 rupees from my paytm a/c.

                                    I have ordered a timex watch through paytm order no. [protected] (Seller xl retail pvt. Ltd., banglaore, karnatka)

                                    But they have send it in duplicate box (Picture attached) & they generate invoice billing more than mrp. Billed 1495/- (But mrp is 1395/-)

                                    My statement for duplicate box is based upon the description of product which is not mentioned on the box.

                                    Now i am in doubt whether the product is original or not???

                                    This is the breach of faith of any customer by paytm seller.

                                    The Paytm is selling the Timex watches through unauthorized seller as per Timex.

                                    The Timex has confirmed that " XL retail Pvt. LTD." is not authorized seller of Timex, in this case all warranty will be cancelled by Timex.

                                    Not such policy expected from Paytm.

                                    Breach of our faith in PayTm.
