Dear team

My balance has been deducted from my paytm wallet while my recharge was not done. I have already raised the concern through pay app with screen shot my 100 rs deducted. But there ia no responce from their end. So many customer trouble paytm fraud company. Called to many time paytm customer care executine they are saying paytm. Have refund the money but in actual refunded money not showing.in my wallet after refunded my wallet should be 240.63 rs but current is 140.63. So please take a axtion against fraude paytm company and help to return my deducte money in my wallet.

Company said he has refund the deducted money but my concern is refund money not showing in my paytm wallet. I have called to many times but still my issue not resolved. & if you are not able raise my concern against PAYTM please provide consumer complain escalation matrix so that i can raise my concern in higher priority. After refunde money my wallet balance should 240.63 but still my wallet is140.63

      Hi team,
      Sub: booking of fraudulent transactions for rs.8123/- by using sbi credit card number and committing criminal offence.

      I am a sbi credit card holder. I do not have any business dealings with your company. This is being so, one person (Via mobile no[protected] fraudulently purchased a product worth rs.8123 /- on 11th august 2018 and cheated me and your company. I request you not to debit these transactions on my sbi credit card. If you have already raised debit, i request you to cancel them and send a cheque to me for rs.8123/-. You could re-debit the account of the person (S) who unauthorized misused my sbi credit card and thus committed criminal offence.

      I also request you to advise me the complete details of the transactions and the full addresses and mobile numbers involved in these fraudulent transactions. I sincerely hope you would consider my request and arrange to refund the amount of rs.8123/- as i want to bring the culprit to the book by lodging a complaint with police and cbi, i request your earnest help to avoid recurrence.

      Amount has been debited from my account but merchant has not yet confirmed the order. Could you kindly cancel it. Hoping to get positive response.

      Today I am added total 14000 in paytm but 1 first I added 10000 then 4000 but when I am adding a 4000 amount will be debited from my account but not credited in paytm then again I will try but that it's done but now problem is that 1 St 4000 even not credited in my bank account and also not in paytm so kindly help out for that

Through sbi internet banking, for making payment to tata sky recharge (My tata sky subscriber id: [protected]), under reference no. Igadziqpf3, but the amount is not yet paid to my tata sky account. Neither, i am able to recharge my tata sky dth using this money transferred to you.

        Please resolve the issue.

          Fraud done to me using paytm
          I hired a maid from a maid agency but they turned to be fraud. They took money from my paytm account and flew way. I want paytm to take necessary action by blocking their paytm no. N providing me the refund money into my paytm account.
          I want paytm to immediately block their no. So that they won’t be able to use their money and hence requested for the same. But unfortunately, my complaint has not yet attended inspite of so many days.

The worth of my ordered item is 1, 340 even the customer care of paytm mall is not responding to my problem.. I have got the message from bluedart they have given me number to contact them but when i contact them they are not receiving my call and now the call is busy for whom should i got contact... Every thing is fake

                  The complaint is regarding a paytm delivery guy, the date of the incident is 10th august 2018. Client number and order id is [protected].
                  This delivery guy from paytm is reluctunt and does not deliever products at door step. He calls from some random place and tells me (Customer) to come to that location. Whereas, the address is accessible and easily locatable too.
                  Also there is use of harsh abusive language from the delivery guy which is unbareable. This is the second time such incident is repeating.
                  Also the parcel is not delievered yet.

                    Respected sir,
                    I bought a mouse from paytm. And oreder id is
                    [protected].
                    I received item on 6th august 2018. When i checked, mouse is not working.
                    For return when i go on app, no such option of return was seen in paytm app. Only order status - shipped seen.
                    And in return policy only 7 days for replacement or return.

                    When try to help line, but only hold call.
                    Pls return my order and refund my money.

                      I purchased JBL earphones but just after few months it is not working properly. As it is under warranty I need replacement.

                          I called CS to enq abt my payment through upi which took my money but tranx failed spoke to agent he asked me a question explained then he told he will transfer to concern team and will info to the nxt agent I was kept on hold for 20 min then another agent ask me the same thing then refused to put me across supervisor kept me on hold 80 min call was like hell no one helped me

                                  This is regarding my transaction with gautam buddha university order paid through paytm.. As per your advice from paytm i have contacted with the merchant gautam buddha university regarding above mentioned transaction, but they have denied any amount received for this transaction.
                                  There are several mail and phone to the paytm care, but till date no any final solution from paytm.

                                    I have booked movie tickets through paytm that was in an offer (Offer: buy 2 movie tickets at the price of 1. Another ticket price will come back as a cashback within 24 hrs). Its been 2 days, i have not received the cashback amount. I tried calling the customer care, but it keeps on redirecting to some dedicated number. I still not able to connect with their assistant even after 7 attempts.

                                    Also, paytm has up to 100% cashback in kfc if paid through paytm wallet. But whenever i pay (Usually the amount is more than rs.500), i get only rs.10 or rs.20 as a cashback. Not sure in what basis they calculate the cashback.

                                    I feel paytm is doing a false marketing.
