This is regarding my transaction with gautam buddha university order paid through paytm.. As per your advice from paytm i have contacted with the merchant gautam buddha university regarding above mentioned transaction, but they have denied any amount received for this transaction.
There are several mail and phone to the paytm care, but till date no any final solution from paytm.

I have booked movie tickets through paytm that was in an offer (Offer: buy 2 movie tickets at the price of 1. Another ticket price will come back as a cashback within 24 hrs). Its been 2 days, i have not received the cashback amount. I tried calling the customer care, but it keeps on redirecting to some dedicated number. I still not able to connect with their assistant even after 7 attempts.

Also, paytm has up to 100% cashback in kfc if paid through paytm wallet. But whenever i pay (Usually the amount is more than rs.500), i get only rs.10 or rs.20 as a cashback. Not sure in what basis they calculate the cashback.

I feel paytm is doing a false marketing.

On 03.08.2018, i tried to book online movie tikets from axis bank account via paytm mobile solutions pvt, 801rs was deducted from my account but tiket was not booked. Kindly reverse the amount to the axis bank account. Reference number inb/[protected]/paytm mobile solutions pvt. Let me how long will it take to reverse the amount, its been almot 6 days gone.

This is to tell that your paytm shopping product offer are good but make your service better i have ordered a product it just was to come on 6 august it was then the date was 7 aug then 8 aug means i have ordered a product on 1 august so i will get. It next month your customer service and delivery service is worst amazon is the best please improve your service or strict action will be taken and i will recommend my friends to not use it

I have business account in paytm and the company have disabled my business account without giving any prior notice.. I have money available in my paytm wallet and now they have also increased the fee to 4% when transfer money from paytm wallet to bank... My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have recently transfer money from paytm wallet to bank on 15 july with paying any fee. And now they are charging fee without giving any notice to me.

On dated 19/7/2018 i receive transaction alert of rs 15, 000 in 3 times from my debit card. The details of transactions are,
1. Rs.5, 000 to iin/i-debit/paytm/
2. Rs.5, 000 to iin/i-debit/paytm/
3. Rs.5, 000 to iin/i-debit/paytm/
After finding about these transactions i came to know that someone is making transactions from my debit card. I informed my icici bank customer care executive to deactivate my atm/debit card & logged the complaint. Now in this regard, i want to know the mobile number from which these transactions have been made and in which account my money has been transferred. Sir please submit my complaint about the unauthorized transactions of rs. 15, 000 and help me to know the information about the hackers. So that i can get my money back.

Last 1 year i am using paytm. Initially i have completed my e-kyc but 9th july my e-kyc got expired and am unable to use my paytm money since then. I have tried so many time to update my kyc details with paytm but with some technical error i could not complete my kyc. Lastly i had given the complainant over the phone and complaint number is 79142680.

I buy earphone from paytm application and the product was damaged. I told this to the paytm they make a replacement pickup date was 06/08/2018. They make replacement everyday but no one comes for pickup.
Pickup boy can't accept my call sins 06/08/2018 Today is the 3rd day of Pickup boy can't accept my phone call i call him sins morning many times but he can't accept my call.

I was in emergency situation and tried adding money to paytm. But it doesnt reflected to my wallet i tried two times everytime it was deducted from my account but not updated in wallet.
And when i called service care in paytm..
They didnt responded me.
It was too harrasing statement to me i am totally fed up..
Due to them i got break up in relation ship who is responsible for that now. Chutiya bna dia h bc inhone

I wanted kyc to be done at door steps I got a call on Saturday which is on 4th August 2018 we have taken your request and which is Sunday i.e 5th August our executive will come and collect the documents..on Sunday I have waited for that person leaving all other works and Monday called the number which I got a call from [protected] no response and I have called her 100 times even calling now she is disconnecting the call and moreover on pay TM my KYC request is showing as Jan 2018 ... Have some responsibility when a person is calling you atleast answer the call and check what for the customer is calling

I have complained this many a times but didnt get any response for this issue.
Now i have some amount in myy wallet and i want to retain hat amount to my bank back, but its not possible without kyc.

Totally it is 1602rs, kindly reverse the amount to my axis account back. I have already inquired with axis bank and they say, it has been successfully transfered to Patym mobile solutions. kindly do the needful and revert back

I lost my registered mobile no. With paytm, now due to secure login system i am not able to login into it, if we don't have mobile no. There should be the option to send otp on email id but it is not, i fed-up to call and mail to paytm customer service, i sent many mails but didn't get a single response, i never seen this kind of ridiculous customer service from any other company.

I suggest you all don't use paytm, because in future whenever you face any problem know one here to listen you.

Actually I was cheated yesterday by an army person (Mr. Sanjay Singh) for Rs 35000 also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which I saw when I tried to lodge complaint against him online.
