There was a sale going on mi-india.net website for MI mobile phones since 12th August, 2018.

I have purchased MIA2 on this website and have made a payment via paytm to account Crystal Software Solutions. PFA the screenshot of the same.

We feel that this is a fraud as we are trying to contact them on phone (+[protected] but its switched off. Also, i have sent a mail on [protected]@mi-india.net, but dint get any reply.

We need your help to find out the details. Please let us know.

I ordered this beardo wax from paytm mall and received the product which was used and in tampered condition . Then i placed a complaint regarding it . When the person came to take the product back from me, he said that the product is used and cannot be returned and behaved a little rudely. I told him that i have registered the complaint that it is used that is why i am returning this and i also posted the photo of the same regarding it as i received the product. He refused and ran away without informing anything. Paytm mall is pathetic ... no manners .. no investigation of the complaint...uneducated workers and staff .. and pathetic service.
I am gonna take this issue to consumer court if not helped.

I was take ticket for Pune to bhopal on 21-Aug-2018 at 11:00am. But, on payment time transaction aborted and account deductedand ask for another choose option for transaction.
But my deducted money is still not refunded in my account.
Please help me on priority.

I have submitted the application fee of drdo on 22/08/2018 twice by paytm mobile solutions.But every time money is deducted from bank account and submission of application is failed and a dialogue box is opened showing "your application submission is failed try again . Pos[protected] at paytm mobile solutions txn#[protected].
Please help me.

This parcel is out for delivery on 21.8.18 but the courier person is not delivered my parcel said there is short address before deliver this parcel i call atleast 30 times to courier boy for dispatching my parcel for giving correct address u=if he is not found my address but he's not received any 1 of my call and today i asked for delivery than he said your parcel is return to paytm shipper as per per instruction of paytm.
But my question is that how can you return my courier if i m giving your address and contact you. Why it is return. This is not supposed to return because all mistake is there is blue dart courier (Shipment no. [protected]) the person who's name sarvesh yadav.

Please it is request to you don' t return my courier.

Hi team,
I had ordered water spray gun with order no: [protected] on 8/08/18, when i t tracked my order expected date of arrival was 16/08/18. Later on 20/08/18. And now when i check order canceled and refund initiated. Such a poor service. If you provided offers please fulfill them. If not take full money and deliver products.. Please don't play with customers. By this experience i will never recommend. I never canceled my order.. I was still waiting for arrival. Its really shameful to be part of paytm. I[censored] don't want to give cashback or offers don't give.. But never play with customers.

I ordered a product on 2nd august 2018 and the given date for delivery is 17th august but till now the product does not deliver.
When i call the courier center he always say the product will deliver tomorrow sorry for delay.
I call the center daily but the boy always say same thing. Please say the gati courier giridih to deliver my product as soon as possible.

I had done my order of Rs.4178 on[protected] which was cancelled by paytm but cut the money of this order from my bank account.
Still i am recieved Rs.378 in my paytm wallet
and Rs. 1858 in my bank account.
But my left refunded money Rs.1942 i m not getting after1 month 22 days.
I have also two complaints numbers. 77156295 and 76712329.
And when i am trying to speak to your customer care persons they are cut my calls before give me any solution
Please give me my refund as soon or else contact me on [protected].
This one is my last step to you for remembering you about my refund, and if after that i will not get refund, i will go in consumer court

I want to regretfully inform you that i have odered a LOTTO shoe from my paytm account of Rs. 949 on 14 JULY 2018 and oder no is [protected], returned it on 02 Aug. 2018. but i did not receive yet my refund even in my paytm A/c, As my Paytm account showing that your "THE REFUND AMOUNT WILL REFLECT IN YOUR ACCOUNT BY[protected]." As I have checked my all Bank statement from 1 August to till Today, there is no credit refund amount related to this order. So i request you that plz. take an significant action so that i can get my refund for given order immediately.

I'm try to do the return, but your still not resolving the ticket and closing yours side with out conforming me. I'm very much un happy with this service provided by paytm. I have asked that, please take a proper resolving action. Or else please give the address i'm ready to ship the product to your place, but i'm don't any proper response. Please refund my money, i'm not happy about the product.

As per the captioned subject i have placed a order for oppo f7 mibile dt 11.08.2018 and delivered on dt. 13.08.2018 with exchange of my old device gionee s6 mobile. As as per terms and condition my exchange devide has to be pick up within 48-72 hrs after delivery of product.
But after 7 days still my exchange device has not been picked up. And times i have contacted their customer care executive but not getting any solution.
Their customer care executive are not responding me even they are not taking my return request for my order. And not providing cash back of rs4700/- for exchange item.

You are requested tonplease take some action against them.

Paytm is leaking my data to fraud companies like Shop mart and Flip Mart and Paytm offer . They have called me and told me that I have been selected from Paytm special offer. So for this I have to purchase products of worth 5k. And they have provided the full details of my earlier purchase done with Paytm. So it looked like real deal. Because of which I have paid total of 5088 including GST and other things. But Now they have not picking up my calls and blocking me now. They have called me on 2 numbers that is [protected] & +[protected]

It is ridiculous that you do have an helpline email id for sending any emergency complaint or help. Even the phone number listed by you just keeps us in loop without answering or listening our problem.

On Friday, i.e 17 August 2018 I was spammed by an insurance company by name IFS. After money transferred they had to send the soft copy of documents but they have not sent till now. They are not picking phone also. Pls do the needful to get my money back. I believed them since payment was through Paytm.

I am also forwarding the mail received from them.

please do the needful and get my money back or do stop payment as net

A man called Manjeet ( id copy and photos ) saying is an army man in Delhi put ad on olx of iPhone 6s ...I contacted him ...He said he is now posted in jaisalmer but if am interested in buying Phone he can send it to my location. He send me some Army ID copies and photos of him. He requested me to give at least 6500 so that he can post phone. After giving 6500...He called and said iPhone is despatched with Military Couier and share the phtos of courier and confirmed me to get within 24hrs...Next day I got a call from person called from Military Couier namely Vikas Patel and saying he is calling from some regiment in gurgaon and I m having your Phone and if you want it pay the full amount it's army policy... Can't handover without full payment. So being faith andtrust on Army I payed him again 6500. I have the Couier person number. But after half n hr again he called to me and demand pay 6000 for GST and insurance and you will get phone. Total I have paid 13000/-
I have photos and ID proof of all peoples... Please take an action...As I have seen many complaints against him. now I have lost the money and request you to kindly reimburse if possible.

Sir/madam, i have made transaction in unlimited through paytm the amount 4000 RS has been deducted from my paytm wallet, however i received a error message while doing the traction like " the transaction failed due to some error". could you please revert the money back to my paytm wallet.

Sir, i had ordered a pair of shoes from paytm mall. Due to size mistake, i had requested to returning that. My request is accepted and courier boy picked up my order. And after pickup, my request was cancelled by the seller. But my order is already sent by me. And i have the pickup receipt. I have complaint about it in their. Official site but i didn't get any solution..
And they didn't give me any reply..

It's all my problem, plz look into the matter and do needful.

I placed order 11 aug 2018 after that order placed successfully but delayed in delivery. I ignored that bt on 18 aug paytm cancelled order due to unknown reasons and saying that your refund initiated and processed in 14 days.
My prob is why order cancelled and if cancelled then i want to transfer my amount in my account immediately

I ordered skullcandy headset on 12.08.18 of worth 1500 through paytm mall. On 17.08.18 it was mailed that the product is delivered but i haven't received the product. The courier man had havent't called me to take the parcel. The order no. Is [protected] with transaction id - [protected]. I paid online. Since they don't provide the delivery man phone no. Or name. The delivery number messaged to me was awb[protected].

This is to inform that when we went to your authorized service agent (Balajai communication, rudrapur) for kyc updation, it was learnt by vendor that for the last one and half month server is down, hence kyc updation job is not carried out in entire rudrapur (Uk). As a result, we are facing great deal of inconvenience in using paytm for day to day transaction. Also, we have to receive 2000/- cash back in one of the transaction, which we can’t receive unless kyc is updated.

Kindly advise what should be done to update kyc. Pl. Help.
