This is to inform that when we went to your authorized service agent (Balajai communication, rudrapur) for kyc updation, it was learnt by vendor that for the last one and half month server is down, hence kyc updation job is not carried out in entire rudrapur (Uk). As a result, we are facing great deal of inconvenience in using paytm for day to day transaction. Also, we have to receive 2000/- cash back in one of the transaction, which we can’t receive unless kyc is updated.
Kindly advise what should be done to update kyc. Pl. Help.

I have paid 526/- Rup. for Electricity Department on 31.05.2018 from my Bank Account,
My Bank Account show that the amount of rup. 526/- has been deducted from my bank account, but Electricity Dept. shows that not cleared yet. and i have not received refund.
Please solve my problem and refund the money
