    Inr 15000 has been sent by prasad d (+91-[protected]) to myself (Sunil subramanya a. E., +91-[protected]) on 1st september using paytm mobile app services has been not received by me, even though the transaction is successful and money has been deducted from prasad's account

    So i request you to take proper necessary action
    2000 rupees transection unsuccessful but balence deduct in my account so plz return my money

        Reliance jio order #br0001fs4ijk dated july 2017, 2018 for inr 349. This is a fraudulent transaction on my paytm account[protected]. There is no contact number where i can speak to get the details of who & when the transaction was authorized. I have tried several times on paytm app but paytm does not provide any details and keep closing the issue without resolution. Please help in getting me refund of inr 349 for this fraudulent transaction that happened on paytm or provide me the details of who & when the transaction was authorized.

          I have ordered a dress from paytm mall. I kept waiting for it but it never arrived. I finallyopened the app and checked for the status and it says it was delivered on “15th august” - 17 days ago. I tried to file a complaint but they says they take complaints only within 3 days! I had no clue about the tracking so i didnt check it. The other orders promptly arrived. I spoke to the delivery agent and he has no clue. I think there is a big scam going on. They just charge you and not deliver the products. This has to be taken care of!

            I didn't get my order.. It shows it was delivered.. I waited for 24 hrs and i asked all my neighbours and family members.. The deliver boy is such a negligent.. This is not fair... It's our right to get my paid product.. The delivery boy called from some unknown number.. I did redial for confirmation to that number,,, who answered the cal told me that the he dnt know that delivery boy, he just used his number to cl me.. Why that delivery called from his number,, such a irresponsiblity
            .. Even i m unable to complain to paytm, there is no written complaint option.. This is not fair, they made us buy that product as it should be paid by online as manditary,, they didn't show that much interest in delivering that prepaid product..

              I deposited advance payment of rs.1000/- to mobile no. [protected] for a pipe to be fixed to my kitchen chimney on[protected]. I apprehend i might have been duped since the vendor is not taking my calls. I would request pautm to advise in which bank account the money was deposited so that i can raise a complaint to the state consumer forum. Request an early reply.

                Hi, This is regarding the account assigned with mobile no. [protected] and email I'd [protected]@gmail.com.

                Today morning I tried to transfer Rs1200 to my friend's Paytm account. I entered my Debit card details from where the amount could be deducted. After giving all the details, Rs1200 deducted from my bank account but an error appeared that without KYC, I may not be able to transfer the amount.

                OK fine, It might be the company policy or the Govt Regulations. But what about my money, Rs1200 is in Paytm wallet which couldnot be transferred to any other Paytm account. I called customer care to get the money back to my bank account. He simply denied, kept my phone on hold and went off. I am the customer and the customer care representative should be polite but the way he was behaving was like that it is non of his business and since I have been trapped now, I have to use this money in Paytm only.

                My question is who gave Paytm the right to transfer my money to paytm wallet. I had given my money to transfer to my friends account not to keep in my Paytm account neither Paytm App asked me to transfer into Wallet.

                It is a complete Trap.

                I agree that KYC is not done in my account so Paytm should check it before the transaction and should not allow me for any transaction.

                I don't have time to go to authorised center to get the KYC done but I want my money back. Pls suggest how can I get it.

                  Hi i made a payement of Rs 2654 on 13/8/2018 through paytm to pay my electricity bill on KSEB Ltd the payement failed but the amount deducted i contacted them and the told me that they will refund my money within 7 days but till i didnt received my money please make the necessary arrangements to refund the same my mobile no is [protected].its hard earned money and its too big for me.My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                  I haven't received my ordered but it show as delivered. Can't track my order nor able to contact paytm only courier services I could call and there they were asked me to drop an email... So I did so..
                  And now it's over one month... I drop so many email.. Initially they were replying now not.. Totally clueless..

                    I have made a payment of rs 2654 for KSEB on 13/8/2018 and the amount credited but payment failed I have been contacting them since then and they told it will be refund within 7 days but till the money isn't refunded they contacted them continuously but no use its not a small amount money for me please take it as an official complaint and please make the necessary steps to refund me the same

                      Our paytm balance deducted but we have not spent this amount .some call was come today ask us for our business product & he want to buy our product & wanted to make payment by paytm wallet thy ask us for confirmation pin once we have given them pin but we have not given them again.our a/c was not deducted till one hour but our a/c deducted after one hour at 10:24 am today.

                          Sir on 10 aug 18 i tried to book train ticket from njp to silchar, the booking failed but amount rs.3130/-deducted from my account. On making complaint to irctc they told that payment refunded by gate way paytm vide tr is-[protected] /bank ref id :8521522822831718061333 and payment has been settled but said am out not credited to my account till 30 aug 18. Paytm customer care also not responding. Please look in to the matter.

                            We are trying to call you your toll free number but no any option there, the case is, i order one bluetooth head phone 26th august ([protected]) and same will delivered my address which is i mention my app,

                            Some one call me today 30th of august from pay tm mall from number [protected] and told me this is a verification call your order then he repeat my home address where shipment delivered after that they told me you are lucky winner for tata safari so you need to deposit 12000/- amount i deny bcoz i feel he is fraud after that they are abusing a lot and disconnect the phone but question is how they know my order number any my address details bcoz this is the confidential data which is leak so please action on priority and i have recording all conversation.

                            I need clarification asap other wise i will go legal.

                              Hi team,

                              I tried transferred 25000 in my another account from one account by using paytm upi, transfer got rejected, however money debited from my account, upi reference number is[protected], transaction date is[protected] and mobile number from which i did a transaction is [protected].

                              Please help me to resolve the same concern as paytm 24*7 team is not answering the calls.

He congratulate me and told me that their company paytm mall is going to give me a prize that is safari car and was asking my bank details to redeem the award... And in some time he started abusing very badly.. Kindly take this thing onto concern.. Now he is continuously calling and abusing me.

                                  Order id - [protected]. I had ordered fossil fs4682 men analog watch on 15 aug at 1.34 pm from paytm mall app also this order is prepaid so i paid 9495 for this. At the time of order my expected date of delivery was 19 aug, but on 19 i didn't received my order so when i checked the status its showing expected date shift to 21st aug, again on 21st i didn't received my order also expected delivery date changes to 23rd aug, on 23rd also i didn't received my order delivery date changes to 25th, in mean time i contacted paytm mall customer service they are only saying that sir we are sorry you have to wait till expected delivery date sorry for the inconveniences. They don't have any answer regarding why my order is delayed or not delivered to me. As usual on 25th i didn't received my order and again it's expected delivery date shifted to 27th aug. Please help me i had already paid for this on 15aug also i choose seller from my city gurgaon only so thatit reaches to me early but now i feel like they will not deliver my product. Please look into this matter.

                                    Paytm Website is cheating users by blocking accounts due to which we are unable to do transactions .
                                    Myself Bharat, have installed PayTM to transfer money from Wallet to Bank account for a payment, as that payment gateway doesnt support my credit card .I have added 15000 /- and initially it did support to transfer bank account .

                                    After giving amount to transfer it automatically flagged account with below message "sorry this transaction is declined as the system surveillance has flagged your account" .

                                    I called Customer care as well, some just transfer calls and others tell reopen Application .

                                    Please dont use PAYTM for high amount 5000 transactions.
