I have ordered fabstone blue raglan hooded t-shirt from paytm app of rs. 368 including shipping charges order no. [protected] which has been delivered on 30/08/2018. But when i opened up the box it was wrong product.. They send b simple t-shirt which is different from the image.. No hooded nothing... Also they have not given me credit of 10% cashback on first upi transaction... I contacted paytm several time they said it will be processed after 3 days now after wasting lot of time they are saying i am not eligible for this... How pathetic service is they are providing... I know it's my first transaction i'd not they should provide me details which was my first transaction from this upi... They have wasted lot time... Now as a compensation i need my whole order amount back or same t-shirt free of cost... They have wasted my lot of time in this... Kindly do the needful...

        I booked a bus ticket for 16th of auguest 2018 and then the bus got cancelled, and i got a sms, refund amount :900 rs, and then i also went to their app and pressed 'bus got cancelled'

        And then i waited for many days and i thought i will get refund soon, and then i mssaged them through query and they are saying my refund is denied because i took more than 15 days to message them

        And then in query they told, you are valued customer, we will give you the refund back and then they never responded too

          I ordered laptop from paytm mall dated :29th aug 2018 and it was delivered on 1st sep 2018.

          they have 10 days return policy.

          So, considering the product was damaged, I filled the return request same day(01-sep-2018) .

          I have been calling them everyday for refund -paytm complaint no: 84763335

          its been 5 days since then they are not refunding my amount of Rs40, 990

            Hi sir, yesturday (05/09/2018) at afternoon I got call from PAYTM mall Cust Care. thru phone number [protected]. They said that my registered mobile number [protected] with PAYTM has won a lucky prize and I need to select anyone prize amongst the five prizes. Copy of their SMS is given below. Paytmmall.com congratulations your name have been selected for one assured gift. 1. Dell inspiron laptop 16 inch. 2.sony bravia led tv 40 inch. 3.Blue star 1.5 Ton 5 Star. 4.Apple iphone 6s plus. 5. Lg refrigerator 420 Ltr Dubble Door.for further call..([protected]) Later they asked me to order items worth 5990/- from PAYTM mall. I went to PAYTM mall website and selected samsung j2 mobile. They asked me details of item I selected. Later they asked me to pay the amount thru PAYTM money transfer . I opened my PAYTM app on my mobile and then they asked Me to pay to a PAYTM payment bank account number I typed the bank account number and the amount totalling Rs.5990 was deducted from my bank a/c. Later came to know that this is the ongoing FRAUD. SO I REQUEST YOU TO REVERSE THIS PAYMENT FROM THE ABOVE MENTIONED PAYTM BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER AND HELP ME OUT.               I have made a transaction through pay TM on 13 .08.2018.i lost an amount of RS 2654 while paying an electricity bill through pay TM.i put a complaint in their site.they replied to wait for 7 - 14 days.i wait till that time.but no money is credited to my account.again I put complaints many times and tried to contact them.but their executives were always busy.and whenever call connected they just ask order id and said it will be ok within 48 hours.but nothing was happened .today also I contacted them but they didn't give me valid solution .they again told me to wait.already I had wait for 24 days.their customer support team is very irresponsible they told they provide 24*7 help but no one is iniated to solve the complaint and many of the departments have not provided their number in the site.my order id [protected]

                I am done the airtel mobile bill payment through my paytm wallet number [protected] of rs 5000 on 05/09/2018 at 6.58 pm but payment is deduct in my wallet and payment is showing processing not credit in my airtel bill [protected] and no cancel option is shown. I request you please cancel this order and refund my rs 5000 balance in my paytm wallet.

                  I have ordered a fastag from paytm 29th april 2018 the fastag that was delivered was not working, and despite my weeks of efforts to get a new fastag, i finally decided to deactivate the fastag after two months.

                  Now paytm has closed my fastag account, but the fastag is still linked to my car number. Because of this i cannot use a new fastag, i purchased from hdfc. I call the paytmfastag customer care every alternate days, and they keep promising that the issue will be solved in next 24 hours.

                  Paytm fastag has given my lot a headache in delivering, using, and now i want to deactivate. Everything takes more than twenty calls to the pathetic customer care number, and if you are lucky, things might get resolved.

                          Order battery operate toy car but shocked to see roadside broken tyre toy car which has no options for battery & don't run even manually.

                          Cheap third grade product delivered in name of high quality product.
                          Clear cheating by paytm & when notified they are seeking relie[censored]nder non returnable policy though they accept product delivered is defective & different.

                          Moreover one more product which is order with this which i want to cancel purely because of this experience is not cancelling it.

                          Think before you buy from paytm. Better to burn money.

                                The application have some technical issue. I have attached all the screenshot regarding this with attachment kindly check it. You will get to know. They are saying i was not eligible as i have failed to complete 6 electricity bills before *31st janurary 2019* the date which is not been passed but they are showing that. I contacted the customer care department but they are not giving me any reply on it

                                On 2nd Sep 2018 I booked a train ticket in IRCTC app using paytm payment gateway. The ticket was not booked even after the payment succeeded. please initiate refund of my money.

                                  Today i got a call of one paytm representative from the number +[protected]. They informed me about my some past paytm order and told that my number is being selected as one among 10 lucky customers who will get one gift from 4 items they provided. But to redeem the offer i have shop from paytm worth 3000. I selected one and added the items into the cart. They asked giftcode and completed the transaction from their end. Till now i havent recieved any invoice mail or message for my order confirmation, order tracking status.
                                  Guys please be aware of this call from paytm.
                                  I have send a money by mistakenly to the wrong paytm number...[protected]
                                  So kindly refund my money to my paytm account... [protected]

                                    Today I have received a phone call from an unknown mobile number:[protected], he asked about my credit card credentials, unknowingly I have revealed all the information, later I have shared my One Time Password(OTP) also. Fraudulent person did one transaction for RS.10000/- through my SBI credit Card. I kindly request you sir to cancel the fraudulent transaction done by the person immediately and refund my money as soon as possible. I have lodged police complaint against this incident and also planned to go ombudsman if am not getting my money back .This is my hard earned money, kindly help me to get refund of this amount of RS.10000/.

                                        While booking tickets via IRCTC, the amount was deducted but the status is shown as pending from Bank End.

                                        While the amount is successfully deducted from account.

                                        This is repeated for 2 more transactions and is really frustrating with no proper status update .
