I have business account in paytm and the company have disabled my business account without giving any prior notice.. I have money available in my paytm wallet and now they have also increased the fee to 4% when transfer money from paytm wallet to bank... My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have recently transfer money from paytm wallet to bank on 15 july with paying any fee. And now they are charging fee without giving any notice to me.

Respected sir,
On dated 19/7/2018 i receive transaction alert of rs 15, 000 in 3 times from my debit card. The details of transactions are,
1. Rs.5, 000 to iin/i-debit/paytm/
2. Rs.5, 000 to iin/i-debit/paytm/
3. Rs.5, 000 to iin/i-debit/paytm/
After finding about these transactions i came to know that someone is making transactions from my debit card. I informed my icici bank customer care executive to deactivate my atm/debit card & logged the complaint. Now in this regard, i want to know the mobile number from which these transactions have been made and in which account my money has been transferred. Sir please submit my complaint about the unauthorized transactions of rs. 15, 000 and help me to know the information about the hackers. So that i can get my money back.

Last 1 year i am using paytm. Initially i have completed my e-kyc but 9th july my e-kyc got expired and am unable to use my paytm money since then. I have tried so many time to update my kyc details with paytm but with some technical error i could not complete my kyc. Lastly i had given the complainant over the phone and complaint number is 79142680.

I buy earphone from paytm application and the product was damaged. I told this to the paytm they make a replacement pickup date was 06/08/2018. They make replacement everyday but no one comes for pickup.
Pickup boy can't accept my call sins 06/08/2018 Today is the 3rd day of Pickup boy can't accept my phone call i call him sins morning many times but he can't accept my call.

I have placed two orders dated 05-aug-2018 one for the
bluetooth year phone and second one for pigeon glasses
i have done payment though bhim upi using phone pay the payment deducted against order i'd [protected]

but order not display in paytm mall app. no cashback recive.

i want to cancel order same time but the order is not showing in mall app.
i have done lots of calls, lots of mail to paytm care . but not satisfactory solution recive. please cancel my order and intiate refund. because order is not displaying and no cashback recive .

On 07.08.2018 i tried booking for flight ticket through net banking from my axix bank account via paytm mobile solution rs 4091 was detected but ticket were not booked. Totally it is 4091rs .kindly reverse the amount to my axix bank they say .it has been successfully transfered to paytm mobile solution .plz sir refund my payment.

The order no. of the product is [protected].I want to know about the refund or the cancellation of the product which was ordered on 28th July and requested for cancellation on 31 July.
Today it is 07 th August . Already 7 days is gone. But till now the status of the product is pending return. I want to know that If the product takes about 3 days to reach in a place so why it will take above than 7 days from the same place for return.

I was in emergency situation and tried adding money to paytm. But it doesnt reflected to my wallet i tried two times everytime it was deducted from my account but not updated in wallet.
And when i called service care in paytm..
They didnt responded me.
It was too harrasing statement to me i am totally fed up..
Due to them i got break up in relation ship who is responsible for that now. Chutiya bna dia h bc inhone

I wanted kyc to be done at door steps I got a call on Saturday which is on 4th August 2018 we have taken your request and which is Sunday i.e 5th August our executive will come and collect the documents..on Sunday I have waited for that person leaving all other works and Monday called the number which I got a call from [protected] no response and I have called her 100 times even calling now she is disconnecting the call and moreover on pay TM my KYC request is showing as Jan 2018 ... Have some responsibility when a person is calling you atleast answer the call and check what for the customer is calling
