Sir, yesterday i had add amount of rs. 3000 from my debit card to the paytm wallet. and accidently i had clicked on a link "RETURN to BANK". But it has been after one day i didn't get the particular amount in my bank account. Paytm replied a reference number[protected] from the bank. Please resolve it.

    2) 14500.[protected].00 all amount deduct by my credit card so all scenario are fraud

    Then call credit card customer care said talk to paytm customer cair then said register complain and given mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

    Paytm customer care person said your case is fraud and said you know this person i said i don't know it

    Then said your complain is forward our team and block this

      I purchase paytm mall order number is order no. [protected] on dated 05 july 2018 10:26 am and 4 receive promo code will place cashback offer for next order placed. But not running this is not fare. I complaint to mail id [protected]@paytm.com.

      I have received 4 promocodes but i can not able to apply on paytm.

        I am unable to do full kyc. Paytm servers are going maintainence since last 3 months. Every time i call their customer service they are not available. Receive mail with similar responses. Ridiculous customer service. Paytm not bothered about customer money, customer service. They just take care of their money. I have visited multiple times to do kyc but every time the same issue.

But this product quality is very low and voice coming in blue tooth broken in many parts nd one major reason is it is not connected when mobile is in my paint pocket.             I ordered skkiping rope on 12th july 2018 on paytm mall app of rs. 341 and paid through online. Today, when i track my order, it shows that the order is delivered successfully. But i did not receive my product.
            How careless are they? The delivery person hand over my parcel to somebody else without any proper information neither paytm intimate me that your order is out for delivery.
            This is the height of irresponsibility and carelessness.
            Please help me in this regard.

              I brought new car and as per new government rule we have to buy fastag, so my dealer buy fastag from paytm and given to me. One day while traveling from nashik to chandwad. There are two toll plaza on this route and we have to pay in one toll plaza and show receipts in next one. Now my toll charges deducted at pimpalgoan baswant rs. 135. So as per rule if i pay toll charges in one plaza then not required to pay next toll. But the same charges again deducted at chandwad again rs. 125. Same happened while return journey. So instead of 270, my paytm fastag deducted 135+125+125+135 = 520. Even again they showing transaction of 135+125 and it's deducted from my paytm wallet balance.
              I call service center, sent email but no feedback from there end.

              So don't use paytm fastag.

                I tried to recharge my jio no through paytm... It was in processing but after some time msg appeared that order failed but still bank balance get deducted... M hoping that in 4hours it will be solved so i did another payment n it done succesfully but. Now today its 2nd day but i didnt recive amount which is deducted for undone recharge...                 Plz look into issue n do refund very soon...

                  Well i'd call these paytm people perfectly ridiculous, for they damn care to receive even their good customers, thus turning their own good customers' views such as this, annoying, irritating, etc..
                  Paytm has left us with few numbers to reach them & resolve any query, but what's the use when they mostly disconnect our calls!!
                  Have paytm customers become so cheap, or is paytm playing the fool of "don't care for customers, ah!!

                      I humera khot had received a message from indian consumer that i had a lodge a compliant against all jobs solution on 12th july and for future investigation mt karthik the account key manager will contact shortly then he called me he asked me to send the details as how i had done the payt for alljobs solution i send him my citibank statament he also checked he asked to send on the email id [protected]@india.com then on 13th july he told me need to pay 5800 for gst as my amount is 58100 since i wanted refund of my amount i was ready to pay him 5800 he gave me his account details state bank of india name harish kumar accunt no [protected]
                      Sbin0004840 i paid him through money transfer as wanted my refund urgently his contact no is [protected] then after 2 days that is on 19th july i got a cal from mr aditya chaudhry from his mobile no [protected] stataing that he is from indian consumer and he has got my file for refund he asked me to pay 5200 thru paytm i inquired about karthik whether he is aware that i already paid him 5800 but he told that he does not know mr karthik i asked about my money which i paid to mr karthik 5800 he told that its got reflected in my amount as what i paid was late from my side then told me to oay thru paytm on mobile no [protected] 5200 on 20th july which i did thru paytm then he confirmed that from account to go reflect in bank its take 24hrs and what he did from friday afternoon he has switched off his mobile till today since they are working with indian consumer they are fraud people their mobile no is registered on companys name now how can we trust indian consumer i beg you please refund my amount

                        Name - jai kishan, ph no - [protected] and said that iam in srikakullam and iam a army man i[censored] willing i send the phone through army courier service, he showed pan card, adhaar card, army service id and initial he ask to pay 7000 and i payed rs (1000 +[protected] through paytm account no[protected] on 22/7/18 he confirmed that he received and after that he send the photo copy courier copy and army booking office photo to my what app no [protected]. I trusted that person seeing all those things and on 23/7/18 i received a call from another no [protected] and he said that he is from army courier he is salem and i have ur parcel and he asked to put the balance amount through same paytm no[protected] rs 10000/- and payed that amount and i confirmed that he received after that both person no is switch off i cannot able to contact the no after searching in web site only i found they are fraud.

                        Kindly help us form those fraud and kindly arrange to get back the amount.

Deducted without any prior information in getwoo dating site..so what the hell is this..I am not doing this transaction..so why they deduct..ans me..and paytm customer care is not responding and your customer service was very poor..so Kya aapki yahi service ha..baade to aap bahut bade bade karte ho..aapne Etna Bada set up kar rakha ha..aur ye fraud kaam karte ho..

                            Hey paytm i want to inform that i, have cancelled my product with order number [protected].
                            The watch i booked on last month, but due to late delivery, the product was cancelled and i want you to refund my money back, which was 190rupees,
                            I'll purchase, shoes of that price from paytm mall, so don't worry, it will be back to you in another way. 😁😁😁

                            I payed BSNL broadband bill through paytm but the transaction got failed and they said amount is refunded to your account and the bank will take 7-14 working days to refund. But I asked Canara bank customer support they say it will be credited within 24hrs and it's almost 35hrs the amount is not yet credited.
                            On 19/7/18 I have got 10000 cashback from the paytm but today afternoon I have got debited the same amount showing withdrawn against dispute I need my money back

                              The electricity bill payment made on 29/6/2018 had failed and rs.1450 was deducted from the bank account. I had complaint about this issue on the paytm app and had assured to get refunded with 15 days. But now the transaction is no more in my orders list. What should i do..?                                   I ordered a leather wallet for rs 380 excluding delivery charges of rs 22 with order id no [protected] on 01 july 2018. On 22 july 2018 at 12:20 am i had received a msg stating that my order has been delivered. However, i / my family member had not received my order and no any call received regarding order delivery. I also called on a customer complaint no [protected] repeatedly but they are not replied.

                                    I have purchased cloths of rs 3000 on[protected] under paytm offer cash 250 rest 350 movie voucher (Which i received in text msg). Cashback amount received after given complaint to paytm after 36 hour then i received cashback then will go for the second offer movie ticket so when i book movie tickets and apply promocode there we shown a massage 'the promo code is not valid yet. Please check the validity dates of your voucher" after that i camplained to paytm help desk but call has hangup automatically, raise my complaint with screen shot two times but i haven't received any response then i again call him for resolve my issue but no one have solution regarding this.

                                      On 17th and 18th of June 2018 there are transactions that I don’t know about. My registered mobile number with paytm is [protected]. Moreover there is so called 24*7 helpline but it is of no use as that is optional only. You can not talk or ask i[censored] have any other issues, which is not in the options. In my credit card statement there is a deduction of amounts through paytm even when I have not done any transaction!

                                        Finally, my issue is that I want my 499 rupees cash back for that unique promode . Otherwise I am recording the paytm customer care talk with me I will viral in twitter and also do consumer complaint against paytm is very cheap they ...Peoples cheated with me.
                                        In place of 499 rupees cash back they send only 75 rupees

                                        Kindly request you to understand my issue and take this case very seriously.
