I was purchased Panasonic 123 cm TH-W49ES48DX HD smart LED TV on 19 july 2017.after 10 to 12 days TV delivered at my home. when installer comes from 24*7 for TV installation he found that TV was damage and wall mount is missing in seal pack delivered product.
return request is approved by paytm at 3 august and maximum expected pickup date is 6 august, but after several reminders and calls TV is still at my home and my money is blocked from 19th of july to till date .
all paytm callers and all seiners by paytm call center says "sir keep patience" after 24 hours of pick up product total money will return by our company. after 30 to 40 call (10 to 25 minutes) till date no pick up arrange by company and not return my money .
