I ordered from paytm on maybe 9 of august and i was initially supposed to receive order on 12 but it got delayed by 2 days and then again by 2 days on 16 i called the courier service they said it happened because of wrong pin and would be delivered to me in next 24-48 hrs but i checked my order details in the morning and it showed cancelled without any reason. This is not done seriously!!!

    I booked a profuct in paytm mall Mens deo . Rockystar body deo drant. Today 16.8.18 delhivery courier boy com to my office address 7. 20.pm . I clearly told to delhivery courier customer care person please told to courier person deliver before 6.00pm our office closed 6 pm . But courier person ajinkya mahaparkar call me 7.30 pm sir your courier coming . I told our office closed . Come tomorrow before 1.00pm then he told we are not sure come before 1.00 pm we come same time around 7.pm .. he dont know manners how to talk to customer . I want my product at any cost .       Its just 10 days over the warranty period of 15 days and product got damaged.

        i have an account in PAYTM.Last month my ragister mobile no has baind (not in use) because my number is tata Docomo now Tata Docomo is band in all india.then request to paytm change my no.when i call them they say that your no has change in 24hrs from your call.i call them 10 time every time their excutive telling same answer but they did not change their no.and my Paytm A/c balance is more then 4000 please kindly take an action

          I was purchased Panasonic 123 cm TH-W49ES48DX HD smart LED TV on 19 july 2017.after 10 to 12 days TV delivered at my home. when installer comes from 24*7 for TV installation he found that TV was damage and wall mount is missing in seal pack delivered product.

          return request is approved by paytm at 3 august and maximum expected pickup date is 6 august, but after several reminders and calls TV is still at my home and my money is blocked from 19th of july to till date .

          all paytm callers and all seiners by paytm call center says "sir keep patience" after 24 hours of pick up product total money will return by our company. after 30 to 40 call (10 to 25 minutes) till date no pick up arrange by company and not return my money .

              When I am trying to complete it send OTP but it says wrong OTP .
              And when trying to call to customer care it do not connect to customer care services.

                  I have done transition in irctc tatkal traint ticket using patym.
                  My mobile number is [protected] through which i done transaction. But due to no train tickets, that transaction is downed but money debited from my bank. After then i receive mail regarding money credited to paytm wallet, but when i checked in my paytm wallet, it shows zero.

                  I bought a pair of Globalite Shoes paytm website, it was mentioned that it is a genuine one but when i got the delivery i found that its a local made shoes without any branding and loosely packed stuff with poor quality.

                    On May 28th 2018 in Krishnagiri toll plaza I haven't went through Fastag lane but still the amount has been detected from my paytm wallet, have complained the same in Paytm at 29th May 2018, almost 3months are over and still now I have received the amount, I am calling so many times to customer care, there is no proper response and they are disconnecting the call.

                    Requesting you to please take it forward to get the amount.

                      Sir/madam, i have ordered a product and paid the amount through my debit card.later i have cancelled my order but i didnot get my refund amount back.they are saying me that the refund is initiated from their side.if the amount comes after one week that means they are doing business with my money.even if you send through NEFT the amount will reflect in our account within 2 days..i need a solution

                      I am not satisfied with there customer service. Because I was calling them last 2 hours but they still did not pic my phone I am still on hold. I don't know what service they are providing us. How can they solve our problems without picking up our calls.

                          This complaint is regarding my paytm order id: [protected]. I had purchased an iphone costing 24500 with 3500 as cash back from paytm. Its not the first time i have purchased anything with the paytm but i am sure it will be last time if they don't solve my problem. As soon as i received my iphone i got to know that my phone screen is blank and it is a defective product. I applied for the replacement for the product although a customer executive promised me that replacement will be done within given period. When their was no update in replacement request i called them again. One of the senior executive told me to visit the apple service centre and get the job sheet from their that your phone have hardware defect and screen is defective. I did what he told me to did and uploaded the picture of job sheet in paytm 24x7 customer care for the same order. Not once but thrice but whenever i call them they told me that we can't see any picture regarding this. Now god knows they are lieing or not. But my complaint is for the behavior of the senior agent towards me as now i have ordered and paid for it and i can't do anything. (Sr no:[protected] also, apple is one of the best mobile manufacturing company i have ever known and much costly as well. I have spent my hard own money what i was saving from a long time and what i got is a defective product. I can understand that if the product was damaged during the shipping or packaging, but sealed iphone have defective screen then it must be fake or copy. Now i want refund or atleast replacement of phone but not from the same seller (Veetrag traders k-9 sawan park, 1st floor, ashok vihar, phase-3, delhi-110052) as they can make my fool again. Also, paytm should stop business from the sellers like these who can be a problem for them as well as for customer. Its been 3 days i am fooling around in these executives but none of them are able to solve my issue. I didn't expected this from paytm and apple. A big shame for both of them. It would be enough to get fair solution for me or i will seek to the higher authorities. I won't let my hard owned money wasted.

                          There's is one more update with the same product that iPhone with imei no. [protected] has delivered to me on 10/08/2018 but in iPhone service centre the same imei number iPhone was shown with the purchase date of 29/03/2018. Its like someone has played scam with me. Check the billing date from paytm and purchase date of same iPhone in job sheet.

                              I received a call in the name of paytm. They said me that you are lucky user and have to choose from five different things. They know all my transaction history on paytm and my address as well. They said me to shop on paytm of min Rs 3000. They then tell me to transfer the money to the server name B147. I transferred the money but I didn't received any product.
                              So I want my money back
                              Raise a complaint on 4th August at Paytm app (query no[protected] . Still no solution provided. Paytm hasn't been able to track my money once delinked my Paytm account from Uber. Simply pathetic service. They don't even bother to respond back.

                                  Soory paytm .I have purchase a purse total cost 380 and applied a coopan of 200 I don't have 200 back but when I received a faulty product then refund is only 180 only so I have last 200 so I promise I will never use paytm and forbid others to.

                                    I tried to booked a railway ticket on irctc rail connect app on 02.08.2018 and transaction failed but amount of rs. 1310/- debited from my axis bank account. Failed transaction id [protected].

                                    As i saw the status of refund in refund history of irctc that refund of rs. 1310/- has been already made by irctc to bank name paytm m with refund id [protected] with bank reference id: [protected]. But till date i. E 13.08.2018 i haven't recieved money either in my paytm wallet or axis bank account.

                                      As i saw the status of refund in refund history of irctc that refund of rs. 1370/- has been already made by irctc to bank name paytm m with refund id [protected] with refund status: amount credited to bank with reference no. 85215228217830384090260 dated 03.08.2018. But till date i. E 13.08.2018 i haven't recieved money either in my paytm wallet or axis bank account.

                                      INR 949 Auto deduct from my account and no support over call / email.

                                      I tried calling multiple times from last 7 days but no response. Customer care cut the call in sometime after listening the complaint.
                                      I have paid moblie bill (Service provider Airtel) on 15.07.2018 by my axis bank account amounting Rs. 320/- but could not get receipt. I have to put the bill for reimbursement. Kindly send copy of receipt on my registered mail.

                                        I had ordered a led tv on paytmmall order no - [protected], but they are neither delivering it nor refunding the amount. They just keep on postponing the delivery dates.
