Booked ticket on irctc using paytm amount debited inr 4125 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.
Sir,
Recently i had bought an antivirus DVD which even doesn't open or run. These days Paytm has become so non responsive that even it does not show a return for order and even help portal of the website never opens nd says try again.

    On 27/07/2018 I recharged my dish Tv for three months for Rs. 1380/- My online Dish TV recharge for Rs. 1380/- on 27/07/2018 vide transaction ref. INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT. has not been credited. The recharge was not done though, amount has been debited from my bank account. I got message from bank regarding deduction of Rs. 1380/- from my bank account but recharge has not been done.

      I added money 10000 in my paytm wallet. I then transfer it to my hdfc bank but it didn't come in hdfc bank and again I send 10000 in my paytm wallet and refund it to my SBI bank but it is showing pending. From many times I m trying to do but it is not going to my any one of the account. So I want to know where is my 20000 money gone.

        I'm a merchant on paytm business having registered mobile no [protected].
        On 23rd July I received total cumulative collection amount 13530 through qr code scan.

        But total 1030 amount is received in my saving account linked to business app next day.But rest 12500 I have not received in bank account though it's showing that amount already transferred with bearing a UTR number Citin[protected].

        But I have only received 1030 rupee which have UTR no[protected].but not the money having UTR no [protected]. Screenshot already attached.

        Please look into this matters and solve the issue. I've contacted the customer support of business numerious timesbut they are of no use, even they can't find the amount received in my business desk in 23rd July.

        Please solve the issue I'll be obliged.

        I am from Hyderabad.. I not able to reset my password I cld to customer care they said due security reason we block the id now m trying to reset my password but it’s showing from last week technical issues is going on der can’t send the link and all .. please resolve my problem asap
        Upi offer 20 pe 500 the photo is my last transaction of this offer but my cashback is not added in my paytm wallet why?
        Last night I recharged and didn't get my jio mobile recharge for one month rs.149, but money deducted.
        Even I got the message for successful recharge but there is no recharge.
        Second time it has happened. If it is going to happen all the time then why people use this paytm facilities.
        All I want to refund my money or recharge on my jio.

          Order No. [protected] dated[protected] was placed online Via phone no. [protected] for the supply of two numbers "Discount4product Crystal Bead And Glass Drop Curtain Partition Spaces Wedding Decoration Home Hotel Shop Decoration " ( CURTAINS ). Each of the CURTAINS was to have 20 strands. The payment of Rs. 3704.00 was made at the time of the order through Paytm Wallet. ( a cash back of Rs. 463.00 was also offered for each CURTAIN.
          The CURTAINS were received on[protected], duly packed in two separate boxes. The two boxes contained numbered strands, wrapped in separate packets. The contents of the first box were checked and found as specified in the website, the contents of the other box also appeared to be in order.
          A few days later i.e. on[protected], while putting up the second curtain we found that only 16 strands were in the box instead of the specified 20, also the length of the corresponding strands were smaller than the first curtain.
          The matter was immediately brought to the notice of M/s Paytm Malls, but they have refused to entertain my complaint because more than seven days have elapsed from the date the product was delivered to us, and as per their policy all complaints should be made within 7 days.
          The CURTAINS even after the cashback are quite expensive ( Rs. 2778.00 )and additional expenses were required to put them up. The two curtains were ordered by myself for the two identical windows of my drawing room. The incongruous appearance of the two curtained windows is agonizing as also the attitude of M/s Paytm Malls in refusing to make amends is causing anguish.
          I am a senior citizen and the matter is causing me considerable inconvenience.

            Hi, i am zaid siddiqui ([protected]@yahoo.com), i did a transaction via upi using paytm application on 17 july 2018 of 1500 rs, transaction id[protected], the money was debited from my account but the the transaction failed and the transaction is still showing as pending in paytm app. I have been following up with them and even with my bank (Axis bank) and paytm says that they have transferred the money to my account, i checked each and every transaction credited and debited to my account but could not find that money credited. I have even given them the statement of the beneficiary account and it is not received there as well its been more than 10 days i am in follow up with both paytm as well as axis bank and there is no help from their side, i need to file a complait against both these parties and i want my hard earned money back.

The payment rs. 2416.64 has been done successfully by bank, but the order has been canceled. More than 2 days has passed away the payment has not reversed in bank. Order no. [protected].

              I have made payment in paytm with upi all of a sudden internet have cut and transaction have cancelled but amount was debited as paytm noida .

                It is very difficult to close the account and they never show the easy way. With great difficulty i found out and sent closure message with authentication after otp. They still continue to send one link through sms and ask me to click the link for closure. The link very quickly expire and never works. It is dilly dally tactics used by paytm.

                I would suggest to keep away.
                I have buy a shoe but i return the shoe by the company agent and 19/07/2018 i have buy the item but the paytm company are not refund my amount

                  I want to complain about a wallet transaction which has neither been transferred in any of bank accounts nor refunded back in paytm wallet. Also i mailled the same to the company. Its customer care also is non responsive.

                    I ordered iphone from paytm on 23rd july 2018 & paid approx rs. 25000 ; there was scheme of cashback rs.2500. I got message of delivery date extension to 28th instead of 24th july. Today when i queried about my product, i was told it is cancelled & i saw that they started refund of rs. 22000 which i will get by 9th august 2018 and balance amount rs.2500 they given in cashback. When i paid 25000 from my card, so i should have been given entire money back in my card. 2500 cashback i was entitled when i would had received the phone, but when phone is not delivered, why i am being forced to use services of paytm for my balance rs. 2500 in form of cashback.
                    I escalated this to paytm but executive refused for any support. They have no complaint email id where i can document my issue. This is fraudulent practice & i have experienced this issue in past also. On one hand they took money in advance, on other hand they cancelled the order without calling/informing me once. Worst of this, i am not paid full money & more than 10% of my amount credited in wallet instead of my credit card so that i may not uninstall this scrap app.
                    When i tried putting up this case online, i started getting call from "n" no. Of people who saying they are from paytm & then either ask me for credit card details for refund or give me farzi web of paytm (Paytmquery.in) which asks for credit card and paytm details. Please take appropriate action. I am giving you those fraud nos. Who started calling me on bahalf of paytm

                    I am regular user of Paytm & pay most of my bills & recharges from PAYTM. But for Shopping this app is disaster. For None of any online shopping app including Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, SD, Jabong anyone has to approach consumer forum because sufficient contact nos., email are provided for support. But this PAYTM app is designed in such a way that it leads to 1 way communication only which PAYTM could do. Customer Grievance is no priority for them. And that's the reason today most of fraud activity is being carried out through PAYTM or under name of PAYTM.
                    I have made a transaction 1 day before from my paytm wallet to my bank account . It is still pending and money is not being added into my bank. I want my money back or else to be added into the bank.

                      I had recraged my jio bi. On 11th of july for rs. 349 from paytm upi mode. Amount was deducted but service was not yet activated. I asked to refund monwy they said money had refunded. But bank is claiming there is no refund initiated from paytm. Upi tx id is[protected]. I also called paytm customer care they said ask merchant side. When i contact my bank they said ask paytm. When i called jio they said aseither ban or paytm.
                      Please help it out.

                      Please refund money its already been lot of day.

                        By using Paytm gateway I have paid Rs.710 for MSEDCL payment on 30/06/2018 vide receipt no. [protected] with Bank authorization id no. [protected] but the amount is not credited to MSEDCL as the outstanding till shows in the bill.

                          Hi,

                          I am trying to login my paytm with my registered mobile number and password, but it is showing error as invalid username and password.
                          Actually my paytm was automatically logged out as i was not using it for a month.
                          And i forgot my password too. After that when i am trying to login, i press the forgot password tab and i got link also to change my password, password also changed.

                          But after that too it's not working, giving the same error as invalid username and password.

                          Please it's a request, kindly check what is happening wrong, why i am unable to login my account.

                              Sir i returned the order but my refund still not credited...it has been 11 days after returning the item...but they said that it is resolved and refunded...i am harassed and in trouble please help me..actualy on 7 thjul18 i ordered laptop dell 3567 but it was fake and dameged so i returned it and demande for refund...they said ok..once the item reached it will be refunded ..but it has been 11 days when the refund was initiated..but still it is not credited in my accn...but it shows refunded...i talked to help centre they also said refunded but still not refunded..please help me i am a poor man..i dont have much mony..to waste...paytm and dealer cheated me and did fraud case with me...

                                    Hi,

                                    I ordered a carrier durafresh ac with order no [protected] on 16 july 2018 which was delivered on 18 july 2018. I have raised a return request on 19 july 2018 which was approved on 19 july 2018 itself. According to my conversation with consumer support the product should pickup by atmost by 22 july 2018 and refund will get initiated by 24 july 2018 but still the product is not picked up, its lying as it packed. I have been continuously contacting customer support since 19 july 2018 and everytime i get a response they have highlighted this case to the concerned department and they working on it. No one came for pickup yet and they are not doing refund my amount.
