Paytm Mobile Solutions — payment collected from kotak credit card for unsuccessful transaction | |||||
Dear sir, I have tried to make a recharge through paytm on dated 04.01.2018 for rs. 349.00, using my credit card issued by kotak mahindra bank, but this transaction was unsuccessful due to technical reason. I really surprised to know that even it was unsuccessful transaction, rs. 349.00 was debited from my credit card on 04.01.2018 and not refunded till now. I have written many e-mails to kotak mahindra bank to refund rs. 349 o[censored]nsuccessful transaction but they inform me by return e-mail that paytm has claimed this amount and kotak bank (Credit card) can not refund this amount to me. Kindly look into the matter and take the action against paytm, why they have claimed rs. 349/- for above unsuccessful transaction. Regards, Shyam Was this information helpful? | |||||
