Sir
Paytm has blocked my account. The message i am getting is 'your account is temporarily blocked for login'.
I have been using it extensively for my day to day use. A large sum of money, that i am in need of now is also blocked with this action of paytm. My kyc too has been done many months ago. I had lodged a complaint through their mobile app but haven't received any response yet. What am i supposed to do now?

    Dear sir / madam

    I paid 280 /- for the petrol at swaminarayna service station, nadiad on 7th april, 2018 at 07:49 hrs. I have received the message inbox as "paid rs.280.00 to swaminarayan service stat. Wallet txn id:[protected]."

    But the petrol provider has not received the payment. Also it has not been refunded to my wallet.

    I contacted on toll free no. For posting the complaint but line was busy and i lost my money balance also.

    Kindly look into the matter, do needful and replay me via phone no. Or email that mentioned below.

      I have registered "7pe70 offer". I followed all the guidelines that are mandatory to avail the above offer. On dated 27.03.18, 7th and last transaction was completed but as per the offer 70/- (Seventy rupees) has been credited in the wallet. Till now no amount has been credited. So you are required please do the needful to maintain the good faith in paytm.

        Refund to bank is in pending status. But amount debited from my wallet.
        They simply mentioned bank, but din't display which bank.

        I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME IN getting my amount refunded to the bank.
        It's been a day, still i dint get any response from paytm, even after dropping an email

          This is regarding order placed on 8th April 2018 at 7.28 pm Order No : 229.

          I had first tried paying with paytm wallet and on dominos website it showed that paytm payment failed.

          Hence I selected alternative and selected cash on delivery expecting that as paytm payment failed the amount deducted will be reversed.

          But after some time I received a message on my mobile telling that the Paytm transaction was successful.

          Even when the delivery person came for delivery I informed him the same and spoke to store representative telling that money has been deducted from Paytm wallet . But I was forced to pay cash on delivery. Hence i paid the same amount i.e 208 twice - once through paytm and once through cash.

          I contacted Paytm and they were not ready to support me. Hence attaching all the proofs in this mail. Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

          Neither Dominos nor paytm is helping.

            This was the complaint thread i have sent to paytm

            I am already a paytm user bearing the pan number blpxxxx12b and aadhar number 4633949xxxxx. The balance in my account as on 04.04.2018 is rs.684. Now i am not able to login into my account due to some problem. Kindly oblige and please do the needful. All my flight tickets and many more transactions are done with this mobile number. Please help me out. Eagerly waiting for your response. My name is prudhvi raj m.

            My registered email id is [protected]@yahoo.com which ia registered to my permanent mobile number 9441028xxx
            All my data got vanished from my original paytm account number 9441028xxx. The only source through which i can view the data and details of all the previous transactions is through my registered email id [protected]@yahoo.com. I have a temporary mobile number for which i have completed my full kyc verification. My temporary mobile number is 8861623xxx. Kindly remove or delink the kyc details to this temporary mobile number because i am not going to use it anymore. My kind request is to get back all my vanished data from 9441028xxx number and provision to attach my full kyc only to this mobile number because this is my permanent and official mobile number.
            Please refer the below uploaded screenshot of the latest transaction of my original paytm account bearing the mobile number 9441028xxx for which kyc was incomplete.

            My ph no is [protected]. I lost my mobile befor 2 hrs .please block my paytm .It should noy be use by other.
            I just lost my phone .please bolck the paytm as I lost my ph so nobody should use my paytm.

                I had placed a order for rs.3, 599/- a violin on 05.01.2017 and i was eligible of rs.1, 260/- cash back as per paytm and the status in app it shows that cash back has been added to wallet and wallet is never added that amount.

                Tried calling the customer care many times and no solutions was given.

                No one is responding properly from the end of paytm to resolve the issue.
                Such a huge company is giving a silly reason that they can't see the statement more than 6 months.
                Hello i had dine my recharge before 3weeks but it won't recharged but the amount detected was didn't credit in to my account or wallet anything pls make sure about this i want quick rpl regarding this thank you

                  I have problem in logging into my account, even though i have given correct password. Calls are not connecting to the paytm costumer care from my registered mobile number. Then how can i reset my password and how can i use paytm for further. I have some money in my wallet. Please kindly provide some information about it, and guide me how to solve this issue

                    I added 300 rs to my paytm wallet using hdfc credit card to my account with email [protected]@gmail.com

                    The money is already debited from my hdfc bank.

                    I got message from hdfc card as below at 12:42 pm.
                    Rs.300.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 5430 on[protected]:12:42:56 at paytmwal1210203.

                    Complaint is that it has been half a day and paytm has not credited money to my wallet despite multiple reminders and tickets to paytm.

                      My account is blocked for more than 9 months now. I ordered some jewelries and those were defective. I returned all. Paytm blocked my account saying huge returns. Now i am unable to place any type of order in paytm. Please help to unblock my account ([protected]@gmail.com). I have complained many times to them but tickets were closed saying it will be automatically unblocked after some days. But in vain.

                        I order for asus laptop in oct 2017. It says that "expandable memory
                        1 x so-dimm socket for expansion, up to 12 gb sdram".in march 2018, i went to asus service center to add 8 gb additional ram. Asus service center engineers confirmed that it can maximum have 8gm as it doesnt have any expansion slot.
                        When i contacted paytm service center, they are saying that you should have informed within 10 working days.
                        How can open (Unscrew) a laptop to check if it has all promised hardware configurations, unless i have some problem and i go to service center? In short, return timelines shouldnt be applicable on such problems where paytm is making false promise on their website.

                          When i placed an order in limeroad using paytm i got 50 rs cahback. But the balance is showing 0rs. Similarly when i ordered for a product in the paytm itself, it was shown i will get 88 rs cash back. But no cash back yet. When i tried calling customer care, am not able to connect any person to get solutions, instead am asked to call other number. If i call that number it is asking me to call the previous customer care number. What the # is this. This is entirely annoying. Why we are unable to connect to the people through calls who can provide good suggestion or solution. Almost all my friends uninstalled this # app and now it's my turn, since there is no appropriate way to resolve issues

                              Cited transition have been done though a fraudent call on 14/03/18 though attached mobile number by mr vishal kapoor posing himself as manager of employment services company naukriplus. At new delhi for providing employment service and collecting money through a fake website cited above. I cancelled it and requested refund on the same day, but not received the refund amount till date. He is cheating innocent people and collecting money through fraudent transitions. Kindly look into the matter, and investigation be done by crime branch to stop looting innocent people.
                              Hoping for immediate action.

                                I received a payment of 20000 on 1st april 2018 which should have been settled to my bank account on 2nd april 2018 it’s been 8 days and the payment has not yet been credited to my account. I have made multiple calls to paytm merchant helpline and raised many tickets but the services are pathetic. All they say is that they have forwarded the details to the concened department. They do not provide any further information and they put on long holds. I request you to please credit my money to the bank account

                                  Hi,
                                  I tried transferring some amount from my paytm account ([protected]) on 25th March 5:45pm . It showed a successful transaction with transaction ID [protected] . I was in shock to find out that the amount has not been credited to the account ([protected]). It has been already more than 10 days but still the amount has not been credited. Even after connecting multiple times with customer care, they are not resolving it.

                                    More than 1 month gone but till yet 5000 cashback not credited. I applied promo code S5K but till yet cashback not credited. I file query to paytm but firstly they are saying to recieve cashback do your kyc then i have done my paytm account kyc but after that they are saying you are not eligible for cashback & giving silly reasons. This is very pathetic customer service paytm is providing. I am very disappointed. Kindly credit the cashback as soon as possible.

                                      From last one week everyday I am trying to contact with customer care of paytm and they told the press 1 for changing of password but still it's 7 days no link is being provided. And the things that Paytm toll free no which is proved in Paytm app it rings but no one is responding and automatically it deducted the balance from balance of mobile. This is problem.

                                        I m very old user of paytm.I went to make my kyc at the bander situated in front of brijwasi centrum mathura up.but he has not done my kyc, he was demanding rs 20 forcefully without any receipt to done my kyc .Is it according to rule to give rs 20 to make kyc or not .Sir his behaviour was not satisfactory, there I felt that I m helpless.please tell me that this behaviour of your bander is right or wrong he has not tell me his firm name or his name, I know only his location near nepal hotel in front of brijwasi centrum hotel
