1 x so-dimm socket for expansion, up to 12 gb sdram".in march 2018, i went to asus service center to add 8 gb additional ram. Asus service center engineers confirmed that it can maximum have 8gm as it doesnt have any expansion slot.

I tried transferring some amount from my paytm account ([protected]) on 25th March 5:45pm . It showed a successful transaction with transaction ID [protected] . I was in shock to find out that the amount has not been credited to the account ([protected]). It has been already more than 10 days but still the amount has not been credited. Even after connecting multiple times with customer care, they are not resolving it....

More than 1 month gone but till yet 5000 cashback not credited. I applied promo code S5K but till yet cashback not credited. I file query to paytm but firstly they are saying to recieve cashback do your kyc then i have done my paytm account kyc but after that they are saying you are not eligible for cashback & giving silly reasons. This is very pathetic customer service paytm is providing. I am very disappointed....

From last one week everyday I am trying to contact with customer care of paytm and they told the press 1 for changing of password but still it's 7 days no link is being provided. And the things that Paytm toll free no which is proved in Paytm app it rings but no one is responding and automatically it deducted the balance from balance of mobile. This is problem....

I have forgotten the Paytm account password, when I try forgot password the call is not going, it gives line is busy all the time. If I call from another number it gives resetting password for that number and not to the registered number to Paytm. What I have to do? Is there any other way to set the password? Why does it logs out the account after some days?...

I'm really disappointed with the service of paytm
I had 500/- In my wallet
My paytm mobile number is [protected]
The paytm has logged out my account and when I tried to log in it is saying as incorrect username/ password.
I have done my kyc verification also and I demand my refund asap. I have informed paytm about it but they are asking the transaction ID (how will i get the details when paytm cleared...

I received Rs. 4000 in my paytm business account on 1st April via paytm QR code.

But after six days said amount not credit into my account.

IN PAYTM NO BODY IS THERE TO TALK AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE, BANK SAYS WE DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA.

I have resnt money to my bank but not yet received money into my bank even though money has been deducted from my paytm wallet

I recieved a call through PayTM and they were telling me that there is a scheme that is giving free gifts to the selected users and they told me that you’ve to purchase something till 5000₹ so I did so and they were telling me about my last transactions like what I’ve bought earlier so I want you to call me asap.

I have added Rs. 400/- into Paytm wallet from my ALLAHABAD Bank debit card on 27.03.2018. The said amount debited from my account but Paytm shows failed transaction. The amount is not refunded by Paytm in my account after elapsing 11 days. Plz check and refund the same in my account.

I had placed an order with club factory on 31st Jan 18 for RS. 2370 (811+1558).
Club factory confirmed on 19th Feb 18 that the entire order is cancelled and full refund amount is initiated.(attached snapshot)

Paytm passbook shows a refund of RS. 811 on 9th Feb 18.

RS. 1558 refund is pending, club factory claims to have refunded it and have also sent a snapshot for the same and there is no response from...

Hope people were observed like me that, usually we can't connect to their customer care number[protected]. After 30 seconds, it will disconnected.
Hence, we can't log any complaints and feedback on the product, which are visible to public like in Amazon.

I'm a regular online shopper and found in PayTM we can't share the product, seller or delivery feedback, which can be useful for the buyers/customers.

But d moment i tried bigger amt. I. E. 5000 d money got stuck in ur app & u are displaying it wud take 3 days to complete dis transaction!!!
Y such a looonger time???
We are using ur app for instant money transfer to bank whereas u are deleberately killing time for ur purpose/oblique motive to use our money!!!
