Sir i order physical debit card and my delievery date is 2 april but card never recievd and i didnt get refund of this card. my paytm no is[protected]. my debit card no is [protected]. plz give my refund of this . its necessity. i do many msgs of paytm but didny any replt from them. plz help me of this problem. solve my problem fast. thanku and do this .

    The amount is deducted from my bank saving a/c but not recharged to the AIRTEL NO.

      My name is Shruti Sharma, Sunday morning I tried booking railway tickets from irctc app and choose paytm as a payment gateway, my money got deducted from bank but neither tickets were booked nor refund was provided. I request you to refund me the money asap as I need to book tickets. Paytm no. [protected].

        When i order waitch in clubfactory app i tied once it become failed but the amount was deducted through paytm upi on 9 april and next day i again tried but once again it failed and my money was deducted and now its 12 april till now no money was refunded... Paytm.. Paytm always shows this type of cases even i complained about it on the app but they cannot do anything... Or the customer care also not workable... All useless plz sorted this out fast i want a quick rply because paytm not helping this time
        I m paytm customer . Last to get problem in paytm account not able to login ... error coming temporary block u r account ...my number [protected]...
        I have added 8000 Rs in paytm wallet from my hdfc credit card.Balance of 8000 deducted from my card but balance of Rs 8000 in my paytm wallet is not ahowing

          I had book ipl match dd vs rcb (2 ticket total of rs.2753/-) which was previous schdule on 21st april 2018 which was reschedule to 12th may 2018 and i got message from paytm either to option refund or retain the ticket. I opt the refund option and file on their mobile app and upload the screen shot to paytm mobile app under "help and support" on 30th march 2018 and i recieved the confirmation message says that your refund will be intiated after 6th april 2018 and to be credit to the source account where i had paid the amount at the time of booking. On 6th april i again send message to paytm that i still not get the refund. Again message says your refund will be processed after 6th april 2018 and amount will be credit in 7-14 working days in my account.

          I had still not get the refund of rs.2753/-
          Cancel home burglary insurance as I am not interested. I have done insurance in confusion, now I want to cancel it

            Sir,
            My friend transfer money from his paytm wallet to my paytm payments bank on that day it is showing in partnering status and when we both make a complaint then we get a message from paytm that the problem resolved and the amount successfully credited in beneficiary account.. Ref no: 60225341
            Again i raise a complaint that still not received and i attached the latest screenshots of my bank passbook. On april 10 my complaint us highlighted by adding new ticket no: 60295336
            Today called about to know the status again paytm executive's create new ticket no: 60545628.
            Sir payments bank is a new concept you have to take special care when complaint raised.
            Kindly resolved my issue..
            Sir I have updated my paymt in old Paytm I have RS 50 balance, after updating it is not showing my balance RS 50, Kindly look into the matter, and do needful to me, so that I can receive my money.

              i placed a item from your site but when i unboxed it, the box was empty.
              then I immediately requested for return and also contact the customer care service. after picked up the item the pickup agent said that we can't pickup the empty box.
              i try to contact your customer care service but not any response.
              please help.

                Have done a transaction on 4 april which was failed and i have got a msg from paytm care team.

                Than i have complaint about it to paytm team they told me once the transaction is success full and once fail for same transaction.

                Till not i do not get my money back in my account.

                  Dear sir/ mam,
                  My name is shruti pandey. I have a paytm wallet. This complaint is regarding their ignorance towards their customer privacy. Two days back i recharged my paytm wallet. When i was adding the money, i didn't get any alert from them that without kyc i’ll be unable to use my own wallet's money. After recharge when i tried to make payment to my vendor, i got an alert that without kyc i can’t transfer the money. Helplessly when i started the kyc procedure, apart from my adhaar number they want my personal information (Which was irrelevant, but they made it mandate) like my pan card number; occupation; income; mother's and father's name. Being a customer i felt unsafe while sharing these informations. After kyc, they want to send someone at our place for a mandate verification. My point is that they already have our debit & credit card details/ bank details saved in our paytm account, our adhaar details; our pan card details & our personal information. On the name of kyc how can they send someone at our place for verification, when we are already verified indian citizen by the govt of india. They are not even government body then why they need so much personal information, especially when we are just using paytm account as a wallet. When a billion-dollar organization like facebook can loss its customer data, how can they (Paytm) are playing with our crucial information on the name of rbi guidelines.
                  Please take some serious step in this direction and do the needful as these days most of the organizations are asking for different kind off personal details on the name of kyc and rbi guidelines. Please make some strict guidelines for the organizations and make it public so that innocent people should know that how much personal information they can share on the name of kyc, else i am sure that we will face some serious scandal in near future.
                  Hope to get this issue resolved soon.

                    145, 100 rupees from my account has been deducted without any reason.
                    And we have found after up to dating my bank passbook it shows that paytm mobile solution has been doing online transactions since from 20.07.17 to 09.11.17.
                    So i kindly request you to please refund the money back to my account.
                    If not we will complain to the polish.

                    I have to add a aadhar to my account, but when I verify biometric, it appears that this number is connected to your other mobile, which is neither my account nor I know which number are this . when i complaint paytm via main or call they generate ticket number but after five days he closed my application without resolved.now i am not able to withdraw my paytm amount

                        I have added 300 to my paytm wallet.. Paytm takes 2 days to add 300 to my paytm account... Every time its showing transaction pending.. After 2 days it has been added to my paytm wallet.. I got irritated kind of service your providing so i decided to refund back my money to my bank account then i did the transaction then it was showing money will debited in your account with in 7 working day.. Now its 5th day still i have not received my money and i got message from paytm that your money has been refunded to your bank account but i have not received yet and they giving pathetic service.. Support center is nothing but wasting of time and money not even answering the call they giving only excueses... Still no response from paytm.. Am going to file complaint in consumer court😡

                        I have booked ipl tickets it is mentioned that if we use paytm 15% cashback will get.
                        I used paytm but I didn't got cashback
                        So I request u to get my cashback

                          What happened, what you did, i don't have any reply from you since 3days. Plz read all previous chat with you for better understand my issue. I again request you to plz close/ block my payment account linked with [protected] completely. I don't want to use it anymore. And don't have that mobile number with me now, i lost it and i can't get that number back and i don't remember password also. And i don't want to continue to use that paytm account any more in future by changing number so please block/close the account permanently as soon as possible. Reply your action dont make unnecessary delay

                            But i did not get any resolution yet and this is really unsatisfactory being a regular customer of paytm.

                                My name prakash kumar mohanty, i beg to say that my card is used by other person i don't who but i received 1 transaction messages and debit from my account for using paytm app, the date of the transaction is 05.04.18 time 9.44 amount 8446.00 & the same is not done by me so i requested you please cancel that transaction and refund me my debited amount.                                   This is from pragathi consultancy, we are using paytm business app, one of client sent Rs 10, 000/- to my wallet on 27/03/18. but it was not credited to my a/c . so please solve this query ASAP . i never seen this type of worst app not connecting calls,
                                  Please provide details to complete KYC for person below the age of 18. If, one cannot able to use it's paytm account, then transfer all the money to another paytm or bank account.

                                    I have ordered a v guard vew 400 plus stabilizer on 4th april 2018 for rs. 8240- and payed the amount by debit card then i have cancelled the order on 5th april 2018 around 7:30 pm. Since then i have not received any refund. Today when i mailed them they informed that the amount has been refunded and advised to contact my bank. But when i ask them for refund details and transaction details they are not replying. Please help my contact number [protected].

                                    I'm booking the railway ticket on irctc website and wanted to make payment through paytm so proceeded with my details and proceeded for payment. I had received that the payment is successfully done but tickets are not booked.
                                    I have accepted 6000 Rs on April 1 2018. Today is April 5. till not credited.
                                    I have called many times to paytm CC, They are not responding properly.
                                    compliant no 03228430 and 03239600.Please help me

                                      I am having paytm app in my mobile, and i saved my credit card in that. From april 1st 2018 paytm.com is daily 1000 rupees is deducting from credit card without any standing instructions or without my consent. I thought this issue fraud my credit card and misuse of my credit card.
                                      Paytm is misuse my credit card and drawing 1000 rupees daily from april 1st 2018. Till date paytm is already 8000 rupees is debited from my credit card.

                                      So take the necessary action against this issue and refund the same amount to my credit card.

                                        I made a purchase of samsung s9 + during the initial days of its release at a samsung phone showroom.
                                        During purchase, i was told i would get 6000 cash back and the message was shown on the paytm mall app that i am eligible for cashback.
                                        However after purchase, they told me to wait for 10 days for the cash back to be credited. After 10 days they say all crap reasons like your card is not eligible for this offer, your card cannot receive cash back blah blah.
                                        Now is this a new trick of paytm? Promising cashback, making them wait for 10 days and then say no cash back - they copy paste a standard message they have for any issues/complaints you raise against the cashback.

                                        These are cheap tricks! I would rather purchase a phone in other shops where cash back would be credited to my creditcard rather than being fooled by paytm.

                                        Now provide me with cashback or take back your phone!
                                        You dont deserve any trust paytm...!
