I haven't been able to get any of the benefits and cash back after linking kyc. I haven't even been given an option to apply the cashback code when i made two recharge transactions. It directly deducted money from my paytm wallet. When i tried bank transfer it still says link kyc but when i click proceed it shows it's done. I haven't gotten any sms regarding all the cashbacks that are possible on linking kyc.

    Order no.[protected]. They have cancelled my prepaid order. And after cancelling my order i am unable to order the same product again as now paytm has suspended my account from using promo code on same product.

    This is not first time they had cancelled my prepaid order. Earlier order that is cancelled by them without proper clarrification is vlcc face wash order no. [protected].

    Now i want them to re-activate my account and also i want compensation for such horrible experience.

      It's been more than two weeks i'm not able to access to cash through my paytm debit card i have complained many times but still i don't have any response it's been too much of harassment by paytm i've already cancelled a trip just because of paytm problem it's been a long time there is no response from paytm team and it looks like they are not concerned about their customers please take a strict action towards my complaint

        My name ankit singh. I creat paytm business account for mobile shop.
        My customer send 7000 rupees to my account on 14th march this money was settled on 15th march. But today is 23rd march money wasn't settled in my bank account. And when i was call to customer care number for this inquiry always customer care say money was settled on after two days. But 9 days left my problem isn't solved. Please solve my problem for using always paytm. Else i give complaint about this problem.

          I am using paytm merchant for receiving payment from customers. On 14th of march i have received 2000 rupees in 4 transaction which is supposed to be transferred toy account on 15th as per agreement. Even after 10 days amount is not transferred and paytm customer executives are disconnecting the call when asking the status about it. I have written a mail to paytm care and asking me to contact customer care executive.

          Now i am left with no options to reach paytm. When i googled about paytm complaints, hundreds of such issues are reported. Kindly look into it to avoid before more such incidents are reported.

            My friend by mistake paytm money on my that number which is not logged in with paytm after that when i login in with that number where he send money i didnot get money too and no customer support number is answering the call. On the other hand my money is stuck in my account i unable to send it to anyone please make any solution so that my transaction may be smooth

              I have made one transaction from other bank to paytm account through upi, amount debited from my bank account but not credited in paytm account. Below message received from bank
              Dear customer, acct xx2374 has been debited for rs.200.00 on 23-mar-18 towards linked [protected]@icici. Upi ref no[protected].

              Kindly suggest the solution on my query which is help ful for me

                There is 20000 rupees outstanding amount that has to be credited to my bank account from paytm merchant account.in general it will take 1 day to process the amount. It has be done by 19th march since i have done the transaction on 16th march. But still money is not credited to my bank account but showing as settled and it is not showing any utr num in website for settlement. Simply is it showing settlement is success. Normally it shows utr num for all settled transactions for reference

                Seems paytm is doing something fraud. I have tried to call customercare. But there is not response from any number mentioned in the site.

                Please look into this issue asap. And resolve the issue

                    It is really disgusting that paytm does not have a good customer care support. Neither your phone numbers are working nor you guys are accessible on any number.

                    I ordered a domnicks r. O. Bowl + spun candle = spanner key for water purifier thru order no. [protected].

                    I have returned that item today because it was not suitable for my r. O. System.

                    In this packet the supplier had sent white colour spanner instead of black which is shown in the picture.

                    I do not understand why my return request is rejected. I object because:

                    1. Your courier guy did not open the packet before delivering me meaning i did not check what the supplier had sent me.

                    2. It is a brand new spanner. What difference does it makes if the colour is white.

                    Secondly i mainly ordered for r. O. Bowl not for spanner. It was just like a freebie with it. Infact i did not want it. I ordered for the candles separately which i have kept.

                    I fail to understand that you are not customer friendly site because rather than trusting your customers you are trusting your supplier who is a cheat and doing fraud for such small things. He is lying because he does not to refund my money.

                    I am a regular user of paytm and if you do not refund my money i will definitely lose my trust on your site.

                    Pl call me on my mobile number [protected] because i have tried your customer care numbers at least 50 times before writing to you.

                    Would you Pl let me know when will authorise your courier company to collect the packet from my end. This R.O. Bowl is not suitable for my R.O. system. I don't care whether you refund my money or not but at least get this item collected.

                    I am really fed up with your customer service and swear by never will buy anthing from payment mall.

                    I am leaving Delhi on 29th morning so you can see the urgency.

                      Paytm is open my account with out my permission and my aadhar[protected] is linked with this mobile no. [protected]. That's is done by telenor office mathura. With out my permission or authentication. Actually i was go there for the aadhar link for my telenor no. [protected] he is also open my paytm account with out my acknowledgement. Of this no. So. Now the problem is i have already an account with this no. [protected] so when i try to link my andhra with this no. [protected] so the system is saying this aadhar is already in used with other no. Paytm care not respond satisfactory they have not customer care no there we can talk some one. There have only ivr care no.

                        I am wrongly transferred amount of 1800 to mobile no: [protected], he is not picking call, i raised a service request/complaint to paytm, they also tried calling from their end, he is not recieving their calls, still they are not reverting the payment from backend, if its genuine transaction, he would picked call answered them, also he is in madyapradesh, i am in bangalore.

                        Please do the needfull.

                        I called the sender, he agreed, he recieved 1800 and he took confirmation of my number nd name, i dont see PAYTM contacted him on this, he can be reached on alternate no also [protected]. why PAYTM is so irresponsible, can talk to him right, hetold, he dont know how to send money back, PAYTM can reverse from backend taking his consent.

                        I am really disappointed PAYTM is not taking any intiative to reolve this, gave me a free suggestion to file a police complaint, what ### is this, atleast talk to sender and revert from backend.

                          : Sir, i want to say that i am suffering from problem related to AMOUNT STILL NOT TRANSFER IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.
                          I received 7 payment on 16 march and till now amount not transferred in bank.
                          So please provide me a solution for these transactions one of the amount is ?11000
                          I just want to get the amount so that i will continue my trust on paytm
                          Or otherwise i will file a sue against paytm
                          The customer care service is too poor. Customer care executive make false promise

                              When i added the money via credit card to patym wallet, because of fault of patym it went into gift voucher of 5000/- inr.

                              Which patym agreed to transfer back in wallet. Before 21 feb.

                              Now they say. We can't and u have use the voucher.

                              I request you please take legal action against patym.

                              This is not right.

                              I have tried again and again.

                              I contacted my credit card company even they said we have a mail from patym on the technical issue of money going in voucher

                              Please resolve the issue and take legal action against patym
                              Sir I completed my kyc on 16 march 2018
                              But sir I still not able to transfer my wallet balance to my bank account.

                                I want to close my bank account in paytm payment bank and even though i have complained about this, even though paytm payment bank has not close my bank account yet, i have complained to customer care four to five times, even though they have not closed my account yet, the reference number of the complaint i have fild in customer care is as follows 1) reference no.: 56667243, 2) reference no.: 57082804, 3) reference no.: 57191911, 4) reference no.: 56667243, 5) reference no.: 57088206,

                                    My paytm complaints number is[protected]
                                    I wanted to transfer money to one retailer through paytm. So i was doing that but my kyc was not completed. Thus that money is transferred into paytm wallet. Now they are asking to verify kyc first. So i inserted my pan number for verification. They notified me that will contact me within 24-48 hours.
                                    Now its been 4 days and they are not giving me any answers. When i am calling paytm customer care, and i told them my issue that i want to my money back in my bank account, they ask me to do the first kyc confirm. They suggest me to complete figure verification nearby paytm authorized store. Now in paytm nearby stores are listed, where all numbers say the wrong number. I cant do anything here. So i called again today.in between calls, the executive person ended up my call. Why?
                                    My concern is i want my money back. How can i get back'em in my bank account? If thumb verification needed, which authorized store do i have to visit? You are providing wrong details. Another is, why any executive persons don't give me a proper response. Please listen to all my recorded calls on your record. You will be shamed on yourself from your services.
                                    Next complaint is for same is, if you need kyc confirm to transfer money, why you are accepting money from our bank account first. At first step, you should have to tell us to do the first kyc confirm.
                                    I have called 4 times in 4 days. Now i am stuck up with your lazy services
                                    I need my respond anyhow. Make my concern as prior to solving.

                                      Sir, a customer sent me an amount of 10000 rupees by scanning qr code of my merchant paytm business account on 14/03/2018. Money received in paytm for business app but not transferred to linked bank account till now.
                                      It is showing like "amount should have been transferred by 15/03/2018, if you haven't received it please contact customer care."
                                      I am trying to call customer care no.[protected] daily, but no customer care agent responds to the call. Please tell me how can i get my money into the registered bank account in paytm for business app?
