I have resnt money to my bank but not yet received money into my bank even though money has been deducted from my paytm wallet
Money has been deducted from my paytm wallet on april 3rd but not yet reflected in my bank
I used the option resent the money to add the money back to my bank
I have received the transaction id and wallet id saying the transaction was complete but the money is not reflected in my bank

    I recieved a call through PayTM and they were telling me that there is a scheme that is giving free gifts to the selected users and they told me that you’ve to purchase something till 5000₹ so I did so and they were telling me about my last transactions like what I’ve bought earlier so I want you to call me asap.
    Was that call fake or something else?
    And if yes then how do they know my last transiction.
    I am really very disappointed through PayTM as I used to trust you alot.

      I have added Rs. 400/- into Paytm wallet from my ALLAHABAD Bank debit card on 27.03.2018. The said amount debited from my account but Paytm shows failed transaction. The amount is not refunded by Paytm in my account after elapsing 11 days. Plz check and refund the same in my account.

        I had placed an order with club factory on 31st Jan 18 for RS. 2370 (811+1558).
        Club factory confirmed on 19th Feb 18 that the entire order is cancelled and full refund amount is initiated.(attached snapshot)

        Paytm passbook shows a refund of RS. 811 on 9th Feb 18.

        RS. 1558 refund is pending, club factory claims to have refunded it and have also sent a snapshot for the same and there is no response from paytm.

          Hope people were observed like me that, usually we can't connect to their customer care number[protected]. After 30 seconds, it will disconnected.
          Hence, we can't log any complaints and feedback on the product, which are visible to public like in Amazon.

          I'm a regular online shopper and found in PayTM we can't share the product, seller or delivery feedback, which can be useful for the buyers/customers.

          Same features are available in Amazon, where you can register any complaints easily and they attend to resolve the issues as per customer satisfaction.

          But, in PayTM, neither they share the customer feedback to public nor they resolve the issues. Very disappointed.

            I hv been transfeing small amts. Hassle free frm ur paytm app to any bank...
            But d moment i tried bigger amt. I. E. 5000 d money got stuck in ur app & u are displaying it wud take 3 days to complete dis transaction!!!
            Y such a looonger time???
            We are using ur app for instant money transfer to bank whereas u are deleberately killing time for ur purpose/oblique motive to use our money!!!
            Y not to resolve such issues in shortest period???

              I ordered for casio edifice (Ex233) watch for my personal use by 27th march and it got delivered by 30th march. When i opened the consignment, i found that empty box was delivered. Except watch, complete accessories like watch tag, warranty card and brand box was there except watch. Immediately i raised complaint to paytm, they acknowledged the issue and asked me for more proof like complete and clear pictures of that empty box and weight of that consignment by keeping in weighing scale. I shared 16 pictures from all the views and weight taken from weighing scale as requested. On 3rd april, i got a call from bluedart (Courier partner for this consignment) manager and asked my appointment to meet by next day, i agreed. But he didn't come, when i called him back, he told he was travelling to trichy and would come by 6th of april. But, i got an email from paytm by today (5th april) saying like my case was over and as per their investigation, they delivered right product to me. The moment i read this email, i was completely broken and immediately made a call to paytm customer care. I was not happy with the customer executive's response, i told him to transfer to senior officer. After a long wait, the senior officer who spoke with me was completely clueless and says the same thing repeatedly that their investigation was over and they delivered only right product to me and apologizing for the inconvenience. Finally, when they were not able to trace and find the culprit, they put a blame on me and created a picture like i'm the culprit.in reality i'm the looser who paid rs.6995 (Got cashback of rs.1399 as part of offer) for this empty box. I even requested them to prove that they delivered correct product to me by sharing complete in/out scan details of the complete transit of the consignment. They refused for that.in fact, the consignment volume was 400g while booking and 240g when delivered. It clearly shows somewhere in the mid, it got tampered and product was stolen.

                I have purchased fast tag from paytm but after very much delay it has been provided to me with incorrect registration number and than i called them multiple times and mailed this defunct company many times but their always a same response that you will get new fastatg today or you will get clarity mail today. From last 15 days i am just following paytm with same complaint no. 57563993 but there is no clarity or mail from their side

                    I have recharged money into my paytm wallet, it accepted my transaction with out any conditions.
                    Now i need to transfer money to some other person or else my bank account, now it is asking complete kyc.

                    I have submitted the documents, and for address verification also needs to complete. If i give my home address, it says agents not available in that region.
                    I am in india right now, i traveled to australia.

                    How can i take my money back from paytm now?
                    If kyc must needed, why it accepted my money to recharge wallet?

                      One of the offers of vodafone special recharge contains inaccurate details.
                      199 recharge for unlimited calls for local std is fake. I called vodafone customer care number and inquired about it. They told me that there is no such offers in vodafone and if there are they are of lesser amount. We therefore want the refund or change in the information provided in the app.
                      Process asap.

                      Am dis satisfied with the paytm app as i had used my otp to make payment irctc. But unknowingly it has been used for movies93333 at paytm app.

                          I had applied for PAYTM bank and need to get KYC verified. It will be done by their executive. After one month I had received call from office that the executive will come but no one came. Again after in second month again I received call and same happened. This time they gave the executive number. That person told I am coming, I am coming and postponed for one week. Then I got tired and left him. This was happening with the KYC verification team. Very bad on their duties. I was unhappy with this.

                                  I am younger than 18 years of age, i have been using paytm since class 10th now i cannot get my kyc done due to my age, i am not able to transfer money to other accounts, i hope i will not be seeing your higher authorities and that you will look into the matter asap, it has been quite a time that i am facing difficulties using your app, and i also have a small price of advice for you that many people who are younger than 18 use paytm if you don't overcome this kyc thing then my and many other people's money will get stuck and we'll be in loss. So i hope you'll look into my complain and contact me asap.

                                      I have a medicine shop so I used to receive payment through Paytm but now when I am trying to transfer my Paytm balance to bank I am having to pay charge for it. But as we all know that queen I have merchant account then I don't need to pay any extra charges for transferring Paytm balance to bank. So please fix it
