I was trying to recharge my Tata docomo number [protected] for Rs:299 from paytm. recharge was unsuccessful but money is deducted from my paytm wallet.

I tried to pay Electricity bill from Paytm, My 220 Rs got deducted from SBI account and in paytm wallet, it says "payment failed"
