Above transaction was done due to spoof website of official Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams website created by Padmavathi Travels.

In further inquiry, it is observed that email id provided on the website is not being either active or not being attended. On contacting customer care chat option, they have openly challenged to lodge complaint.

I have already raised following tickets in the matter:
YY[protected], BR[protected], HX[protected], FZ[protected]

But till now, I have not received satisfactory response.

I have already alerted the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams about this incident.

    I got 2 payment from my same customer in payumoney business account on 22nd of november of amount rs.27000 & rs.49050.
    Payment is successful & showing settlement in account on same date but after that today is 27th november & i didn't receive the settlement in my account yet. I unable to ship customer bulk order due amount credited in my account.
    If the amount not credited in my account in next 24 hours then i'm going to file fir against the company & the owner or founder too.

    I have paid Rs743to shein via Google pay on 1st Dec 2019.Amount has been debited from my bank account and didn't reach shein yet.So they have cancelled the order from their side.My money is still stuck.Google pay said it is stuck with payu.

      I have paid 2100 to sai proficient through gpay through paumoney my money got debited from my account and got stucked up with paumoney i have raised complaints in payu helo but thery werent good i have not recived my money yet i did transaction on 14 nov 2019 yet i didnt recieve my money please help me please
      I have talked with the bank about the issue and they said that money went thorugh the account on 14 nov and nothing can be done from ourside

        I have done transaction of 43 k using this gateway and my money got deducted from account after that session out message came. Payu guys are not responding to any message and neither they have provided contact number. Very bad service provider. Please send me my money back.           I have made a merchant transaction via pay u money on 20.11.2019 but the transaction failed. The amount didn't not reach my merchant neither was refunded back to me. Transaction reference [protected]. I have also raised a complaint with them on the very same day but i never got an update.

          I could not reach at the customer service and there is no way to reach them whatsoever except for a new help page where we raise ticket and there is no further action taken.

          My bank confimed me that the pay u money transaction was successful.

            We enlisted with payu a few months ago and received our first transaction on the 8th of october 2019.

            They blocked this payment, saying they needed some proof.

            I asked what proof they needed and they didn't reply. I raised two extra queries and they didn't reply.

            After a month, they told me i needed proof from the customer, which i immediately provided. They said the money would be reflected in our account within 2 days. That was on the

            Eventually, they did reply, i provided the necessary proof and they said the money would be reflected in our account within 2 days. That was on the 12th november 2019 but here we are two weeks later and there has been no settlement. I constantly raise new queries on their 'help platform', which is the only means of customer service available. They open a ticket, an auto-response comes saying they will contact us within 2 days, they never contact us and then the query is closed.

            This is the link for their grievance policy. They state that if something is not resolved, it gets escalated up the management ladder. This is blatantly false.

            They are either useless or fraudulent. I'm sure i will find out

                I've given money to merchant named ramu sriram. His email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com and mid is 6856796. I've given him the money on 15th nov, 2019 7:40 am. It's about 8 days he hasn't received the moeny in his bank account. I'm messaging payu money care from previous 3 days they aren't responding. I ask for the refund of money to merchant and payu. The merchant is saying he hasn't received the money. I'm asking from payu care where does my money goes! I got no response from them. The merchant number is-[protected].                       I have made a payment for online purchase of some product dated 19th nov evening around 4. Transaction process is completed and the screen shows transaction successful. Once the message displayed i minimized the screen. Amount has been debited but there is no payment successfull message and not even a mail from payumoney in addition to my order has not been confirmed by merchant site.

                            Fraud done by payumoney
                            I open merchant account in payumoney on 19/10/19 with minimum document and your server allow as to take payment from client at that time we don’t know about your policy and we not fulfill your condition than why you allow us to take payment from client.
                            After that i fulfill all your condition as per your website, like document verification, bank verification, website verification. But you hold my amount from 24/10/19 to till date. And the reason you mention that we require sebi certification for releasing my hold amount. I don’t know why you people cheated merchant by doing this type o[censored]nfair activity. Before completing all your formalities how you allow merchant for taking payment. And if you allow than release all funds which client made on merchant given link.
                            I completed all your requirement like sent client invoice, taking service activation request mail, client, written consent for service amount from client and all this detail i sent or receive keeping you in cc in every mail. I hope it is sufficient for you to proving that we are not cheated our clients. Whatever payment client made to us is on our trust, which you hold in an unethical manner.
                            After all you are just a gateway your job is to just transfer payment to us which client made on merchant link. And for that we pay 2% + (18% gst). And your executive talks to us like a cbi officer. Whatever justification you require regarding payment i fulfill all from my side. If it is sufficient for you for payment settlement to our account than fine otherwise i already told to your executive on 12/11/19 that refund amount to client. And your executive told us that in next 3-5 business day we refund amount to clients. But today 14/11/19 client got one mail from your side that settlement process is the matter between gateway and merchant. According to your mail you neither refund amount to client nor us. Than we have to take legal action against you.

                            Today after 7 day Payumony executive Rajendra call me and said they not receive any mail for Refund or settlement from client side. Last time on 12/11/19 Payumoney executive Rajendra call me and said you have to wait 210 days for settlement, than i told them to refund amount to client so i get amount from any other mode than he give me assurity that if client sent mail to us than we initiate the refund process and client get their amount in next 3-5 business day. But today after 7 days they told that client not sent any mail for refund or settlement, but i have proof that client sent mail because we are in CC in every mail which client sent to us.

                            Payumoney executive Rajendra (choro ka sardar) denied that they not receive mail from client side [protected]@payumoney.com and if Company allow this type of thief in their company than it create questionmark on payumoney credibility.

                            I attach one screen shot in which it clearly shows that payumoney got mail on 12/11/19 from client and payumoney replying on that mail on 14/11/19.

                            Payumoney is a Fraud company please ignore payment through payumoney their executive is lying every time. they want to eat money.

                            i don't have trust on your grievance department portal of payumony. i want resolution on gmail. i don't generate any ticket id on your portal

                              Our account has been on hold status for a long time. We have uploaded all the documents as needed. Payumoney system is still showing the message 'document verification error'. We have raised 5 tickets since more than 2 months but payumoney guys are least bothered in solving the issue. Payumoney guys don't have a customer care centre to reach out to. Our money is stuck at their end and there is no way to recover it.. We stopped our e-commerce transactions because of payumoney guys. We have taken an account from a different service provider... We don't want to take any further risks with payumoney guys! Can someone please let us know how to delete this account asap. There are no instructions on the website for this either!

                                I recharged my sundirect account with 1059 rs through icici debit card on[protected] and within few minutes i received a confirmation mail from payu.in i attached that screenshot as proof here. Money has been deducted from my bank account yesterday itself but my sundirect account hasn't recharged yet. Pls look after into this one as much as quickly. Pls do the needful

                                  I had purchased Audio sets and paid through Payumoney on 04th Nov 2019.
                                  The amount of 1050 INR has been deducted and the transaction was successful.
                                  But the merchant website doesn't reflect about the purchase done.

                                    I did online payment through payu.in to indusforex. Indusind.com, on 31th october 2019 amounting rs 14457.22 from my sbi debit card vide transaction refrence number txn#240079 at utis2121 as shown in my bank account messege and email screenshot) for wire transfer.
                                    Debit card no. 559601*8855

                                    The amount got debited from my statebank of india bank account but the payment did not succeed to my indusforex. Indusind.com.

                                    No refund has been initiated so far, neither i received any e-mail from payu to track the failed transaction number if any
                                    Please find the attched sbi debit sms and email reflecting transaction id.

                                        I have been following up for the past few days about a transaction that took place on 2nd nov which is still not credited. I don't get any response at all. Different status shows up in mobile and desktop. See the attached. Desktop updates (On the right) says money will be credited within 72 hours and and mobile app update (Left) says the deposit is canceled. One has no idea when this update was made. They have been changing the time lines every now and then. At the end of the day, there is no response. They don't even have a chat support. What they claim is a chat support is not a chat support at all. Pathetic. My money is stuck now.
