We enlisted with payu a few months ago and received our first transaction on the 8th of october 2019.
They blocked this payment, saying they needed some proof.
I asked what proof they needed and they didn't reply. I raised two extra queries and they didn't reply.
After a month, they told me i needed proof from the customer, which i immediately provided. They said the money would be reflected in our account within 2 days. That was on the
Eventually, they did reply, i provided the necessary proof and they said the money would be reflected in our account within 2 days. That was on the 12th november 2019 but here we are two weeks later and there has been no settlement. I constantly raise new queries on their 'help platform', which is the only means of customer service available. They open a ticket, an auto-response comes saying they will contact us within 2 days, they never contact us and then the query is closed.

This is the link for their grievance policy. They state that if something is not resolved, it gets escalated up the management ladder. This is blatantly false.
They are either useless or fraudulent. I'm sure i will find out
