I had paid for vtu pdc I got an error while downloading the e-receipt.Am not able to get my receipt.but I got the transaction id and payment msg SBCollect Txn DUC1197966 dtd 021019 Rs.400.0 for VISVESVARAYA TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, F-FEES TO BE PAID BY STUDENT-EXAMINATION is successful.

    I have add money from my amex credit card rs.30000 on 24/09/2019 10:52 am but i got the mail from payumoney stated that proof of delivery is required and settlement is on hold. But i have refunded rs.28938 on 27-sep-2019. You have refunded the amount back to my card account not processing my transaction. Then why you were deducted the amount (Rs.1062)? What the hell you are doing. You were cheating customer. If you were not refund the deducted money. I will raise compliant and post my review and share to other customers.
    So customer don't use payumoney, it's fraud site.

      Hi, i have ordered a camera from one of the guy met on quikr name piyush jolly from west bengal. He asked me to use payumoney transaction and gave me the upi address ([protected]@kotak). He claimed that he has a relative named leima choudhary working in payumoney and that upi is official and belongs to the company. And then they keep asking me money in various way claiming i have some pending money. The upi they use is ([protected]@kotak). When i rejected the item, they had some tax issue on that and again charged me from the same upi. It's been one month now and i loose almost 38000 for the product that i agreed for 26000. The upi they use for asking money on refunding is ([protected]@kotak). Ididn't get any mail regarding any of the transactions and have no clue where the money is. I'm very disappointed by the payumoney service and don't know what else to do. I want my money back. I'm attaching all the transaction amount i have paid to payumoney.

      Hi can you just let me know the customer care number of payumoney ?

      I'm unable to connect to the customer care number.
      I had made a payment of Rs. 8424 through payumoney on 18 Sep 2019 at www.bulkpowders.in. The Merchant order ID is[protected]. Even after 10 days, there’s no update on my order and the numbers given on the seller’s website are not reachable.
      Please resolve the issue with seller so that I either get my order or the payment is refunded to me.

            Hi, i had booked tirupati darshan on 25september 2019 for 2people. The darshan date was 4 nov, 2019. I paid rs.800/- a debit card payment id screenshot attached i have not received darshan booking confirmation from the website. Payment was charged on my debit card. Please confirm if the payment has reached mybalaji.in. I am trying to get in touch with support team at tirupati. But there is no response from them. I would appreciate if you could please refund the amount of rs.800/- on my account. It seems that a case of fraud.

                          I was filling my maintenance bill:

                          First it showed me that the transaction is not successful.

                          So i decided to pay again and then

                          Second transaction was successful but when i checked my bank account they charged for both of the transactions.

                          I talked to the merchant where i was paying they told me that they only received one amount of 3571/- but payumoney charged me 2 amounts of 3571/- in which one is successful and another is not.

                              I have booked two tickets in irctc and payment is made through payu gateway. Later i have cancelled both tickets. Irctc has refunded the amount but the same was not debited in my bank account. As the payment is made through payu gateway, refund will also be through payu gateway. The amount is 2810 and 4080 kindly process my request as soon as possible.

                                I do received a call from PayU Team, and they said they will refund those amount to the source account,
                                also i got confirmation that refund has been successfully settled.it was on 18th, Sept, but its been 13 days since i got confirmation for the refund but those amount haven't received at any account yet.
                                I tried to raise several tickets and email them to their merchantsupport as well, still no response.
                                its around 10+ emails i sent but not a single reply, now i guess you guys don't want to give my money.
                                I was supposed to get my money in 2 days, and now its 17 days wasted, So my last option is to file a complaint to consumer court.
                                I made a payment on Jain Stationary website for purchase of Rs160 on 17 September through UPI through payumoney gateway, the transaction failed but amount got deducted. My account is State bank of India MLN Medical College Branch, Allahabad. Im also attaching a pic of same.

                                        I tried booking one ticket on IRCTC for about two weeks ago on a Sunday. The transaction failed and the amount was debited. The IRCTC Consumer Care said to contact the payment service. The transaction id is [protected]. I request you to take action immediately. I have waited for 7 working days excluding bank holidays but I have not received my refund.

                                        The companyvasked to a raise a ticket of query on their own customer care webpage. They required a few account details and transaction proof. After I uploaded them they made refunded under 48 hours of my complaint.
