Please note that i paid irs.1062.00 to insasta through payu on 25.01.2020. However, insasta did not deliver my orders till today. I cannot contact them through phone or mail both are not working. Now i fell fishy about this company and want to cancell my order. I informed them if i did not receive my order today, then i will cancell my order. Pls. Procerd to refund my amount.     Respected sir

    I had made a payment of 13, 250 thru net banking to british council on 4th feb 2020. The same payment has been deducted by my yes bank account. I have also contacted yes bank and british council for the below payment status. As per bank they have credited the payment to payu and british council is saying that they have not received an money. I am daily contacting british council and yes bank. I am suffering a lot. Also i have not got any reversal till date.

    Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. The matter is very urgent. I can share the bank statement till today i[censored] require the same.

      I got some coins from cred after my credit card payment.in order to redeem those coins i have to goto the website that is "give.co"
      I selected my product and used my coin to get some discount. It was going very good till payment i paid inr 1298/-. Payment was going through payumoney page. However my money got deducted from my credi card and page got stuck as blank white. I wait for a long time but nothing happened i checked my order on giva website it was not there.
      #i tried to call on their number (Mentioned on website) multiple times it is "switched off"
      #i mailed two times but no response since 3 days
      #i tried to contact payumoney there is no customer care number only chat option
      # i am giving them my transaction details but they are reply it is not valid

      Cred, giva and payumoney is playing a very illegal game. They all are fraud.

      Please stop using cred, and never pay with payumoney and never buy anything from giva.co website they all are fake and frauds.

        Hi,

        I had booked tirupati darshan on 09 feb 2020 for 2 people. The darshan date was 4th march 2020.

        I paid rs.800/- via sbi netbanking.
        Payment id:[protected]
        Merchant id : mi14p47q
        Date : feb 09, 2020

        I have not received darshan booking confirmation from the website.

        Payment was charged on my sbi account.

        I am trying to get in touch with support team at tirupati. But there is no response from them.

        I would appreciate if you could please refund the amount of rs 800.

          Hi team,
          I have done one transaction on 2 feb2020 through parents alarm portal. My amount is deducted from my axis bank credit card and its successfully submitted to payumoney account as i get the message from my bank. But as i think, it is not submitted to school. I asked the school about this. They told me there are no fees submitted to their account. And i also call parents alarm, they told me asked the school about this. So the problem is this, where is my money? And why its not submitted? Due to this, my younger brother's school fees are not submitted in their school (Lalganj st pauls school). And everyday school demanding the fees and send the message that please submit fees asap. Otherwise, they will not let them sit in the examination. My amount is 2774.28. So, please do any action asap as it is related to the life of innocent kid and it's my hard earn money.

            Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

                  Pl tell me how i can close my payu account. I don't see any help in their helpline.
                  I feel dejected by the irresponsible responses of payumoney on attaching wrong transactions to my account and not attending my complaints to detach my account with the attached. They have not satisfactorily replied to change my profile, have behaved so unprofessional.
                  This force me to close my account. There is no link to close also on payuhelp.
                  So i request your help on how to close.

                    Money got deducted without my consent from my bank account, when contacted bank they confirmed that payu private limited had debited my money for some emi/loan. I don't have any loans or emi. I tried contacting them via calls and emails but nobody replies.

                    I raised a ticket in their website on 19th of jan 2020 and they gave a query id : jc[protected]
                    And said the issue will be resolved by 23rd of jan 2020, they postponed the dates twice and said it would be resolved by 25th of the same month. Now they just stopped replying or updating about my query.
                    Im not a merchant, i dint ordered any producy, food or any movie tickets, i dont have any emi or loans, they just stole my money. I dint even got an sms that money got debited. But thank god that i got it from the account statement from my bank.
                    When i searched in the internet about my issue i was shocked to see a lot of people being stolen from this company and no one is giving any response to the victims like me.
                    Pay u payments private limited is fraud and robbing company.

                    Forget about the resolving your service became a hub for scammers to scam your members, i got a call from a scammer claiming that they're calling from payu and scammed me for 5k rupees, im not blamming your service but, details they provided to me which they got from the complaint i posted made me believe that they were authorized personal. I lost 5k for the complaint i gave for 399 rs.

                          I have done a internet banking transaction for a purchase on fizzy goblet on 05/09/2019 of amount 2990. The transaction got failed but the amount got deducted from my account. It has not been refunded yet. The bank required a confirmation mail from your side regarding the failed transaction. The transaction id for this is[protected].

                          So i request you to kindly help me regarding this.

                            I made a purchase on dealkarkindia.com made payment through payumoney payment was successful i got confirmation email also from vendor and payumoney but havent recieved the purchased product.

                            When i tried to contact the merchant by email and whatsapp he asked me first pay for product and now saying product not available but still his website showing product available and i got reply we will send it anytime today but still nothing.

                            When i called the number given said will send today after 7pm is but nothing. Its been more than 36hrs now but nothing.
                            Dealkart india is making serious fraud, dont support them @payumoney.
                            Kindly refund my money

                            When I registered for integration I am registered as individuals and they started settle my amount suddenly to stop deposit amount but still they are taking from customer. and asking for certificate. If any issue regarding certificate why they take payment.

                                I had chosen payumoney as payment gateway while booking ticket on irctc but later on i cancelled the ticket. Irctc has refunded the amount but i have not recieved the amount in my bank account. Action is pending at payumnoey side. It has been 10 days now. I am clueless what to do now. If any one has the same issue please suggest me what to do in this case. Is there any customer care number of payumoney so that i can contact them directly. The amount is rs. 4500 around. So please help me.

                                  I placed an order via caseitup.in worth Rs 799 chelseafc bag pack on 12th december. Money was deducted by payumoney but order has not been placed and i want my full refund by any means. Please take action payumoney.
                                  This careless behaviour shown by both the parties has been immensely amateur and unacceptable.
                                  Caseitup.in has no proper customer care services. No integrity. The number provided for customer service is always switched off for no reason and the mails they send are all bot messages. Please take action to this fraud company and remove them from your gateway forever.

                                    Person called to me on 11th Jan 2020 saying he is from PAyTM and called me for KYC, He hacked my mobile and do transactions of 49999 Rs., I called immediately bank to block my credit card and informed about this fraud transaction, I have also lodge police complain to local police station. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.
