    I am getting sms in my number of payments i have not made. And several complaints to payuhelpline is unanswered and also my detailed queries to you with complaint numbers here.
    I want to know which dc used for the payment for the transaction done on 26/12/19 for rs 1000 using debit card.. Pl let me know
    1. Which bank card used.
    2. And the last 4 digits of card.
    As i am not able to trace this payment, i suspect fraud.
    My complaint to payuhelpline the screenshot of the pages attached which show only "closing date" and never any reply or resolution to query.

    You told my complaint is resolved and now you say payu us notified. Even after two weeks since I keep getting daily transactions in my account. The error of attaching my email ID to the person at
    [protected] you have not resolved. How long you require to edit wrong profile? Sorry on payuhelp line or consumer complaints is useful.

        Hello my account id is - mid 5784110. My payment settlement is on hold from 04 dec till now 38 days complete but payment not settle in my account. I already create complaint many times on "payu" support (Ticket no. Jb[protected] / jp[protected] / pk[protected]) but nobody is responding. Kindly settle it with the bank account.
        Resolve my problme quickly otherwise i will take legal action on it...

          Hi there. My name is harekruahna jena

          On 6th january 2020 i have received2 payments of 25k*2. Payment was successful. Then i received a email from payu that my deposit is on hold to resolve contact us. Raised a ticket which was end date on 10-1-20 but still no response. Nor still not settled. My 50k stucked. Very bad experience with payu.

I received a phone call from relevant team . he saying its self transaction 4 days after payment made and they will refund to my customer 48820 out of 50k . he is not ready for settlement . i can prove its not self transaction . and that guy advanced me not to transact again like this . wtf ??

                This is my second complaint regarding this issue with my MID 6814830 and ticket numbers QO[protected] and KM[protected], the first one not solved, nobody contacted me yet, I think payumoney cheating merchants by not giving their hard-earned money. Without any intimation by call or mail it seems like Payumoney is doing fraud activities, so many mails, tickets, but nobody is responding. what they think about us as a merchant, we are doing business for our living, you dont have the right to hold our payment, we did all formalities as per your instruction to become a merchant. It's our business you can take your transaction charge as per the agreement, its our hard earned money, you dont have the right to hold my Rs.40000/- unnecessarily. If my problem solved and I don't receive my money. I am forced to go with the government law, RBI Ombudsman for Digital transaction, PCI DSS authority, for cheating clients by Payumoney., I think I can gather so many merchants from online those are victims of this Payumoney Fraud scheme.

                  My Merchant ID is 6856336, I am not getting my settlement of past payments, I updated payumoney in my website after all the verification completed, and also I got my initial settlements too. But last week suddenly when I logged in to my dashboard, I saw a verification process buttons and the Settlement in Grey Colour Lock, what is this about? After that I am not getting my settlements, and nobody contacted me from payumoney, no mail, no communication. Without a proper information you are holding my money unnecessarily, this is not good. I raised so many tickets and mailed you, but no body contacted me yet with a solution in my payment, how I can trust this payment gateway if you behave like this without proper support and solution holding my hard earned money unnecessarily.

                  Hello, what about my settlment, I got a mail that Investment advisors new rule from SEBI, I am not an investment advisor, I am an IT professional creating software, different category products, and one of them related to trading, I am just making software and not an Investment Advisor, why you are holding my payment like this? You can check with Investment Advisors not with an IT professionals like me.                     we sincerely apologize for the delay in our response.Thank you for intimating the instance to us. However, we would request you to report the matter to your bank with details for processing this request.We regret the problem faced by you and would like to guide you as follows:-

                    We are not authorized to authenticate & share any transaction details on the basis on email request from any one, as the identity of credit card/debit card holder rests with the bank. In case of any fraudulent transaction, you need to approach the bank (issuer of Credit Card/debit card) with the transaction details.

                    Bank will forward the suspected transaction to us based on transaction reference number (which we can identify in our system for extracting information) for further details which will provided to bank by us. Any information related to the transaction will be provided by the bank to you, since bank is the authority to identify and authenticate you as genuine owner/user of the card.

                    Apart from that we advise you to file a report with cyber crime cells in your area.

                    You are not answering to querry. I cannot complain to bank: unless I know of the bank cc/ DC/ or bank / or transaction/ invoice details. All I have is SMS from you on my number and details in my payu acciubt. So my only reference is payu as I don't know cc/ DC details or bank accounts used. So pk call or email to me or provide a number or email to contact you to know details.
                    You cannot attach someone else's account with my number or email. If you are doing that you are forging my account or you are entertaining forged accounts.
                    Why you have not repkued to my queries on your site?tHat raise suspicions.

                    I have no complaint with bank. My complaint is with payu, that you are attaching unknown mo bile number txns to my email and my mobile number. So you need to talk to me. And resolve this. You cannot ask me to contact bank for payu mistakes and keep quiet; n my queries on your homesite. What is the point of complaints and queries on your website on my account? Why I have to goto consumer complaints for your irrelevant reply?

                    1.Why no reply after transferring the complaint number? I had also passed the screenshots. After giving closing dates for my complaints no replies in payuhelpline. They are only giving closing dates.
                    2. If you are attaching another mobile numbers txns to my email and sending information to my SMS there is some cheating involved.
                    Pl again see the screenshots.( only reply in one month from payu help line for several complaints.

                    There is no solution from consumer complaint also after a first reply of telling that " we have worked and you won't get anymore messages" . not one but still everyday since that day 16/1/ I am still getting wrong deductions added on my account and SMS. What psyu is doing?
                    On 3rd January 2020 i had paid for the amount of 2122.54 debited in my bank account . My bank confirmed the transaction was successful but payu money but didn't (amount refund) credited the amount in my account.

                    I have done payment of 35000 for college fee of National Institute of Technology, Warangal. But I didn't recieve any receipt as a proof. I have to show the receipt for proof.                       Hello, again my account settlement hold??? Showing the grey lock button in the settlement area in my dashboard and didn't receive my yesterday's settlement too.
                      I can't do my business properly, only the thing now is mailing you to solve my settlement issue, no response from your side for my merchant id 6814830.
                      Last month also you put my account settlement on hold and there was a reason you informed that sudden spike in the transaction, and after so many emails and complaints in this with a lot of mental pressure, i got my account settlement enabled and got my payment after providing necessary bills and documents.
                      But now without any mail or sms or notice from your side, from yesterday onwards i am not getting my settlement and my account dashboard showing settlement in grey locked (Find the attached image).
                      Don't know what is this, why a reputed company having this type of behavior. Without any notice or anything, you put my account in hold. What i did wrong for you.
                      Only the thing i made is to choose a payment provider as payumoney, now i can't do my business properly because of your irresponsible business implementation to a growing business person like us.
                      I hope you can understand the situation, need to solve my issue at the earliest. Your merchant support system is a 100% failure, it will not give merchant support, only to give merchant mental pressure.

                      Very pathetic customer support, Payumoney holding my fund unnecessarily, I am not getting any settlement? don't know what is the reason? they are not responding to my queries, and there is no contact number to contact them. Request the higher official should take care my matter urgently, a payment gateway like payumoney doen't have a prompt customer support? they are not responding to may mail too, I have sent so many mails to [protected]@payumoney.com, but no response so far?

                      What is this? the ticket raised with number QO[protected] against the settlement issue the close date is today, now its past 5.00pm, nobody contacted, no solution. Why you are holding my payment without any reason? I am having around Rs. 40000/- to be settled, that's not a small amount for me?

                          The transaction was done on 23rd of december
                          Its almost 10 days.
                          I tried raising a ticket, contact their customer care number, nothing was of any use.

                          Expected end date of the ticket was 01/01/2020. Query was raised on 28/12./2019

                          "all the response that i got is we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our relevant team. They will contact you shortly"
                          I was never contacted.

                          Ridiculous company not settling money into our accounts.

                            Dear sir /madam

                            On 3rd oct 2019 i had paid for the amount of 8432.60 inr from my bank account via upi. My bank confirmed the transaction was successful but pay u didn't credited the amount to merchant.

                            When get contacted to merchant (Apnacomplex), support team have redirected the dispute with gateway service provider which is pay u.

                            Pay u has suggested me to raise dispute with my bank and the same i did and also shared formal bank letter which clearly confirmed that my bank has successfully credited the amount with your/apnacomplex gateway service provider.

                            On 17th nov 2019 pay u responded that refund has been processed to my bank account but when checked with my bank, i was been told that there was no refund occurred.

                            Had multiple email communications back forth, always pay u care team always responded to my email stating need 1 or 2 working days from then.

                            I lost complete trust on pay u gateway service provider.

                            Hence as suggested by my bank relationship manager, we would like to proceed to take legal action on pay u as i have lost my peace of mind and time evenafter payment is done from my end.

                            Mr dhiraj dutta of pay u care team is the spoc who is been interacting with me on this issue.

                            To conclude i would like to get compensated as per rbi guidelines by pay u as i lost peace of mind and trust in the way it got delay in reversal of my money. Pay u reference eukleiatech - 5404f6d5d40a5b3cd18e

As per RBI guidelines o[censored]PI payment if I don't get compensated due the said reasons, I would be proceeding legally very shortly.                                     My merchant id is 6846296.

                                    My customer has paid ₹37, 200 to me on 17 december 2019, transaction no[protected].
                                    But payu has kept my money on hold. The website is saying settlement on hold.
                                    They need a proof of delivery for my transaction.

                                    Since i am a home tutor, i can't provide them a proper bill. But why the hell should they need proof of delivery? They aren't any cbi agent that i should disclose any information of me or my customer.

                                    So they are just stealing my money with the excuse of proof of delivery.
                                    Neither do they pickup anyone's call nor do they answer emails.
                                    Strict action needs to be taken against their gurgaon situated office else they will continue eating up my money with this clever payment gateway setup.

                                    They don't reply to my mails except for the one mail asking for proof of delivery.
                                    Please help, as these # are just modern thieves, stealing merchants money in the name of suspicious transaction.

                                    After complaining in consumer complaints, they called me and told me that they have the liability for transactions. Shitty excuse. But after a few days they initiated the refund and I received the refund. Thanks to consumercomplaints.in for the support. PayU is really a cheat company. They don't have a customer care number so that the people whom they cheat can't disturb them. I would never recommend PayU to anyone. Cheap crap private firm who just steal money.
