we sincerely apologize for the delay in our response.Thank you for intimating the instance to us. However, we would request you to report the matter to your bank with details for processing this request.We regret the problem faced by you and would like to guide you as follows:-
We are not authorized to authenticate & share any transaction details on the basis on email request from any one, as the identity of credit card/debit card holder rests with the bank. In case of any fraudulent transaction, you need to approach the bank (issuer of Credit Card/debit card) with the transaction details.
Bank will forward the suspected transaction to us based on transaction reference number (which we can identify in our system for extracting information) for further details which will provided to bank by us. Any information related to the transaction will be provided by the bank to you, since bank is the authority to identify and authenticate you as genuine owner/user of the card.
Apart from that we advise you to file a report with cyber crime cells in your area.

You are not answering to querry. I cannot complain to bank: unless I know of the bank cc/ DC/ or bank / or transaction/ invoice details. All I have is SMS from you on my number and details in my payu acciubt. So my only reference is payu as I don't know cc/ DC details or bank accounts used. So pk call or email to me or provide a number or email to contact you to know details.
You cannot attach someone else's account with my number or email. If you are doing that you are forging my account or you are entertaining forged accounts.
Why you have not repkued to my queries on your site?tHat raise suspicions.
As I cannot divulge phone/ email information's here pl emai me and reply to my querries on your home site

I have no complaint with bank. My complaint is with payu, that you are attaching unknown mo bile number txns to my email and my mobile number. So you need to talk to me. And resolve this. You cannot ask me to contact bank for payu mistakes and keep quiet; n my queries on your homesite. What is the point of complaints and queries on your website on my account? Why I have to goto consumer complaints for your irrelevant reply?

Updated by Devipayu 1.Why no reply after transferring the complaint number? I had also passed the screenshots. After giving closing dates for my complaints no replies in payuhelpline. They are only giving closing dates.
2. If you are attaching another mobile numbers txns to my email and sending information to my SMS there is some cheating involved.
Pl again see the screenshots.( only reply in one month from payu help line for several complaints.

Updated by Devipayu There is no solution from consumer complaint also after a first reply of telling that " we have worked and you won't get anymore messages" . not one but still everyday since that day 16/1/ I am still getting wrong deductions added on my account and SMS. What psyu is doing?
But now they are showing my account on hold they are not settled that amount to my account. I tried to contact payu but they are not picking my call evan i was unable to connect. No body assist me.. please help me regarding this.
