On 6th january 2020 i have received2 payments of 25k*2. Payment was successful. Then i received a email from payu that my deposit is on hold to resolve contact us. Raised a ticket which was end date on 10-1-20 but still no response. Nor still not settled. My 50k stucked. Very bad experience with payu.

I have not placed any order to payu commerce

This is my second complaint regarding this issue with my MID 6814830 and ticket numbers QO[protected] and KM[protected], the first one not solved, nobody contacted me yet, I think payumoney cheating merchants by not giving their hard-earned money. Without any intimation by call or mail it seems like Payumoney is doing fraud activities, so many mails, tickets, but nobody is responding. what they think about us as a merchant, we are doing business...

My Merchant ID is 6856336, I am not getting my settlement of past payments, I updated payumoney in my website after all the verification completed, and also I got my initial settlements too. But last week suddenly when I logged in to my dashboard, I saw a verification process buttons and the Settlement in Grey Colour Lock, what is this about? After that I am not getting my settlements, and nobody contacted me from payumoney, no mail, no communication....

I had ordered a banana fibre bag from payvm online store on 20.12.2019. Order no. #113, as i had not received any information on shipping of product and could not contact payvm through phone call or mail., i asked to cancel my order and get a refund of the total amount rs.660 at the earliest. But i. M still not refunded. The payment went through payumoney gateway.

Its almost 10 days.
I tried raising a ticket, contact their customer care number, nothing was of any use.

On 3rd oct 2019 i had paid for the amount of 8432.60 inr from my bank account via upi. My bank confirmed the transaction was successful but pay u didn't credited the amount to merchant.

When get contacted to merchant (Apnacomplex), support team have redirected the dispute with gateway service provider which is pay u.

Pay u has suggested me to raise dispute with my bank and the same...

I have started to pay for the llr online ap but unfortunately i pressed the back button then it showed the payment failure and will be redirected to the merchant and the tab showed page loading but its not loaded even for more than hours and i was unable to make a new llr application because it showed the application number exits but a failure payment status and there is no way to apply for llr for me

I purchased a windows key from keydeal.in and my transaction i. D is[protected], however even after repeated emails, nobody replied or sent any product key which i purchased.

This is a serious fraud and i believe payumoney will take strict action against them.
Kindly refund my amount and take action as per your rules and polices.

My merchant id is 6846296.

My customer has paid ₹37, 200 to me on 17 december 2019, transaction no[protected].
But payu has kept my money on hold. The website is saying settlement on hold.
They need a proof of delivery for my transaction.

Since i am a home tutor, i can't provide them a proper bill. But why the hell should they need proof of delivery? They aren't any cbi agent...

I was trying to make a transaction for to pay the tuition fee of my college-NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, WARANGAL through Net banking and after performing whole process of transaction, i got redirected to a page saying your transaction has failed, and suddenly it disappeared within seconds and a blank web page was there in front of me.
I thought may be transaction has failed and i should try again, so i do so and i came to know...

I had made payment to kotak insurance for which they had provided me the link for payment which was through payumoney. My transaction got failed however the money got deducted from my account. I enquired about the issue with my bank (Bank of baroda) & also with kotak for which it was said that money is stuck with third party institution which is payumoney. The transaction has been done around 2 months back however i still haven't received...

I paid rs 732 to payumoney for payment to pharmeasy.in from citibank credit card on 17.12.2019 at 10.59 am.
The money was successfully delivered to payumoney by citibank but was neither paid to pharmeasy.in nor returned to citibank. The money was swallowed by payumoney. They are not providing any customer care email or phone number.
It is designed to cheat.
Please indicate steps for recovery....
