I did online payment through payu.in to indusforex. Indusind.com, on 31th october 2019 amounting RS 14457.22 from my SBI debit card vide transaction refrence number 240079 As shown in my bank account messege and email screenshot) for wire transfer of 4000USD

The amount got debited from my axis bank account but the payment did not succeed to my indusforex. Indusind.com.

No refund has been initiated so far, neither i received any e-mail from payu to track the failed transaction number if any
Please find the attched SBI debit SMS And EMail reflecting transaction id.

Please do not pay the amount to the merchant since no service has been delivered by the merchant i came to know that the merchant company running a scam and lot of people complaint about this and i donot know why you still gave your payment gateway to these kind of fraudster.please look into matter asap

          One fraud site Www.mybalaji.in, is doing online fraud activities and using PayUMoney as their payment gateway.

          Hope you understand the above complaint.
          Are you saying that you won't check the background even though the merchant is doing phishing and spoofing act?

          This is totally unacceptable and need to stop such acts. Still they are using your service for doing this fraud.

              Not getting payments for settlements from last 15 days please process it its very difficult to manage money for small businesses why you are holding money this much time for a longer periods and initially you are paying well and you are starting drams after few small payments why you are neglecting the customers???. Please do process the settlements as early as possible.

                I booked the mg hector car on october 14 at 10:00 pm. Money deducted from my icici bank but the transaction failed while booking. I have not received any email for this. I made another booking using my dad’s sbi account and it was successful. I received email for those. I read pay u help and understood that it will auto refund in 5-7 business days, but it’s not refunded. I tried to reach them through lot of ways. When i call mg motors they are telling to reach payumoney and these payumoney never responds. I opened a ticket with them but no response. I tried lot of means to reach them even through face book. They responseded first but simply deleted my post later and ignored me.

                My money 50, 000 inr is now gone and no response is given from payumoney. Worst customer service i ever had in my entire life.

                I don’t have any payment ID. The money deducted from Bank account and the page redirected to MG motor india website and I didn’t get any notification. When I check my bank statement it showed it is payed to PAYUMONEY and I got transaction alert from My bank about the deduction.

                  I sold a mobile phone to a person who wanted to pay through credit card.

                  I registered myself on payumoney and provided the buyer an option to pay through it.

                  The buyer is happy... Made the payment and went back home happy.

                  Payu money has hold my money and now has asked me for multiple documents showing the proof of sale and delivery.

                  I shared everything with them (Invoice, proof of purchase, buyer's consent and agreement) and now they are not releasing my payment. They say that the buyer didn't make payment from his credit card so they will not release the payment.

                  This is the worst excuse i have even come across from a company! How can i control the credit card that a buyer uses to make a payment?

                  They have duped me with 58, 500 rupees! They have charged my buyer with the convenience charge and kept all the money with them. Is this fair?

                    I ordered a mobile phone cover using payumoney gateway, the transaction happened money git deducted but the merchant did not received the payment. My money's got stuck.
                    I tried to resolve it with the help and support center of payumoney website but their response was irrelevant.
                    Payumoney is a real fraud.
                    Please help me how can i get my money back?

                      It showed payment deposit on hold for 14 days then i contacted to care. But not response and 3-4 queries ticket send 10 before but no response, settlement will be released soon. After sometime i got a mail that says that your hold payment has been released. But just payment shows that the deposit is in progress, but in the few day it shows payment deposit cancelled for payments. When i press refund button it shows that the amount can only be refunded from the next payment you collect. Now what will i do?

                            We purchased api for 70k+ to do the automation transaction for our travel agency. But every time the transaction amount is not settled to my customer. When we raise a request no response from the support team. They are keeping the money and everytime they are processing manually for more than after 30 days. This is stupid service and doesn't have a support team to respond to our queries.

                            Once they get the payment, they don't care about customers. They don't care about this useless freaking stupid system.

                              I tried booking train tickets using payumoney and money (Rs2363) got deducted but the transaction failed and i didn't get the tickets. Ideally when the transaction fails, money should be refunded but payumoney deducted the money from my account. This is plain theft. Never ever use this payment gateway.

                                I was trying to book tirupati darshan tickets on 6th oct 2019 but after sometime i received an email from payumoney that transaction has been failed then how you guys are saying that the money has been remitted to merchant account.

                                I need proper resolution on the same and strict action needs to be taken against payumoney as they misguide people.

                                    I made a complaint at support center on 5th oct 2019, but yet they dont solve my issues. I need my money back.

                                    I am also having a software compny named mayara tsi pvt ltd, my experience with payu is not so good.

                                    One of my client also have accout here, they are waiting nearly 7 months for website verification. Not verified yet.

                                    Their support is pathetic.

                                    I am not going to suggest any of my clients to get services from payu money in future.

                                    They dont have customer care number, any numer got from google search all numbers are ringing but no one receiving calls.

                                    Chat support is a bot only who cant solve your problem. Also no one is commenting on support tickets.

                                    I think they dont need clients. They dont want business.

                                      I've ordered products worth ₹85000 from mdcomputers on easy emi option through snapmint, my down payment of ₹17000 was deducted from my account via payumoney but my documents didn't get verified and order got cancelled, it's been a week and i've still not received my refund back into my bank account but it's showing on their website that it has been refunded. I suspect fraud because there's no contact information on payumoney's website and want to sue this company for the inconvenience.
