Hi, its vicky mahale from nashik city. I want to register a complaint regardiing oyo life. I have registered a room throught oyo life in pune city (Property code : pun698) through www.oyolife.in as i had to relocate to pune. The registration was done on 25th july 2019. I did a payment of 3899rs for security deposit. The payment was done successfully and the amount was deducted from my bank account, but the booking id was not generated and it was showing a failure of booking. So after this situation taking in consideration, i had a contact with the oyo customer care (Ph no. [protected]). They asked to share a mail regarding all this query, including all the transaction details, screenshot of the actual processing. This task was lasted for 6 to 7 days as they always said that my transaction/booking id is in processsing and would revert asap. But still there was no progress from their end. So after this, i asked them to give a refund as the room was not been booked by them and they said that they would contact the higher management team to give me a refund. Still after all this mess, i waited for 3-4 days, and i had a contacted them again. So now they had to say that the bank has not processed the fund and the oyo team does not have any money regarding this. After this, i finally gave a complaint to the bank regarding this transaction and the bank after checking all this found that the transaction was successfully done to the oyo life. They also shared a merchant id and refund rule no regarding successful transaction (Mer id : [protected]) (Refund rules no[protected] and asked me to share this id to the oyo team for the reference of the transaction. Oyo asked me to wait for 2-3 days as they had to check this with the higher team and would let me know once checked. Still after 2-3 days, oyo team told that they still don't have any money processed from bank and the bank too and they shared a pdf of that transaction. I checked that transaction and i saw the successful transaction but still they are not giving my moey. It's been a month now with this matter and i still don't have any firm result on all this matter. I just want to check where my money is landing and when will i receive it. So i request you guys to please have a check on this matter and help me for the further steps and help me to get a refund of my money.
