Dear Sir
I received money Rs.38000/- vide payment id[protected] on dated 05.09.19 via Link (screenshot attached) and same has not been settled yet I also provide invoice copy for reference. Kindly do the needful for the same. I also made so many queries bt not any single reply will be received. I have to pay my other dues with that Amount.
Kindle resolve my issue as soo as possible.

I already create Complaint many times on "payu" support ( Ticket No.PK[protected] / ZJ[protected] / FY[protected] ) but nobody is responding. Kindly settle it with the bank account.

        I have paid ₹15298.58 to PayUMoney through google pay as it is portal through which my college fee is paid and now they have neither refunded it nor have been submitted to college. It have been deducted on 28August and due to their mistake i will be unable to vote in student election conducted on 12th September.

          Hi, its vicky mahale from nashik city. I want to register a complaint regardiing oyo life. I have registered a room throught oyo life in pune city (Property code : pun698) through www.oyolife.in as i had to relocate to pune. The registration was done on 25th july 2019. I did a payment of 3899rs for security deposit. The payment was done successfully and the amount was deducted from my bank account, but the booking id was not generated and it was showing a failure of booking. So after this situation taking in consideration, i had a contact with the oyo customer care (Ph no. [protected]). They asked to share a mail regarding all this query, including all the transaction details, screenshot of the actual processing. This task was lasted for 6 to 7 days as they always said that my transaction/booking id is in processsing and would revert asap. But still there was no progress from their end. So after this, i asked them to give a refund as the room was not been booked by them and they said that they would contact the higher management team to give me a refund. Still after all this mess, i waited for 3-4 days, and i had a contacted them again. So now they had to say that the bank has not processed the fund and the oyo team does not have any money regarding this. After this, i finally gave a complaint to the bank regarding this transaction and the bank after checking all this found that the transaction was successfully done to the oyo life. They also shared a merchant id and refund rule no regarding successful transaction (Mer id : [protected]) (Refund rules no[protected] and asked me to share this id to the oyo team for the reference of the transaction. Oyo asked me to wait for 2-3 days as they had to check this with the higher team and would let me know once checked. Still after 2-3 days, oyo team told that they still don't have any money processed from bank and the bank too and they shared a pdf of that transaction. I checked that transaction and i saw the successful transaction but still they are not giving my moey. It's been a month now with this matter and i still don't have any firm result on all this matter. I just want to check where my money is landing and when will i receive it. So i request you guys to please have a check on this matter and help me for the further steps and help me to get a refund of my money. Here i provide you the transaction details and the screenshot of the transaction for the reference.

            I created my account on payumoney and after successfully filled all details my bank account information but my last step is bank verificaation is pending from 4days and no money deduct from my account. Because without verification i cant verified my bank account and not get any amount from payumoney. Please short out my problem regarding bank verfication.

              Which is fake website. Payment gateway was used was payu. Please note the details, email me on [protected]@gmail.com for further details.
              Payu should ban these fake websites to use the services. Payu seems like fake payment gateways who allows any third party fake people to use the services. Please return my money.

                I have booked tirupati darshan from mybalaji.com, but neither i recieved any darshan tickets nor anybody contacted me. Also dere is no contact possible at dat particular site. Kindly refund the amount as i wan cancel the booking.

                  I made a fee payment in a dde kurukshetra university website using payumoney gateway.. But money got deducted but same not get updated in my online account as the receipt generated has no transaction id though payumoney shows that the payment is successful and payment id is[protected].. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.. Kindly resolve this issue and update the same in merchant website.. Also provide me the transaction id.. Or else revert the money into my account at the earliest as the last date for me to fill the form is 31st august 2019.. Kindly treat it as urgent..

But no action was one by meditree and payu. I have complint to pay u on 27/08/2019 vide ticket number 05421887. And they assure thati would get an update upon this within 24 hour. But no action was taken from payu. As i have paid to meditree due to payu. Payu is fully responsible.

                    Pl send verified email address of merchant because merchant has switched off his mobile number and not answering email. It is not responsibility end that you have paid money to merchant.Your duty is also toward customer and I have paid this company only PayU . It seems you paid amount to bogus company. This case is like sharda chit fund case and it will bust like bubble and You will be a time behind the bar.

                      Hello..
                      I had made payment using payumoney on 24 aug-2019. After payment process there was a red exclamation mark no description or no is there. I mailed to customer care. I also raised a ticket through their website. But till the date they did not resolved my problem. I did not found any customer care number..

                      Please help me to solve this problem.

                        Payment id [protected] of rs.5600/- dt 27.08.2019 11:22:27 with transaction id [protected]p made by me against my ignou admission fees.
                        Fees has been deducted but not updated in my admission status. It is still showing pending but transaction is showing succeed.

                        Please check on urgent basis because today is last date of fees submission and admission registration completion.

                          I had booked tirupati darshan ticket on august 12, 2019 for 8 people. The darshan date was nov 27, 2019.

                          I paid rs.3200/- via credit card.

                          Order date & time :- august[protected]:26:28 pm

                          I have not received a darshan booking confirmation from the website.

                          The payment was charged on my credit card. Please confirm if the payment has reached mybalaji.in.

                          I am trying to get in touch with the support team at tirupati. But there is no response from them.

                          I would appreciate if you could please refund the amount of rs.3200/- on my credit card. It seems that a case of fraud.

                          I have been contacted from Mr. Rahul Troiphati from your end. He has no designation nor any. contact details. He replied me from noreply email which is again worrying me.

                          He called me and said I will refund your money and then I said ok. but he aSKED MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO REFUND. why one will ask the credit card details for another fraud transaction.

                          He then cancelled the call.

                          I want you guys to refund my money back with the same amount 3200 INR. If not then I will move Legally from my end. I am already in contact with my lawyer consumer court and Ahmedabad Cyber crime department.

                          So I am just waiting for your revert based on that I will take my next move.

                          The payumoney coustomer service not receiving any phone calls after they deducted money from my bank account. Fraud customers. Stealing my money but any product is not receiving by me. It's been 30days they didn't received my call. They took my 10500rs and now said that they can't contact with that marchent.

                                I have ordered speriaxrknotch 6.3 inch smart phone but i get another phone speria. It hasn't work. It's memory creates great issues. Camera is not proper. I can't download any app from the play store coz it shows insufficient memory. Either replace it or refund my money back. I am not satisfied. When i received my parcel i couldn't find my phone which i ordered. It has a lot of lack. As it is not working properly, storage problem, network as volte not available, error downloading, so i don't want the sent phone please return my money back or send me my ordered phone as per requirements.

                                  Our company uses payumoney credit card gateway service. Historically, they have been taking a long time more than 5 days to make our settlements.

                                  In june, 2019, one of our customers thought that their transaction for rs. 43, 000 was swiped twice and escalated the issue to their card company (Amex), who in turn raised it to payumoney.

                                  We received the settlement only once and payumoney did not apply a chargeback.

                                  However, payumoney thinks they applied a chargeback and have not settled any of our transactions since then. They are not able to provide any proof and not resolving the matter after 2 full months!!!

                                    I have orderd a nivia football shoes on 6th of august 2019 from the website kheladda.in and the payment is done through payumoney the sum of money amounts to rs. 1074.00. I tried to contact them several times but didn't get any update regarding my shoes or the refund and the merchant is not even picking up the calls and responding to the mesages.                                       Hi, i had placed an order for a blueray dvd from movieskart.in on 4th august 2019. It has been well over 2 and a half weeks and i have not received my dvd yet. My only option for paying was to make a payment to “payumoney” and hence that it what i did. I have also tried to get in touch with movieskart.in and delhivery courier service but no one is responding so my calls/emails/texts and i am really very frustrated.

                                      Now after so many days i have still not gotten my dvd yet, so i would like a refund for this hassle that i have gone through, no questions asked or else i shall escalate this matter further.

                                      Attached you can see my payment of rs 723.10 and i would like my money back.

                                        I had to transfer 1515 rupees to made easy coaching institute for a course. The money did not get transferred and money got deducted from my account to payumoney.
                                        The payment option was going through payumoney on madeeasy coaching institute payment link.
                                        Transaction id is s3351547
                                        Madeeasy didnot receive payment and 1515.94 ruppes have been deducated from my account on 20th august 2019 at 19:53 hours.

                                        Kindly refund my money back to my account. I have attached the transaction screenshot along
