    This is so disgusting, i had paid a huge amount of money 3248 via payubiz for ola. The amount transaction was said successful, when i contacted payubiz and mailed them they just kept on telling the transaction was successful and to contact merchant.
    I contacted merchant and merchant says they had recieved no money and also i have recieved no confirmation from ola.
    So its like payubiz had taken my money; such a fraud company, i kept on getting messages from payubiz saying pay your ola dues via a link and once i paid they just took it away,
    My transaction id is ola-ompp[protected]c12-bas1708.

        On 30th july i ordered a iphone 6s plus from quiker, when i complited offer with that seller after that a link sms was come from payumoney with a link. I paid money through that link and payment was sucess after that i recieved another sms that your payment is sucess, when the seller done the pic up schedule then we will inform you. But now no one accept my phone calls why?

                I mistakenly transferred a considerably high amount to payumoney merchant by mistake.
                There is no emergency team to report to regarding the Fradulent transaction.
                None of the numbers listed under customer care are responding to phone calls.
                There is no response to emails either.
                This is deeply irritating.
                There should be a separate helpline to handle emergency requests like fraudulent transactions like banks have to report loss of card.

                    Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                    In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

                      I had done a transaction on 24th june, 2019 - airtel recharge of 389 rupees from airtel website using icici bank netbanking through payu wallet. The transaction from icici bank happened successfully however it seems payu wallet declined the transaction and airtel recharge did not happen. Please refund the amount to my icici bank account. The real reason was that the transaction money was covertly diverted to Airtel Money wallet so PayUMoney does not have any wrong doings and has done a great job. Sorry for the inconvenience.                         Dear team,

                        I have requested to shut down my gateway and settle my payments which are there in my account as settlement is not enabled on my gateway yet but there is no response even after multiple replies submitted to the request/complaint i have raised online on the payu portal.

                        They have been updating the complaint stating your expected resolution time has been extended but there is no response from there side or not even a single call is been made my them if tat is extending. Also we are helpless as we are not able to call the customer care number since they dont have any now this is a big draw back of a multi billion company where a customer has an issue and need to wait for pay u to call them which they dont even bother to call to the customer and we have around 13000 rs which are yet to be settled and no one is either bothering to do the same.
                        My merchant id is 6364236 i need a resolution on the same asap.

                          My payu verification from the user id [protected]@gmail.com is still pending after over 2 weeks. I have tried contacting in other ways. Nobody is responding. My business is running in losses. I have set up everything and now my payment gateway is not approved. My merchant id is 6755329.

                          The website is made on a wix platform. Wix is in tie-up with pay u money for the payment gateway in india as per the wix website. There is no proper contact number. The messages i have sent on the website, nobody responds. I cannot understand why such a big company has so unhealthy aesthetics. We need our store up and running. Help me on priority please.

                                Myself Rajeev jain, I have paid E.D.M.C.property tax for[protected] through H.D.F.C. Credit Card [protected] of Rs.590.81 dated 18.05.2019.Property Reference ID :[protected] amount deduct from my credit card but it is not reflecting on E.D.M.C.property tax site.Again on 20.05.2019 I have paid the amount of Rs.592.03 amount deduct from my credit card through your Gateway to E.D.M.C. this time E.D.M.C. shows the amount and generate the property tax Receipt on Property Reference ID[protected]. Also another Transaction which I have paid to E.D.M.C property tax[protected] through Same Credit Card of Rs.1, 182.63 dated 20.05.2019 amount deduct from my Credit Card but not reflecting on E.D.M.C. property tax site with Reference ID is[protected] again after some time I have paid the amount of Rs.1, 185.08 dated 20.05.2019 through your gateway now this time payment show and Property tax receipt generated.Kindly refund my double amount to HDFC Credit Card [protected] in the name of Rajeev Jain as soon as possible. I Enclose Credit Card Statement also Confirmation of Credit Card Department amount Deduction Letter from H.D.F.C. THANKS AND REGARD

                                  My merchant id is 6710917.
                                  I have received 2 payments 36000 and 15000 on 10th july.
                                  But the money has not been credited in my account.
                                  I have marked multiple mails, but no response.
                                  In one mail they requested for the invoice . I have send the invoice also, but again no reply.
                                  I also requested them to reverse the money back to the customers account but again no response.(only auto response emails).
                                  I am on the verge of filling complaints with RBI / visa / master and other government institutions.

                                      I had booked special darshan tickets through balaji.in and had made the payment of rs 3705 through payumoney protal. Later the tickets got cancelled and refund was initiated on 26th june 2019 by balaji.in with refund id - 4236960 and txn id[protected]. Even after 20 days i have not received my amount from payumoney. Please check and let me know the status of my refund.
