I did Booking Two Tickets Chennai central (mas) to (sa) Salem on 31/july/2019 while but the payment gateways said payment failed the reason is "Amount Not Received from the bank" but my account has been debited in 490.98 rupees. So kindly give to my amount to my account and grant my request.do the needful ur best support.

The transaction for PayU payment ID 261155913 was failed at our end and we have not received any funds for the same. Banks generally take 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. Kindly contact the Bank for any further assistance.
