I've ordered a smartwatch from one of your merchant (www.newgrabber.com) on april 15th 2019. I made the payment via payumoney, my payment id is[protected] ~ amount rs.1999.00/-.
There's no update from the merchant regarding the order, the tracking number they provided of dhl is also fake (I'm attaching all those screens). They didn't respond in fb messenger, email or anything.
How can a company like payumoney provide payment gateway for such fraud companies like www.newgrabber.com? kindly look into this and do the needful. If this issue is not sorted from your end also, then i'll file a legal petition in cybercrime also.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
