I made a payment of rs. 728 to a merchant called urbanclap via upi on
April 01, 2019. The payment gateway was payu.

Payu id - [protected]
My upi id - dheeraj.[protected]@okhdfcbank

The transaction was failed with message any money deducted will be
Refunded in 3-5 working days.

Its been more than 1 month no refund yet. I have followed up with
Merchant and they have confirmed the transaction was not captured in their
System and it's with payu.

Also followed up with my bank and they have confirmed that amount is not
Sent for refund to them from payu.

I want to know the status of this transaction and why its taking long to refund.
Attached is the screenshot of payment details of transaction.

    I have made one transaction on 29th of april for lichfl to pay my outstanding in which payumoney used my sbi netbanking from which amount of rs 8593/- was deducted. Reference number for transaction is [protected]igagai. Lichfl is showing transaction failed and sbi is showing amount deducted (Photo attached). After three days i have not got my money back so refund me my money drawn by your company and panulty to be paid to lichfl.

      I booked for ipl ticket between mumbai & kolkata match of 5th may 2019 through ipl t202019 without knowing that it is fake website for ipl match bookings. Merchant order id is[protected] and payment id is[protected]. Payment done for rs. 552 at april[protected]:41:01 pm transaction with gulshan kumar. Kindly stop the payment and reverse me the amount. Also kindly stop being the payment gateway for this type of fraud websites...
      & let me know when i will get my refund amount, they have given contact on [protected] which is now switch off & no response from them pls stop link with such fake website

        Hi,

        I made a payment of rs.3501 towards bbmp property tax via upi option on the payment gateway interface page.
        The payment transaction from my upi id linked to my icici bank account succeeded for which the transaction reference number is[protected].
        The complete transaction remark for the above-mentioned transaction is "upi/[protected]/collect/bbmp. [protected]@
        Hdfcb/hdfc bank ltd/"
        But when the payment status was checked on the bbmp property tax system page, it shows that no payment has been done.

        A grievance ticket has been raised on the bbmp property tax system site with regards to this problem for which the ticket number is 548-mwi-88829.
        Please help with getting the payment status rectified.

                            I have pay u money payment gateway and they provide worst services and they are not release my payment and they do not pick my calls and reply to mails. So kindly do not use pay u money payment gateways and also release my payment now 210 days completed. Continuously i am sending mails to pay u money but they are not replying and i am harassed by pay u money because from last 7 months they block my payment and that time they told me release they payment of 210 days but now they are denying to release my payment and not talk properly and disconnect my calls.

                            Till now my complaint is not resolved from your side its my humble request to you kindly resolve my issue and release my payment and initially you told me that wait for 210 days completion now 210 days completed so now you demanding NOC. it is not fair so why you told me to wait for 210 days.

                              I've ordered a smartwatch from one of your merchant (www.newgrabber.com) on april 15th 2019. I made the payment via payumoney, my payment id is[protected] ~ amount rs.1999.00/-.

                              There's no update from the merchant regarding the order, the tracking number they provided of dhl is also fake (I'm attaching all those screens). They didn't respond in fb messenger, email or anything.

                              How can a company like payumoney provide payment gateway for such fraud companies like www.newgrabber.com? kindly look into this and do the needful. If this issue is not sorted from your end also, then i'll file a legal petition in cybercrime also.

                                I purchased some pc components of rs.2264 but it got cancelled. Then i got a message from payumoney,

                                Greetings from payumoney!!

                                Please note that the refund against the payment id[protected] has been initiated on[protected]. Bank typically takes 3 to 5 business days to credit the amount into your card/account from the date of refund (Excluding saturday, sunday and bank holidays).

                                It's been 11 days and still i haven't received my refund back in my account.

                                I contacted my branch regarding the matter but they also said that there had not been any refund amount from payumoney.

                                Please help me to get my refund back.

                                visited my bank today with the reference number given by them but still no sign of my amount been credited back in my account.

                                please help me to get my refund back from this fraud payment gateway.

                                I did visit my bank(branch), they said that the refund had not been done on my account.
                                Amount has debited from my account and payment is successful but train seat book has not done...

                                    I tried to book a tatkal ticket on irctc on 31st march 2019 with my rupay debit card of bank of india using payumoney gateway, the ticket was in waiting and next day 1st april it was cancelled automatically from irctc. Few days later irctc shows that the amount was refunded by irctc but i have not recieved it yet from payumoney. Screenshot of the transaction is attached in this message.
                                    Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Sir i lost my patience i am trying to contact you people since 4 days. The contact number mentioned in your site are either incorrect or your people are not receiving calls. I had booked my ticket on irctc through your site and till now neither my ticket was booked nor my money was refunded to me and whenever i used to call bank or ictc they are asking to contact to you. And you are not replying on coveying right information. My transaction i'd is [protected]

                                        I am adhithya somaraj. I had ordered for nokia 8.1 ₹29, 999.00with the
                                        Order no: #61381through nokia website on march 31st and the payment has done through payu. But due to some financial issues i cancelled that order on the same day. But the refund has not been initiated to my account till now, and its been the 3rd week today. I recieved the reference id:5ca3145c6d442 regarding the refund from nokia website. But the money has not been initiated to my account till now. I contact with my bank, nokia helpline but there is no response from their side they are asking me to contact with the payu. Kindly please do the refund procedure as early as possible. Thankyou.
