I had failed to book irctc online ticket (Tatkal), on 20/05/19. Becuase i have tried to transfer money through debit card via payu server. Payu server deducted money from my sbidrcard rs5731.47 on 20may19 at70013946. Deduction transaction ref: txn#[protected]. Till now it has not transfers to irctc nor back to my sbi bank. Delay : 3 days. Hence, its my humble request, to pay back money to my account. With best regards: sk ali

      Yesterday, when i was booking a ticket, the payment transaction failed and the money got deducted from my bank. The ticket was not booked and i have still not received the money to my bank.

      I would like to know when will the money be refunded. Also, i need it urgently.

        Hello i made a purchase on dealkarkindia.com made payment through payumoney payment was successful i got confirmation email also from vendor and payumoney but havent recieved the purchased product. When i tried to contact the merchant by email i got reply we will send it anytime today but still nothing. When i called the number given said will send today after 7pm ist but nothing. Its been more than 48 hrs now but nothing. Kindly refund my money

          My bank account got debited by 10000.00 rs twice which means a total of 20000.00 rs and i just got some details from my bank i. E. Ibibo otc no:[protected] and otc no:[protected] on date[protected] and also one more transaction attempt was done 0f rs 42999.00 today on date[protected] from your payu payment gateway. Hence i request you to share me the information of account from where this transaction has been done. Its written ibibo transaction so i contacted you. I can further give the reference number as well if you need.

          Kindly look into it and do the needful.

              I have payment gate of pay u money and they block my amount and they told me to release the payment of 210 days now 210 days completed but still they are not releasing my payment fraud payment gate and please do not enroll for pay u money and they also not pick my calls and reply my mails.

Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions.  Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means.  Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                  A fraud transaction of 63000/- happened on my sbi credit card (* * * 2528) to payu payment on 6th may, 2019 without my notice. Kindly cancel this transaction and refund my money! And also block the account which used my card details for this fraud transactions! Pata nahi aur kitne logon se paise loot raha hai ye wala account!

                  Y don't you verify people's accounts before letting them open an account with your wallet if they are genuine or not? Y don't you stop or block these fraud accounts?

                  Is this payment wallet exclusively for fraudsters? I see so many complaints of fraud transactions in this website of yours!

                      I have had multiple unauthorised transactions happening on my Tata SBI credit card on PayU. My phone was hacked and my card details were stolen to perform these transactions and these were then validated by a stolen OTP from my phone. Below are the transaction and my card details -

                      My card issuer has asked me to get in touch with the merchant to get these transactions cancelled/reversed as they were validated by a stolen OTP. Hence I am writing to you.

                      These transactions have fraudulently been performed on my card without my authorisation and I need them cancelled/reversed. Can you kindly help check on these transactions and provide more details on what these transactions are and what are they done for and cancel/refund them please?

                            The above noted order was cancelled immediately after placing. The payment of rs 1499/- was made vide payment id[protected] through internet banking. I have sent 5-6 mails but neither i got any response nor my refund amount. Order was placed for posture correctorwhich was immediately cacelled. Pl transfer refund amount 1499/- in my bank account earliest as i am a senior citizen & a retired pensioner.

                              I apologise that I got into your trap.

                              With a company that answers at their convenience on mail and where there is no customer care number. Even when after finding grievance handling number from the policy page of the website and just dial directory, the numbers were not answered I realised that it would be a tough task to get the money from you.

                              Lastly I tried to refund the money to my client but there is no refund button displayed on my merchant app and merchant web dashboard.

                              WHAT IF I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DOCUMENTS?

                              WHERE WOULD THE MONEY GO? IN THAT CASE.

                              Please revert asap to settle the transaction.

                                I did not received payment although some of my friends had transferred money through Payunow QR code. I am very disappointed with payunow. Approx. 3000 Rs. is stuck with Payunow. I cannot found any confirmation mail/notification or get detail from Transaction status from transaction history. The transaction date is 5th May 2019.
